Justin, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. He wrote notes and took pictures to submit to the office. During office calls, Maria was always courteous and efficient. Torry called back, listened to my concerns, and explained every aspect of the AC unit and what was needed. Eric and Elias the installers were efficient, hardworking and polite. The unit looks and works great and the surrounding bricks and landscaping were left in excellent condition.

    Today I met Jesus, a very kind and knowledgeable individual that answered all my questions. He was very mindful of everything I asked him. He provided me options of how to better care for my cooling system. He even offered assistance in a membership plan to help me care for my Cooling and Heat system. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his amazing knowledge, and how kind he was. Anyone that has the patience to answer questions of a person that has no idea of what is going on is a saint. Thank you Jesus you are fabulous!     Andrew knew the problem instantly & fixed it, but more importantly upgraded my AC mini split with a much needed extra unit in the living room which the existing unit just wasnā€™t strong enough to handle. The installation went off without a hitch & my front room is nice & cool even though it was 117 degrees yesterday. Before it would have been in the upper 80ā€™s in it. Highly recommend this company.

    I am a homeowner in the La Quinta area and I found Earls air conditioning through my home warranty American home shield and earls was by far one of the most professional air conditioning services Ive ever had service my home. I have four dogs two that are 11 weeks old and the service guy was so sweet to them and the absolutely adored him. I was dealing with some business on the phone and he was so patient with me and so kind he was awesome with his communication he called before he got here explained everything and did double check on everything I asked him to I highly highly recommend Earls air conditioning for any of your air conditioning needs throughout the desert

    I have First American new home warranty and I requested an air conditioning check up on one of 3 air conditioners at my house. They first contracted me with Anthem air who never called me for 10 days. I called new home warranty and they contracted Earls to come out instead Earlā€™s immediately called and set me up with an appt. Andrew came out on time, very professional and knowledgeable, fixed my one air conditioner with a new capacitor and then I paid extra for a tune up on a different one. They were very thorough and reasonably priced. Iā€™ll definitely call them back again!

    Same day service is unheard of in this day and age, but Earls proved me wrong.I called and guess what? I was scheduled an appointment the same day within hours of my call.I was given a window time from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.A few minutes after 11:00 AM the service truck was right in front of my house.Justin, Justin, Justin, what can I tell you about Justin?     Axel provided great service! I ended up purchasing the wrong nest thermostat for my property. He had the proper version on his truck ready to go. He completed the installation and made sure that both the furnace and the temperature readings from the vents throughout the property were producing The proper air temperature to cool the home.They have installed a new furnace, a new air conditioner, as well as a mini split in the garage and I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to update their HVAC systems. They take tremendous care while in your property and the attention to detail is excellent!

    Tony went above and beyond to locate the problems left behind by previous semi annual service team and specifically by the team who installed the new coils.Problems such as the box around the condenser held a tremendous amount of sand.The installment team didnā€™t tape the back of the new box holding the new coils, so Tony found several leaks. Neither did they place the shield, around the condenser, back correctly - missing screws, found in the dirt. He did some adjustments there as well.I cannot recommend Tony enough.

    I had Timos come out to do a maintenance on my HVAC and all of a sudden there were pressure issues and airflow issues that werenā€™t there before. They said they cleaned the condenser unit. Then they supervisor came out and said that I had a leak somewhere and then if it was a leak and it was underground, it was gonna cost me $6000. I sent them all away. I called American home shield, which I usually do not have any confidence and but if it was gonna cost me that much money, Iā€™d rather have it go through there. They sent out earls, who I am unbelievably happy with. Tony was my technician , he did a fabulous job. He cleaned my unit so that he could test the condenser and wires that were miswired, I donā€™t know if they were that way before or not?!? I couldnā€™t be happy with Earls and they will be my new HVAC company, and I wonā€™t allow Timos on my property ever again.

    Had this company come on a service call from a home warranty service claim for my air conditioner that stopped blowing cold air. More often than not, companies recommend unnecessary repairs or try to upsell like crazy. Not this time.First thing, they were fast and punctual. It actually works better than before it went out and it was 100% covered.Text time I need an emergency repair, this will be my first call.

    Wow! Our H/VAC was barely working. I requested an appointment and they were already in the area so they came out same day and fixed the problem in less than hour for a nominal cost. What great guys! So capable and responsive. We now have an HVAC service we can rely on which is so important living in a climate where your life could literally depend on having a working A/C system. So happy with them.Update: unfortunately the fix we thought would work didnt solve all our problems, but Andrew came back the next day and exhaustively diagnosed our system. While it wasnt the news we were hoping for, it was not unexpected. We knew we would need a full system replacement eventually. Andrew carefully explained all our options between continuing to repair our old system or replacing with new. He outlined costs and pros and cons of each choice in a clear and transparent way that allowed us to make the best choice. Our decision to replace our tired old system was the right one and Earls A/C made it as affordable as they could for us. Two days later we have a great new HVAC installed and what a difference! Andrew and team also found additional, hidden problems left by the company we had replace our air handler two years ago. He carefully cleaned up their mess and showed us what he was doing so we knew exactly what problems were being corrected (they left huge leaks and air gaps and didnt connect the duct together, all of which he fixed.) Nobody wants a big expense like having to replace a major system, but when it happens it is a huge help to have a dependable service that gives good advice and treats the customer right. Andrew is the best, and we would happily give him all the stars in the sky!

    OMG.....I was visiting my sister in Coachella, Andres from Earlā€™s AC called to let my sister know he was outside her house ready to go to work. My sister introduced me to Andres who was on top of her roof sweeping off debris and cutting branches off a tree. After he finished with the ac, he continued to cut more branches from the same tree and another tree in her yard. He was sooooo nice and very thoughtful. This is what Customer Service is all about.     These guys are grate!!!! Young bucks went over my house on a blazing hot day and assessed my ax unit. To make a Long story short they had to replace the condenser system completely.
