    Larry is a total lifesaver and i wont trust anyone else with my HVAC system from here on out! We were having issues with our heat during some of the coldest days of the year. I attempted to troubleshoot, but then had to get a pro to take a look. Unfortunately, I didnt do my due diligence and called someone who tried to completely scam me out of hundreds of dollars and jerry rigged our system temporarily. I had remembered that Larry had previously done some AC work for us about a year ago and did a phenomenal job, so I tracked him down for a second opinion, but unfortunately he no longer lived in our area. Not only did he help me trouble shoot over the phone, but also gave me the steps to not only fix the problem myself but also how to un-jerry rig what the other guy did! He is not only honest, kind, personable and reasonably priced but most importantly wont steal from you! Thank you again, Larry! Youve earned a loyal customer!

    We contacted Larry in the morning and were able to be worked into his schedule same day. There was great communication regarding his arrival time. We needed an inspection done on our HVAC unit before selling our home. We shared the home inspection report and Larry addressed the concerns directly. The invoice/report was thorough with photos. He is honest in the work he does. Highly recommend this company, he has years of experience behind him which is visible in his conduct & explanations.

    Larry was absolutely awesome! Totally professional with a great personality. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Took his time reviewing checking my 1 year old AC/Heating system. Explained the system and the operations to me as he performed the checks on the system. Took care of a few quality install issues that possible could have caused issues down the road. Even though my system was in good working he showed me simple things about the system that I could help improve it and maintain it as a homeowner. WELL worth having him come and check out the system. Signed up for biannual maintenance check. Without a out doubt would recommend Lukas Jones (Larry)

    Larry was extremely professional and thorough. Diagnosed the issue and sent the recommendation to my home warranty company. Then followed up with them after receiving an approval to replace the outside unit, to let them know it was missing a part he needed to complete the job. Called and sent me a text to provide this update. Then answered my follow up call two days later to check the status of the parts he needed. To see if they were ready to pick up. He told me he would follow up with the company he is to pick them up from today, and will provide an update later that day. Well he called me a little while after that advising he picked up the parts and was on the way to my home to get me taken care of. I definitely recommend him. He was the 2nd opinion I needed, as the first contractor tried to take advantage of me. Larry prevented that from happening. Thanks Larry with Lukas Jones AC and Heating.

    Our AC went out and another hvac company was supposed to come out. Never did. Called Lukas Jones the next day and Larry was over in 10 minutes. Ended up needing to replace some things but the price was reasonable and fair. Larry did a great job getting it all set up over a couple of days, due to parts.

    A/C went out and had to find someone fast to fixed it. Saw Lukas Jones had great reviews so i figured let’s give them a chance and I’ll tell you what I’m glad I did. Not only did he respond immediately to our call he also kept on informed on his ETA. He meticulously evaluated our situation but also even taught us what he was doing keeping me involved in process. As an active duty Sailor I’m grateful to have been helped by a trustworthy company. Will definitely be using them in future for bay of my Heating and Cooling needs as well as referring them to my coworkers.

    We worked with Larry on a late Friday evening and he really came thru for us!! After a huge storm and losing power, our AC outdoor unit wasnt working properly. House was getting hot and we were desperate, gave them a call and Larry tried to help us troubleshoot the basics over the phone. He was awesome!!! Once the simple stuff didnt work, he came out right away and within an hour we had AC working again. Slightly under $250 but I thought this was a great value for a later weekend night service call and fix all within quick time. Very polite, prompt, and explained/educated us. Would use them again!

    Larry and his son were extremely prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and well-equipped. They diagnosed the problem with the AC unit quickly and actually had the parts in their vehicle that they needed to repair the unit. They had it up and cooling in less than an hour.     This company was dispatched by my home warranty company for a 2nd opinion. This gentleman came to my home to give his opinion on what my ac system had wrong with it. This gentleman was thorough and neat. He was careful with his observations and wasnt quick to jump the gun by diagnosing something so outlandish it was going to cost me out of my pocket. He is fair amd reasonable and he was so concerned about mine and my family having no air he came after hours to try and get a diagnosis. Im so grateful how legitimately concerned he was for my situation and cant thank him enough for his professionalism and integrity.

    I highly recommend Lukas Jones Heating and Cooling, they saved me thousands of dollars over my other quotes. I called them for a second opinion because I had quotes for over $35K to replace my AC and Furnace and another for $3.5k to replace my motor and parts. Larry (LJ HVAC specialist) came out to provide a free estimate, he recommended several cost saving options. Replace the AC and Furnace for several thousand less or just repair the Furnace and AC for less than $1.0k. Larry was very professional and efficient. I learned my lesson about these big AC/Heating companies, were retired on a fixed income and the large companies in town charge too much. Im not paying for their TV commercials anymore. Next time Im calling Lukas Jones Heating and cooling, please send Larry again. They saved me big $$$$.
