So impressed with Dylan and Elgin AC! Our rental house AC broke and there was a set of 2 week old twin babies living there. Dylan got there within an hour and a half of calling for service and made sure that house was cool for those babies. I called at 8:55, he was there by 9:30 and the problem was fixed with a working AC by 11. I have never had such great service. Definitely my new AC service

Elgin AC got my central AC unit back up and running in very little time. External fan and radiator unit needed a capacitor replaced; these folks knocked it out within a day. I will definitely call them again. Trustworthy, professional, responsive, quick and friendly service with fair pricing - give them a call.

I cant say enough great things! I called on a Friday afternoon, received their voicemail. Left a message. They returned my call in maybe 5 minutes max! Were at my house in 10 max! Gone in 15 max! And my AC is working beautifully again and cost less than $100, for my particular issue. Extremely friendly and outgoing. I will never call anyone else.

Our AC went out Sunday evening, the next day was forecast to be record breaking high temperatures. I put in a call leaving a message. First thing at 8am I received a call back. A very nice young man named Tate, came out checked the unit, found the problem right away, fixed it, just charged for a service call. I have used this company a few times over the years and I highly recommend them. Thank you Elgin Heating and Air, and especially thank you Tate!
