    Today Stanley came to do the preseason check up for my air conditioning units. I have had this done numerous times in the past by other companies but never have had such a thorough inspection. He carefully checked every aspect of the equipment and made sure that everything is working properly and efficiently. He left the areas where he worked exceptionally clean and gave me an itemized list of everything that he had checked and evaluated. He was extremely personable and professional and gave me clear information regarding the air conditioning systems. I finally feel that I have found the best air conditioning contractor available. I am glad that the systems are working properly now and I am relieved that I have someone to help if that changes.

    David with Efficiency Air provided top class service! They were at my house 1 day after I called. Previously I had 2 other companies come out to see what was wrong with our AC unit. It wasnt cooling the house and my electric bill was off the charts! Each company told a different story and it just wasnt making sense or solving the problem. He listened carefully, he then got to work and was diligent. He found the problem and clearly explained the issue. His expertise and exceptional customer service fixed an issue I had been dealing with for months, and next time Ill be calling Efficiency Air first! Thank you and God Bless.

    Building a new home and received quotes from 5 different heating & AC companies. Efficiency Air was not the cheapest or the most expensive but what sold me was the brand they carried (Lennox) and their warranty.Casey came out to the property for a site visit and calculated what would be needed for our home at no cost or obligation.Upon receiving our proposal (in a matter of a few days), he gave an estimate with the essentials and options for upgrades. None of the upgrades felt like they were needed and there was no pressure to upgrade.The other companies that I received quotes from that were more expensive used lower quality parts and their warranties were very short and limited.Casey also followed up with a phone to call to make ask if I had any questions regarding the estimate. None of the other companies did so.I appreciate the fact that Efficiency Air is a small, family owned business and not a corporation. Casey was very well spoken and knowledgeable- a master of his craft.I look forward to completing our build knowing that our heating and air conditioning needs will be handled by true professionals.

    Stanley Wright, the AC technician, provided great service. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and informative. The one area where Efficiency AC could improve is the appointment/scheduling process. I had to make three calls to find out the date and time for my appointment because the lady who received my service request never called me back with a date or time for the service.

    It’s amazing how efficient efficiency air was when I had to call them out the other day. I was lucky and it was an easy fix but the serviceman , Kevin knew what the problem was just by my description of what was happening with my ac. He fixed the problem, AC was cooling and he was leaving my house 15 minutes after he arrived! Thanks again Kevin!

    Came home to a hot house at 3:30 PM. After calling six HVAC companies, Efficiency had a tech at my house within an hour. Kevin Donovan had us up and cooling off in 30 minutes. Excellent experience!

    My usual provider was unavailable when our ac went out over the weekend, so I called Efficiency Monday morning expecting to have to wait. They had Kevin out within a couple of hours and he had us up and running 30 minutes later. Prompt, courteous, and EFFICIENT service is a rarity these days but these guys truly live up to their name!

    I had used Efficiency Air to install a replacement AC indoor and outdoor unit in our home. The customer service was great and the installers were very professional.We also had a downstairs bedroom and bathroom that were separate from the main house. We decided to go with Efficiency Air to install a mini split. We couldnt be happier with the results. The two young men that performed that installation bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you!

    My emergency AC issue happened at 9:00 on a Friday night. I called the emergency # for Efficiency Air and got Steve. He said he would try to be at my house before midnight and he would call when was on his way. He got here at 11:10, knew exactly what was wrong immediately and was done in 20 minutes. He was so caring and sensitive to my situation. I am so grateful to him. Excellent repairman and assistant. Great team.

    I called in for service because our A/C went out and they said they’re a few days backed up, the next day a guy called saying he was on our way.
