Eli came to repair my furnace on a Sunday. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He even noticed an outflow tube was disconnected and repaired that as well for no additional cost. Im glad I found him on the neighborhood app as I will definitely use him in the future to take care of my a/c and heater.

I had horrible experiences with other HVAC companies - to include home warranty companies over the years. After reaching out to Eli in 2019, I realized there are still good and honest people in the world. After our first meeting, I canceled my home warranty as I realized I was paying for nothing...literally. I wanted a knowledgeable person to service my unit and not whomever the warranty company could find at the time. Eli is detailed, honest and will talk through the best solution for you. His team provides pictures and videos of what is damaged/needs to be replaced so you can see for yourself. To this day, the level of service and customer service his team provides hasnt changed and hes always a call/text away for any questions or issues. He has a customer for life over here.

Even in the heat of summer, when other HVAC companies were saying it would be days to visit (and at an additional upcharge at that) not Eli. Eli was there within hours. Eli and his team arent just solid representatives in the industry, they have a servant heart and are happy to walk through exactly what it is wrong and what they recommend to remedy. They are happy to go over all the possibilities of remedies and not just what costs the most. Its super refreshing to see a company as upstanding as Eli Flo!

I would highly recommend Eli Flo for HVAC services. I contacted Eli Flo because our furnace wasn’t working and Eli promptly came out to diagnose and repaired the issue. Eli contacted me with status updates on arrival both initially and when he was headed back with the parts. He even took the time out to look up the warranty for the unit and was able to replace the parts under warranty and save me a lot of money. Eli was very efficient with the repair and went out to get the parts the same day. He took the time to explain everything. Overall Outstanding service!
