I had sudden, severe electrical issues. Their response was very fast. Luke came out and diagnosed the problems same day. He had the required permits by the next morning and the crew was out and had everything fixed within a few short hours. The master electrician, Joe, came out to over-see and make sure everything ran smoothly and was instrumental in making sure the job was taken care of that day. An issue did come up that could have derailed the work for a couple of days, but Joe took care of it. Bless you, Joe! The whole crew (Joe, Luke, Carlos, and Chris) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thank you!

Amazing!!!! These guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The two technicians who came to my home Chang and Gerardo were like wizards. I was worried that my family would struggle while they worked since the power had to be off my family just traveled a great distance to move in and the temp was hot ( we are not used to it yet), but these guys got the job done quick and quietly. Would definitely request them again.

Chris Leesman of Doctor Home Experts rushed out, late late on a VERY rainy Christmas Eve to restore Service to our home. (Whole House breaker had tripped when a 220 V plug shorted out.) I held up his umbrella in the driving rain as he cheerfully inspected the breaker box and returned power. A few days later he returned, diagnosed the initial problem (a short in after-market plug on an ancient machine) and replaced the outlet and breaker. I was quite pleased with his work, knowledge and advice, and would certainly recommend him and the Company.

DHE had reached out following me submitting a home expert referral from Home Depot, regarding replacing a light fixture (I already had the fixture and just needed it installed). They got back to me next business day, scheduled someone to come out for an estimate within a few hours of that call.Chris Lessman had come out, surveyed the hall and location of the light, provided an estimate, - at HALF the cost of one of their competitors - and got right to work as soon as I gave the go-ahead. He was very professional and courteous, showed me how to adjust the color temperature settings and everything, and cleaned up after himself. I was expecting it to turn into a multi-day affair like other company experiences, but was really pleased that he was able to get it all done in one go!Attached before/after pictures of either side to show the difference - very impressed!

I had a ceiling fan replaced with a chandelier. Not even Lowe’s would call me back! I called this place and they came out the next day for a free estimate (another place nearby said the would charge for the estimate and it would Not go towards the installation price!) Chris and Jesús did the work quickly and efficiently! So very happy with the results! Very friendly and professional! The installation price was better than what I’ve paid Lowe’s and Amazon before. Very reasonable. Do not hesitate to call. I would definitely trust them for future electrical work in my home.

We also had technician Carlos Chang work on our home and he went above and beyond. I had Electrical Doctor Home Services do quite a bit of work to my garage. They installed 8 recessed can lights, two electrical outlets, and installed a 240 volte 30amp breaker in my electrical panel (going to use it for AC thats going in the garage). Carlos, Mark, Jesus, and Roger were very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Also, the gentlemen, I believe his name was Chris, did the wiring on my breaker panel. He went out of his way to show me how was was arranging the breakers so I could label them properly for future reference. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The work turned out great, the light and electrical outlets work well. I particularly enjoyed chatting about the project with Carlos, who has an in depth knowledge in his craft and talks about it like the character Luis from the Ant Man movies! Overall: Very Good Experience!

Especially Carlos, he took the time to show me how to download and how to use the app to control my new smart system. We had a variety of work done over the course of 4 days and our home is definitely upgraded and safer. Doctor Home Experts did a great job and I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family! We had new breaker boxes installed (both the main box outside and the sub box inside), new switches, outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, power line, and more installed. Joe, Carlos, Jay, Julian, and Chris all helped to get this done. I love their comradery with each other. They worked together like a well oiled machine with great professionalism. They did not disappoint! I asked a lot of questions during the process to fully understand what was being done and they were kind enough to answer them all.Carlos worked with a deep sense of focus seamlessly moving from one area to the next-- breaker box, outlets, new power line etc. He did an amazing job moving some furniture with shelves of things I thought would fall, but did not, due to his steady focus. Jay was cheerfully doing several ceiling fans, switches and outlets, and basically a little bit of everything. He even comforted and gave some attention to our deaf kitty that had to be caged during the work to stay out from underfoot. Julian suited up and crawled under the house to install a new line and I heard no complaining about the dirty job, in fact he was cheerful when he came back in the house to check the progress from above. Chris was the outside breaker box worker which required some critical thinking to make it all work with the existing pole and workspace. He did a good job explaining the changes to me also. Sometimes things behind our walls or in the ceilings werent laid out the way it was expected and creative solutions were needed. Joe had a solution to every problem that arose. At the end of the project Joe took the time to go through every single item that had been fixed and make sure everything on the list worked and was done properly and was to our liking. He gave lots of finishing touches and went above and beyond the scope of duty to be sure we were 100% happy before he left. Thank you Doctor Home Expert team! The Taylors

We operate a food truck and are currently preparing for our grand opening on Saturday, March 16. This past weekend I was setting up the register and other devices and discovered an electrical problem. I contacted Doctor Home Experts because they provide 24 hour service and they were available when other electricians needed a couple days to come out due to being busy.I met with my technician Jesus Martinez and described my problem. He not only fixed my problem, which turned out to be a bad GFCI outlet, he installed a much needed surge protector to keep all my expensive appliances safe. I had assumed that the manufacturer of my food truck trailer had already done this and I was wrong. That bad outlet turned out to be a blessing in disguise.To wrap up this review, in short, I would definitely recommend Doctor Home Experts and as a business owner I will use this company to assist me with all my electrical needs in the future.

Called several places in the area to relocate a bathroom vanity fixture and add a second fixture. Most places I got voicemail or no return calls, couldnt provide the work for several weeks, etc, etc. I called Electrical Doctor, spoke with a live person right away, scheduled a time to receive a quote within a couple days and they provided the work the next day after receiving the quote! They text me appointment reminders, provided messages with the photos of the technician that would arrive, as well as when they were on their way. The entire process was very efficient. They werent the cheapest electrician weve used but they were worth it. Mark and John did a great job!

I am very satisfied with the project. The work was completed very quickly and with good quality. The technicians were very courteous and professional and at one point there were three techs working on the job to expedite the completion. They not only installed the 240v line as advertised, but upgraded the gauge of the wire and amperage of the circuit breaker, and installed the wall charger at no additional cost. By the way, the cost Electrical Doctor quoted was BY FAR the best which is really why I went with them. Other contractors quoted two to three times as much as Electrical Doctor.

I had a tree limb fall and bring down our main power lines to the house which destroyed our meter, and weatherhead leaving my house with 2 vulnerable adults without power and AC in the dead of Texas heat. I called probably a dozen electricians and all were fully booked solid. I came across DHE and Carlos was able to come out and offer an estimate that same day even though we were located on the opposite side of Houston from them. Carlos went over my options in great detail, and explained out everything as well as showing so that I wasnt in the dark, he pointed out other potential issues and offered multiple solutions, all with quality gear and ratings. I was surprised as no electrician has done this before. The workers showed up the next day and had everything done in mere hours, they took care of the reconnect with Centerpoint, the permits for the city and inspection and we were back online by that evening (a total of 2 days from first call to power coming back on). It was a great and well appreciated experience. On top of all that, they gave really well assembled invoices that are clear and itemized. I am hugely thankful for Doctor Home Experts quick response and availability, it was an absolute life saver.

Five Stars for my techs only! My electricians, Eric M. & William T. were fantastic. They did the job in a timely manner, exactly as requested, and cleaned up after themselves. Kept me informed throughout the job and answered any questions I had.Having said that, they dont control price, this is what I had a major issue with. Electrical Doctor charges ridiculous prices that they should be ashamed of. Had I not been in a position where I needed the job done quickly, I would have kept shopping around. They wanted to charge me $189 for parts (not labor) that you can by at Home Depot or Lowes for under $5 (a simple power outlet, box, & cover plate)! What kind of unethical markup is that!?!? I went and bought my own and had them use it, saved me almost 50% of my total job cost.They did do a great job sending someone out asap and keeping me informed of when the tech would arrive, who it would be, etc.... Unless the pricing changes, I dont think I would use again though.

This company and electrician (Chris Lessman) are definitely who you want to call when you have an emergency. Last weekend, the bracket screw from our 20ft heavy chandelier broke and chandelier dropped and was just hanging by the wires/chain over the staircase and entryway. Needless to say, I was very concerned that it would fall on a family member or pet and cause injury or worse. We contacted Electrical Doctors at 3:30 pm not knowing if they would be able to come out over the weekend, but we were told someone would be here between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. Chris and Jay from Electrical Doctor came and did an inspection and did the repairs needed. They showed us photos before and after. I recently purchased a home and the city of Pasadena wanted a permit before allowing center point on my premises... I called Joe, which was the best thing I did since buying the house, then 30 minutes after speaking with him he arrived at my location. He checked the breaker and told me that the house had already been inspected because a licensed electrician had left a green tag. He is saved on my phone and I will only use him for any and every electrical work on my home. Honest professional knowledgeable he is the best in the Pasadena area!!

Also installed outdoor security light, ceiling fan, moisture sensor bath exhaust fan, repaired issue with second bath fan. Gave an estimate to get electrical box code correct. The electrician was Carlos A and tech was Xiomar. These guys worked expeditiously and I would recommend them again.

Carlos and Pedro with Electrical Doctor came to our home to discuss a couple of electrical projects with me. After discussing the projects with Carlos, I decided to proceed with upgrades to one kitchen circuit that was overloaded. The work involved replacing the circuit breaker that was damaged and adding a new breaker for the new circuit. The work only took a couple of hours to complete. Carlos showed up promptly at the appointed time to discuss the projects, inspected the electrical panel, and showed me the failing breaker. Carlos and Pedro showed up the installation the next day at the appointed time. They are both courteous and left no mess behind when the work was completed. Highly recommend you give them a chance to work on your electrical projects.
