Dynamic is an awesome company! Always fair and always straight forward. Great owners, great technicians, just good people all the way around. We had our A/C go out on a Sunday afternoon and placed a call to them, totally expecting to hear from them on Monday. They reached out within minutes...on a Sunday evening! At the end of it all, on Monday morning before 10am, my A/C is up and running again. Weve had only good experiences with Dynamic. We wont use anybody else. They are a group of people that care about helping others and doing right by their customers and even potential customers. Nothing but good things to say about Dynamic Air! Good job guys!

Our air went out in the evening, I called Brian and he was out quickly. He tried his best to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was old and finally needed to be replaced. He brought out window units while we waited for our new system to come in (just a day and a half). He turned an awful situation (with 100 degree heat outside) into one that was bearable. The day of install, a team showed up and replaced the entire unit in 4 hours with Brian at the helm the entire time! We have used Dynamic for years and will continue to do so! They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and have the BEST customer service! We are blessed to have them right here in our neighborhood!

We had a power surge damage our downstairs AC unit before the Hurricane. They were very diligent in trying to track down where the main damage was. It was hard to find the main problem because the surge damaged a few minor parts that when fixed initially appeared to fix the problem for a little while. But they made it a priority to get back out quickly when it failed again and found the tiny little burned wire that was the cause. Great service!

We have used them for several years now and they are always punctual, professional and affordable. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them, including them actually installing a window unit in our bedroom while we were waiting for parts. They always wear the shoe covers to keep from tracking things into the house and their pricing is up-front and without surprises. So far in the last 10 years, they have replaced the AC units and Furnace. In one case, they told me that I had a few years left on a particular AC unit. Approximately 3 years later, we were calling them back to have it replaced. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding their chosen profession.

We’ve been doing business with DA&H for many years. They are the best! Alex, our Field Service Rep, is always professional, courteous and goes above and beyond whenever the situation calls for extra care! Our current system is 14 years old and it finally hit its last leg. We had no AC during an unprecedented heat wave so we are now ready for our new HVAC System next week! I’m sure Alex will take care of us with the same care as he always has in the past.We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Dynamic Air goes above and beyond every time they are called upon! We had our AC go out in summer and with young kids and pets it was a nightmare. They showed up even though it was late and when they saw we needed a whole new system more installers showed up at night with window units to keep our family comfortable until our new unit could be installed. They are fairly priced, respectful, punctual and do great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I needed to check if the AC registers in each bedroom was getting good air flow. Greg (owner) and Brian both came out and spent about 30 to 40mins checking my bedrooms AC airflow and checking the AC system in my attic. They gave me suggestions that I can do myself without them charging me for their time nor for unneeded services or equipment.BOY, it is great to have an honest company! And it was nice to meet Greg who is the owner and works outside the office also.I never write reviews but Dynamic deserves the perfect 5 Stars reviews it has gotten over the years and I am happy to include my review now also. I could not be more grateful for Dynamic air & heating. I called in the morning and someone was able to come out to my house early that afternoon. This was after I already hired someone through our home warranty and had a bad experience. Brian came in and not only explained the problem but explained how to fix the problem and how to understand our thermostat and unit better. After I asked multiple questions, Brian did the same back to me to quiz me and see if I was listening. Another major positive point for me was he had no problem with our dog and pet her. He truly cared and I will continue using this company and not going through our home warranty. I would rather spend the additional cost to know the service will be superb.

I had an issue with a wall A/C unit that I could not resolve myself. I spoke to a friend who recommended I call Dynamic Air and Heat, so I did. James and Colt came out and took care of the issue in record time and were very courteous and professional! The front office staff were also very knowledgeable and friendly and responsive! They also kept me informed on technician availability and estimated arrival time. Hands down, Dynamic Air & Heat is the best A/C company Ive used in my 8 years living in Houston.

I have used them a couple times for service, and this last time, I had to replace my entire AC unit. It’s an intimidating process, but Brian was so helpful every step of the way! He took time to explain how everything works (bc I have limited AC knowledge) and exactly what i needed until I felt comfortable with the plan forward. We received an after-hours call back within 5 minutes. I also messaged Greg personally on facebook and he quickly responded. Greg came to our house within 15 minutes and fixed our problem in no time. Thank you all who answered my post yesterday about the black mold in our house,especially those of you that recommended Dynamic heating and air. My husband and I just had a consultation with Greg Riddle who fit us into his busy schedule this morning. He sat with us for three hours not only inspecting, and explaining what was going on (not only with the AC unit but literally every single factor that went into our situation), he also answered all 526 questions my husband and I rapid fired at him. If anyone in the Cypress area is having any type of issue with AC, Mold, Allergies, or even just need a yearly check up I will fully endorse Dynamic Heating & Air. I can not thank you enough Greg you truly have made me feel more at ease with our situation and feeling like we have a reasonable solution. Just want to give a big shout out to dynamic. They came out the night of us having an AC emergency. Our house was around 83 degrees and we have a baby. They came out and put refrigerant in so we could sleep comfortably. I will forever be in debt to dynamic. Thank you!!

Very respectful, our heat went out on the early morning first cold day in TX. I had previously scheduled appointment the same day because of the noise it had been making. Although our appointment wasnt scheduled until between 10-1 they called me at 7:49am and said they had a technician that could be at our house in 15 min. Amazing customer service. Thank you!!!
