Paul is really awesome! I called him the first time last year after a power outage that messed up the AC and thermostat and he got it fixed on the same day at a fair price. Today after returning from a trip, I saw the same problem because we also had an outage. Because he was out of town, he walked me through how to resolve it on the phone. Very honest and dependable! I’m only calling Paul for all my HVAC needs!

Our downstairs AC went out at the worst time - weekend & blistering heat. Just had major spine surgery so I couldnt even go and check out what was possibly wrong - I was truly at the mercy of a service call and go with whatever the diagnosis and repair to resolve the problem. Paul promptly answered my call and scheduled time to come by.Paul arrived as scheduled and he was able to quickly identify the problem and perform the repair work without undue delay. I certainly appreciated the fact that he spent the time to explain the issue and answer any questions I had. I know he couldve taken advantage of me and charged far more as well as upsold more services but he didnt, and for this I appreciate his integrity and loyalty to the customer.I cannot emphasize enough just how impressed and appreciative I am of DMS Air. Customer service is outstanding, very friendly and professional, prices are excellent and work quality is great. Its such a breath of fresh air to find a business that truly focuses on customer service, quality of work and great pricing.To anyone with AC issues, I highly recommend DMS Air as your first destination to resolving any problems you may have. I used Paul and DMS Air in 2021 to replace an outside AC unit. I could have not been more pleased with that installation. Then, in Nov 22 our heater stopped working. I called Paul. He walked me through a quick diagnosis over the phone and got my heater back working in a matter of minutes. Paul, you are the best!

I called DMS in the morning and Paul was out same day just a few hours later. Paul was great and extremely knowledgeable. Both of my AC units were out and the house temp was quickly climbing into the 90s. Paul got right to work and quickly identified and resolved the issue. I also appreciate the fact that Paul took the time to explain what he was doing. He also took the fastest and least costly route possible. Both of my AC units where back in business less than an hour after Pauls arrival. What can I say? DMS was absolutely the best experience with any service company I have ever had.Paul responded to my call immediately and was on site to help in 30 minutes just after 8pm.Extremely honest, thoroughly knowledgeable and professional, and yet personable. It was like a family member came over to fix my AC and let me know what future concerns there could possibly be. This was huge. And the bill was exactly as quoted over the phone. In 2018, Paul installed my two new AC units, and he did it for the most competitive price. In fact I was very pleasantly surprised when he quoted his price. He was around $2500 cheaper than the second lowest bidder. When I need any HVAC related service I CALL PAUL, and I become worry-free !!

I have been a customer of Pauls for a few years now. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He does great work at a fair price, gets back to you promptly and is very honest and trustworthy. What more could you ask for. Oh and he is a great guy too! I had him install 2 new units for me earlier this year and his prices very competitive with other quotes I received and he then even threw in a discount on top and a few extras which he did not have to do. We had one small glitch with the install but Josh came right back to fix it the next day so all was good. I would highly recommend him!

Paul provides some of the best service weve ever had on home maintenance, of any kind. Hes quick to get out to your house, fair with prices, and provides excellent customer service. My AC went down in 100 degree temps and he got is back up immediately with a whole new system, which was way overdue. His price was very fair from the start, no haggle required. Weve been using him a couple years and thats not going to change. Highly recommend.

DMS is a top-notch group. I strongly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Ive been using Paul for the past three years, after trying two other local vendors. Paul replaced my downstairs system in 2014, and the upstairs system in 2016. On both occasions, he gave me options to work with my budget, and offered advice on what really needed replacement and what was more of a judgment call. I really trust his advice and appreciate his candor and demeanor; very easy to work with. He explained things well. Ive also used Paul for the occasional maintenance item, such as a clogged condensate line. (In fact, thats how I first worked with him). As always, he provides good service, communicates well, and shows up on time. All hallmarks of a quality business. Strongly reccomend!

I wish I could give them 6 stars but I guess 5 stars will have to do. I couldnt be more satisfied with the services. My motor blower went out and needed to be replaced. The first people I called were crooks. They wanted about 1,000 dollars to replace the blower as well as charge a service fee for there visit. No Thank you. I called DMS Air and Paul was able to blow their price out the water. Paul was great about educating me on what he was doing the whole way though as well as giving me great tips for future maintenance. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied and would them recommend to anyone for speed, customer service, and honesty.

My first experience with Paul was when my previous A/C company had put on an incorrect capacitor and fried my outdoor fan motor and killed the capacitor. He found the problem and had the system up and running pretty quickly at this point. I found him to be honest with what wrong, and seemed to have pride in his work.Fast forward to this year (2014) I decided I was tired of the old unit and its growing issues. I called on several companies that ended up being a no show even after the contract was signed. The questions I was asking on this big decision was apparently too much for these companies to handle. So I finely called Paul up when I realized he did installs as well.We chatted some time on what he felt needed to be fixed and or replaced based on the issues I had with the last system. He came up with a 3 ton American Standard.He showed up on time of the day of install and was very polite and even spent the time to answer all the questions I had on the install. He did not seem to mind me watching the install, and even encouraged it. The install is nice and really shows what a pro can do when they take pride in the work they do.He is now my A/C guy after going through waves of bad ones. When people ask me if I know someone I always recommend him now. He really seems to care about his customers and wants them to be happy.

Josh came out several times to take care of some very extensive duct damage we had. It was a difficult job that required squeeezing into the crawl-space under our home. So glad that we had a friend recommend Paul and DMS to us several years ago. I used to hate when our last HVAC company came to service our units--I knew they were going to try to convince us we had lots of problems (always expensive) that were unnecessary. After a couple of years, we were so tired of dealing with them--we needed to find someone trustworthy and fair. We hit the jackpot with Paul. Hes not only fair, but hes knowledgeable, honest, and kind (which goes a long way in my book). Wouldnt hesitate to recommend DMS.

I had a full on A/C rebellion at my home when both units went out at once. I was shaking in my proverbial boots at the idea of the trouble and expense to keep my home livable for the Texas heat. I actually had another company out first and their bid was so high it prompted me to seek out a second opinion; and am I glad I did; I found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and genuinely concerned that we get a great deal at a fair price and he was able to do more work for less money then the original bid and even changed his schedule to get us up and running a day earlier. Our new units are cold and quiet and I will be telling all of my friends and neighbors about this company. Write his number down in several places and in ink....he is a keeper.

Paul Denman from Denman Mechanical Solutions came to our house and looked at our 16 year old A/C system. He said it was a Frankenstein - a cobbled together piece of junk - part Payne, part Lennox, part something else - that had required a call to the home warranty service at least once every year. Right away, Paul diagnosed what was wrong and told us the entire unit needed to be replaced. It was time.Paul installed a brand new complete system from American Standard. He installed the furnace and the coil in our attic so professionally and so cleanly that it is a visibly marked improvement over the previous system. He also put in a new compressor outside that looks great - along with a new, larger pad.We are so impressed with this new unit. Sometimes, we stop and check just to make sure that its on, because its so quiet! We are also very impressed with Paul and his crew, the care they took with our house, the professionalism they showed by the installation, and the really, really great customer service DMS has given us.We would highly recommend Paul Denman and Denman Mechanical Solutions to anyone in the North Dallas-Plano-Mckinney area that needs A/C work. Paul Denman has been helping us out with our AC/heating issues even before he started DMS. What I like about Paul are the following:1) He is responsive and when the AC goes out, he reacts. Paul is simply amazing. I recall the first time I called him over when my A/C went out. He crawled up into my attic, found the problem in a matter of minutes. He grabbed his welding gear and patched up a hard to reach tiny hole in my Freon line. Apparently it was punctured by a roof nail. I really appreciate his honesty and timely approach. Ive had some first hand experience with some other guys that would intentionally take their time just to build up the labor hours. Ever since then, I havent had to look for anyone else.
