    Best contractor in Shreveport-Bossier. Not only have they helped me with heating and air, they completely renovated my office building. They took care of every aspect of the remodeling needs, from exterior to everything interior- flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, windows, lighting, electrical, roofing, foundation and drainage. They even designed all of the work they did. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work and highly recommend them to anyone that has any residential or commercial needs.

    Eagle provides many services that are not listed here. I have been using them for a year on many projects, and their prices are outstanding.They redid my roof, fence, worked on my AC, painted my house, changed my garage door out, and probably missed a few projects. The quality is excellent, and they will make right anything that is not to your liking without a fuss. They want you to be satisfied.They can handle almost any exterior or interior project while sub-contracting some of the work. Even though you think that subbing out the work on some projects would raise the cost, it does not, as they do not take a cut of pay. You pay the subcontractor directly. They know a lot of Local business owners who do quality work, which helps the local economyEagle is a fantastic company run by Jason and Michael, who are two outstanding and professional guys. They are accommodating and would easily give you the shirt of their backs if you needed one.Also, with every high quality and high demand company, like Eagle. Patience is a crucial element you must use when working with them. If its an emergency, they will handle it right away, but some projects require some time as they have many customers. If you are willing to be patient, it is worth the price and quality of work you get.

    Eagle Air Conditioning and Home Improvements saved us once again! Jason and his professional team came out and got my AC system running again! Came home to a hot house. I called Eagle and they were here in 30 minutes and they got us nice and cool super fast! Jason, said, it was just low on Freon and made us aware that would need to eventually change our coil that has the leak but we might be able to make it through the summer. He, said, its a quick fix band-aid and it will keep us cool for a little bit. He wasnt worried about the bill. This isnt the first time Jason took care of the bill for us. We had a pipe bust a few winters ago and his team was here quick and fixed the leak . He is strongly focused on helping the community and does over 100,000 a year in donation work he even donated the roof to our club house in Rosedale recently. Eagle replaced our roof last year and it is amazing and price was even more amazing! Cant say enough about not just this company but amazing family owners. Truly make you feel just as important as family! I highly recommend you call Jason w/ Eagle Air Conditioning and Home Improvements for your AC, Heating, and roofing needs!

    Fantastic company! Had my entire AC and heater system replaced as well as my ducts cleaned. Now my house doesnt have that old, moldy smell! The technicians were very polite and professional. The owners are really nice people! Highly recommend their services!

    I never write reviews but this team went so above and beyond that I had to write one. We were selling our home and the buyers inspector found that the roof had hail damage and needed to be replaced. I was nervous about the entire process because we had never replaced a roof before. This team was recommended by our realtor. Jason not only returned my call immediately but also gave us an excellent price. We did have an issue with a pipe being punctured by a nail when they were installing but that was no fault of theirs. That was the fault of the original builder. We called Jason in a panic and he came over at 11 pm and started taking care of everything. He had a plumber there first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, they had to remove part of the roof to get to the pipe but he had everything repaired and done by the next day. He even had someone come back and repair the carpet. I cant say enough about how wonderful this team is! I wish all of the contractors that we had dealt with during the sale of our home had been as good. Highly recommend them!!

    It was a pleasure to work with Jason. We trusted him and his ideas and he did not disappoint. Our house looks completely different and undeniably better.     My experience both professionally and personally has been great. They are very responsive. Every tech I’ve encountered has been very nice and answered any questions I may have had. They provide great customer service whether it’s an ac issue, a roof issue, and gets it resolved quickly. And the prices are affordable.

    Great service, great prices, great customer care. I recommend them to everyone. They can do it all - Heat/AC, roofing, home improvement. They were able to come out on a hot, holiday weekend for a friend and gave her the best price and definitely the fastest service to repair her AC unit. Living in Louisiana, we need our AC. Highly recommend them for all things home related.

    They are awesome! I got in a bind on a Sunday and they had someone out here by that afternoon! They also came out and looked at my A/C unit for a maintenance visit. They saved me a lot of money and all so nice and professional. Jason is the owner and really cares and wants to help in any way he can. Since I am not from here it was great to have them care about my house and getting stuff taken care of before things had to be replaced.

    Matt, the technician, completed my spring maintenance last week. He worked for 1.75 hours on my 3 units. He was extremely polite, respectful, and cleaned as he worked. He reviewed with me what he had done and his findings. This was my first experience with Eagle and I plan to use them in the future. Their price was the best around!

    Garrett and his guys are AMAZING! I dont usually take time to write reviews, but this company and the people deseved it. Customer service is great from the phone call to the end if a job! Prices are great, they fit you in when you need it. They get the job done and do it right! I had to call for personal and business numerous times in a few days, from water heaters, furnace, oven!! I would have been annoyed myself...but was always greeted with a cheery voice and a you bet we can get there. They will also keep you informed when they will make it to you and what may be wrong. They can do just about anything you need!

    My wife called me when she got home at 6:00 at night because the air conditioner had stopped working. I called Eagle Air Conditioning immediately. A couple of hours later my air conditioner was working again like it never happened. The technician was incredibly courteous and unbelievably fast. Plus, I was amazed when I got my bill because I expected it to be MUCH higher. I dont often write reviews, but I do in instances when I am highly impressed, and I highly recommend using this company.

    10 stars if possible. This is a complete one stop shop for home improvement. They completely redid my mother’s air conditioning system, and roof. They gave the lowest quote, and walked her through all her insurance paperwork. Excellent and professional workmanship I wouldn’t trust anyone else .

    Thank you so much! My A/C leaked and caused damages to my ceiling. I got two opinions. First company said I had to replace my A/C and spend $6500! Then Eagle A/C came out and ran diagnostics. They told me my drain backed up, added a float switch, and charged me $150. On top of that they came back and fixed my ceiling. Now I know they do everything home related. Very convenient, honest, and Ill be a customer forever. Now Im having them remodel my bathroom.Thanks Eagle!!!

    Great customer service. They explained everything and did excellent work. They even answered the phone at 11pm and came out to fix it. They also did a duct cleaning and installed an UV light on my air conditioning unit to help with my newphews eczema and asthma.

    Jason and Garret, the owners of this company, have been on top of our remodel from start to finish. They came in with a reasonable price for extensive work on the initial estimate, worked closely with us to identify every possible expense in doing the work BEFORE we signed a contract, did not nickel and dime us when small differences popped up along the way, conducted the work in a professional manner, and made sure each day the area was cleaned up. The work, itself, is very good. It was done in a very timely manner; no starting and stopping, no waiting. They do subcontract out, but they also supervise closely. At our agreement, they used some surplus materials that were good quality to keep costs down and the whole job just looks and functions quite well. We had a lot done: new roof, added gutters, new ventilation in the attic, new electric service, rewiring some of the house, updating the air conditioning and heating systems, carpentry for doors, drawers and cabinets, the loveliest energy efficient windows, trim work inside and out, new exterior doors, whole house paint, inside and out, new flooring in 80% of the house. There is too much to list, Im sure I missed some, and were happy with it all!

    We wanted to remodel our kitchen and met with Garret from Eagle Air Conditioning and Home Improvements - he mentioned removing walls and completely remodeling the downstairs. The more we thought about it - it all needed done. The downstairs to our house had not been touched in 20 years. So begining the first of the year we lived out of the downstairs office (which was our makeshift kitchen) and the up stairs. With a project this big you are going to come across some difficulties. Three months later and the finished project is amazing. Their customer service has been top notch. Just look at the before and after pictures and you will see!!!! We love our newly remodled downstairs. Garret will you please share the pictures and/or video with my post?

    August 22 at 4 pm my wife got home to realize our house was sitting at 88 degrees. We live way out in the country. I called asking for help and by 5 o clock we had a technician at our house! The technician was very professional and had my ac fixed in very little time! I assumed I would be paying an arm and leg but to my surprise. When I handed the ticket it was very reasonable and I was extremely happy with the amount I was charge! I couldn’t be happier with my experience overall! If I could give them more than five stars I would.

    The owners are great people, they employ people that are capable and willing to do what it takes to fix your problems! Had some major problems and they took care of each one immediately! It turned out the last problem was cause by a loose wire and they fixed it immediately! I would highly recommend them

Im very impressed with how knowledgeable he was and that he really listened and made sure to get this issue figured out for us.
