Elton is extremely professional and cares about his customers! My AC unit went out in June and Elton was able to come out, diagnose, quote me options and install my new unit all within 5 days. We needed an A/C coil replaced earlier this summer, and Elton (owner of Elite Air Techs) was at our house within an hour! I was astounded with how quickly he got to us, but even more so with his professional service, knowledge, and wonderful attitude! He keeps you informed every step of the way, and gives you multiple options on how to get you fixed up within your budget. I was having difficulties with my unit not heating the house. I called Elite Air Techs and was relieved by the quick response and appointment time. In no time, Elton was at my home inspecting the unit. He was quick and efficient and his prices didnt break the bank. Ive had horrible experiences before with being charged an arm and a leg but his prices were reasonable. I will definitely use him again, as a matter of fact I signed up for his maintenance program.

Elton was very professional and detailed. He explained what he was doing and made sure that it was done right. He took his time, and was very considerate. We called him in the middle of the night and he was willing to come out immediately if needed. He showed up on time, was polite and professional, and did great work. I highly recommend Elite Air Techs and Elton, the owner. He has serviced my home in emergency circumstance and literally saved the day. I had an event planned one hot Dallas day and my AC went out 3 hours before it was to begin. I called Elton and he said he could be on the way in 30. He was true to his word and arrived to my house in less than an hour. Within 15 minutes he knew the issue and in 30 he was leaving my house, AC working again, thanks to him!Thanks again, Elton!

Elton from Elite Air Techs Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome!I noticed my Air Conditioner drain pan in my attic was rusting and constantly filling up with water, and that the drain pipe outside my house just under the roof was constantly dripping water. Elton was super friendly and helpful in explaining the cause, and getting it fixed fast! He replaced the drain pan, did the regular maintenance on the AC unit, which I hadnt had done in years, and he also educated me on best practices for maintaining my heater and AC unit. He showed me how the drain pan had rusted through and was on the verge of leaking, which would have cost hundreds of dollars of damage to my roof if it had leaked.He just became my permanent AC/Heater guy. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Five Stars! Elton serviced my ailing unit lasy year. He came out both times on a busy day. Also, one time was during a Saturday BBQ that I was having. This year, I had to get a new unit. I received a great price and it was installed fast. I have referred Elite to many people. Also, get the maintenance plan.

We are completely satisfied with our new high SEER comfort system. Professional. Upfront about prices and work needed. Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. If I was to gripe about anything, I would say they could have cleaned up in the attic a little better, but that is very minor. My AC is working great and I will use them for my AC/heating needs in the future.
