EMP Mechanical has saved us twice, once when AC went out and once when furnace was not working. They sent a young professional man, Marshall. Marshall was polite, honest, and efficient. He identified problem areas and did not leave until our cooling/heating was working. He gave us up front pricing and assurance we were being taken care of fairly. We have since purchased an annual maintenance agreement with EMP Maintenance, and they made it easy to do and gave us peace of mind. -

EMP Mechanical responded to my need for AC service quickly. They came out within a day to diagnose the issue and another day to install new equipment at reasonable cost. They followed up the next day to review the system and to correct a minor issue with our other unit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair AC repair. -

When I called on a Thursday evening, they offered to send someone that evening. Since I had a window unit in my enclosed patio, I chose to wait until the next morning to have a service tech come out. Fortunately, only a capacitor needed replaced so I had cool air in less than 15 minutes. I have never had bad service or overpriced charges. -
