    Have had other companies service our home but Dobbs was by far the best. Punctual, great communication, thorough, reasonably priced, professional yet you feel like you’ve known them forever. Didn’t feel rushed. Had that good small town honest vibe that we all love with that “we’ll go the extra mile for you” attitude that put us at ease. Love them!

    Great Service at a Fair Price -I contacted Dobbs Air Conditioning and Heating for a cooling issue and was given an appointment time. Later I received a text letting me know the service tech was on his way. Aaron and his partner arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. After I accepted his estimate of the repair cost, he and his partner completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call upon them for any heating and cooling needs.

    I was having a problem with my air conditioner so I called Dobbs A/C and Heating. My service rep was Aaron. He came out right on time, fixed the problem quickly and also did some maintenance on the unit. He was very professional, friendly, polite, answered all my questions and gave me some informative tips on keeping my a/c running well. I was very happy with his service! I have used this company before and I am always happy with their professional service in every way!

    Dobbs is A-1 all the way around. From customer service, being prompt, getting to us the same day and then even earlier than expected. The repairmen/technicians were extremely knowledgeable,professional,,courteous and very efficient. The problem was solved and they were in and out within 30 minutes. Very fairly priced as well.     Our ac stopped working last night. Has been in the 100s during the day. I called Dobbs at 8:00 am and a technician was here at 8:30 am! Unbelievable service. He repaired our ac and checked out our heater, second ac and our ducts. He also changed all of our filters! We are not used to such service. We would highly recommend this company.

    Ive had a maintenance contract for 3 years now and Dobbs has always come through for me. Even when it was a complicated, time consuming fix. This particular time I called at 6:30pm when I noticed my upstairs unit was not cooling. I was called back at 8pm and a 9am service time was set for the following day. They showed up, they analyzed and fixed he problem all in less an an hour. I like that its a family business, they treat you very well. I would recommend giving them a try if youre in the Whitesboro TX area.
