    My grandmothers AC was struggling, she gave them a call and they were out very quickly. (Same day) Tanner was professional, knowledgeable and took his time to explain the problem.     Yes, I would recommend.I have used them for years.Had a problem with the AC on 12/30/24, without requesting a priority, they arrived in 45-minutes and resolved the problem.Tanner (tech) was very nice and competent.

    My HVAC system went down. It was an 18 year old system that would have cost thousands to repair. On top of that, it was not keeping up with the Texas heat. I needed a whole new system. I got five different bids. The bid from Efficiency Air and one other company had the best pricing. Efficiency Air had the edge on the other company because they had given me three different options. Their warranty program was better as well. The last thing that set them ahead of the competition is that they offered financing as well as a cash discount. I decided to go with Efficiency Air.I contacted Don James and set up and an install date. The day before the install, I had not gathered all the money that I needed to pay for the work. I emailed Don and explained that I had just under half the price owed on hand and I wasnt sure when the rest would arrive. I requested to change in the install date. Don took a chance and sent out a team anyway to install the new system anyways.The team arrived and it consisted of very young men who were well mannered. They worked hard all day and did a great job cleaning up after the job was over. They tested the system which did not function correctly at first. The men troubleshot the problem and had our new system working before they left. I was able to write a check for part of the agreed Apon amount.Two days later I was able to pay the rest of the money and settle the books. My air condition feels wonderful. The money I will save in electricity will pay for the system install within 5 years.From start to finish Don and his team provided a five star service. Thank you Efficiency Air.

    CORRECTION:Although David A has come to service my A/C units in the past and has also done a commendable job, he explains everything and is an excellent technician (thank you sir). With that said I inadvertently put the wrong name on my most recent service. It was performed by technician Stanley Wright. He was extremely efficient at his job. He took the time to explain the process and went above and beyond at his job. I would definitely like to request that he preform all my inspections of both my units. I would certainly rest assured that the job is being done by a knowledgeable professional.

Don James did a great job explaining the options we had with HVAC systems and I was very impressed with all the features that Lennox offers. We now have a state of the art system that suits our needs perfectly, including exceptional air filtering and even a built-in dehumidifier. Cant tell you how much that has made a difference when we sleep! Efficiency Air is my first and only recommendation for A/C installation or repair!

    Called at 8AM on Monday morning to get my AC repaired. I was told they were a bit behind from the weekend but they would get me scheduled. The tech called me 30 minutes later headed to my house. He arrived diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in less than an hour and way cheaper then I was expecting. My system is 15 years old and we didn’t get a high pressure sales pitch to get a new system thank you. I will give them a call when I upgrade my system or if I need additional service.
