Great people! Very responsive and answered every question I had. They were very safe with covid. Plus they made my feel very comfortable and safe with this company. I don’t know anything about AC and they were very honest. Definitely recommend for great prices, honest work, and years of AC experience for their technicians.

Don’t even consider another company. This company does quality work, educates the customer with options, employs professional and respectful teams, and is led by a man who genuinely cares about you and your family. The owner’s ability to think outside the box to get my ductwork up to par with my new furnace and condenser made the difference between a miserable summer and a happy wife and baby. Plus he comes back to supervise and double-check the work installed, which is hard to come by these days.

Had multiple bids on a new AC system and decided to try them out. Price was reasonable and I couldn’t been more happier with the quality and professionalism of this company. Very prompt and followed Covid protocols. Will be using again.

Chad and his team are awesome! They will walk you though the entire process, explain every little detail of the situation, and present you with options as far as solution. They answered all questions and concerns we had no matter how big or small. They showed up when they said they would and got the install done right and did a final walk thru after to show the work done and what to expect moving forward. I highly recommend Empire and will definitely work with them again!

Professional, courteous and responsive.I moved into a brand new construction home, and my AC unit had the WORST screeching noise. The unit also rumbled consistently. These things drove me crazy, and interfered with enjoying my outdoor space. I emailed Empire who did the install for the builder, and they sent Henry out the next day. He took 1 glance at it and knew I needed a part replaced. While he was here, Henry also checked my interior unit and changed my filter.A couple weeks later, Henry came back and installed the replacement part. Problem solved - thanks Empire!

I am working with a home warranty company so I’m not sure we are still working with Empire but I had to leave a review because of the wonderful and compassionate service I have experienced so far. Empire was contacted as the third company my warranty company called ( other 2 had no ladders.)🙄 Anyway I had been without AC for 4 days and although I had an appt for Tuesday, your technician Chad drove all the way from Conroe on a Saturday night to get a fix in place for me while I was finishing a shift at the hospital. I almost wept in gratitude. I didn’t even get to shake his hand but if he ever needs a kidney, I’ll donate one of mine. He was very professional, has texted me since, with info for the warranty company and went above and beyond the call this past weekend. Empire has a fine employee in him. I recommend Empire does what it takes to keep him! Thank you so much!
