    Wow! Just Wow! Thank you, Emmett and the entire office! This is the way to do business. It takes a lot to really impress me. And, I’m a customer service gal who fights hard for my customers and not the company. Run don’t walk from your current HVAC providers to this company! After what we just experienced, to have them put our minds at ease and FIX the current issue within an hour of arriving! We have now found our new HVAC company. I hope all my neighbors saw the truck in our driveway and wondered why in less than 2 weeks we had a new company at our house. I can’t wait to tell them to switch over too and why.

    Joseph arrived and checked the leak under the kitchen sink. Found that the faucet needed to be replaced due to the service line. Will go to Home Depot and buy replacement faucet and will call to have Joseph come back and install the replacement faucet and fixtures. Great service and would definitely recommend Dial One Johnson for your plumbing needs.

    I highly recommend Dial One Jonson!! Professional, compassionate, quick, all while working within your budget!!I am so glad that I found Dial One Johnson. Our AC went out and I had a different company who had maintained the system for a year come out to assess. They gave me a very high quote for installation of a new AC and air handler, so I went and found Dial One to hopefully give me a better quote.From the get go Dial One was extremely professional and fast, able to send out a technician in just a few hours to give me an estimate. Dan came by and from the moment he walked in I could tell he was an extremely honest man. He was no bs and gave me a better breakdown of what it would cost as well as explaining to me a lot of things the other company did not, and did not try to take advantage of a newer home owner. He was also more professional, checking a lot of other things to get a better assessment. Then after 20 minutes of talking to his supervisor he was able to get us a detailed, itemized quote thousands less than the other company.Then they were able to source both the outdoor and indoor unit in a day and came by the next morning to begin installation. Again, Dan and Aaron came by to install, working with extreme care and tact, worked throughout the day, in the heat, installing everything that they initially thought might take days. Additionally, when they discovered another part they had to add on, they gave it to us at cost since it was their mistake, and did not add on labor costs.The service manager, Josh, also came out to take a look at the duct work and gave us extremely detailed and clear breakdowns of other work he recommended, but did not push it on us. And he gave us an itemized quote as well as detailing the best time of year to get the work done, as we were already worried about cost.All in all, I am extremely grateful for Dial One Johnson and in particular Dan, Aaron, and Josh and will absolutely be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward. I cannot recommend them enough!

    Dial One is seriously amazing in way of professionalism and no hassle. Before bed our house was at 86 degrees. By 2am it was up to 89. I made the call to Dial One around 8am. In just under an hour Dan came in and immediately eased the encounter with some humor. He assured me he’d take a look and not sugar coat or pressure sell. In short he had cool air circulating in my home in a matter of 30-45 minutes. He later came in and showed me pics of the readings taken and what was good vs what was bad. He also informed me of my options to replace inside and outside units which I am strongly considering in the near future for our system is definitely old. Thanks also to Teiyana who took my call and set up the service time. All in all true customer service isn’t dead. These two exemplified true professionalism.

    I had a few AC issues, my capacitor in the exterior unit was blown, and the blower unit in the ceiling above my bathroom had partially fallen and was leaking. Dial One Johnson was able to send Joe out to my house the same day. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and became great friends with my cats. He was able to fix the capacitor issue in no time and diagnosed the blower issue and came up with a game plan but it would involve another technician. Joe came back with Dan, an absolute professional through and through, and the two of them were able to remount the unit and fix the issue entirely. Joe and Dan are a fantastic team and kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I approved all of their work. They worked quickly and cost effectively. I also paid way less than I would have with anybody else. I cannot sing this companys praises enough and they definitely got a customer for life!

    Dail One was a pleasure doing business with . The Dispatcher ( can’t remember her name ) was very kind , understanding and professional when I called and explained my problem and having to cancel an appointment from another company . Great job by her . Then we had to waste some time until the tech was sent to our home . We where not at home due to our ac going out and when we arrived our tech Dan was waiting patiently at the door 🚪. Dan was very pleasant and professional and got right to the problem . It didn’t take Dan long to find the problem and that was great . Dan does not , I repeat does not try and force any phantom cost or inflated charges on the costumer but instead listens carefully and accesses what can be done . People will appreciate that from a tech . Even though Dan was sweating and changing a part from the ground , he did not complain once and made you feel like a human being and not like a payday . Dan explained everything thoroughly , cleaned up his tools and returned to the house to inspect and make sure the air & thermostat where working properly , even had a thermal temperature gun gauge ! I was impressed ! Dan made the whole process stress free and myself and my mom really appreciated that ! Dan is a true professional with people skills and just a real cool tech , I suggest anyone reading this to consider using the company and Dan . 🙏🏽

    I love this company. I called them out after another company told me I would have to basically rip out my kitchen cabinet to fix a leak in the wall under the sink. The guy sent, I am so sorry I dont remember your name, looked under the sink, saw the problem, quoted me a price and fixed the leak, all in less than 2 hours.     Dan is a great guy and representative for this company! He’s friendly, congenial, knowledgeable and shows deep concerns for your needs as a homeowner when it comes to gaining info regarding your HVAC and plumbing issues.     2nd updated review: Its been a few years since we first started using this company and they are still our first choice. Weve used them for new HVAC, hot water heaters and various other issues. Emmett and James are awesome and always do the most to make sure everything is done right and well taken care of. They never try to take advantage or upsell any problems or products. I appreciate their honesty and all the hard work theyve done for us. This company is responsive and dependable. Highly recommend.Updated review to add another experience: Joseph & partner came out to fix a toilet, they were fast, efficient, had great attitudes and we actually laughed a lot. This is definitely my go to company.James and the other plumber that came out (cant remember his name) tried very hard to find the source of a random smell that we keep getting. They really went above and beyond checking EVERYTHING inside and out of the house. While we cant find the source of the smell, these guys couldnt have done anything more. They were so helpful in explaining the things they were checking and ruling out. So nice and polite. I would 100% use them again. Highly recommend.

    I have had a terrible nightmare with my air conditioning unit. A story for another day! I just want to thank Dan for his outstanding devotion to customer service! I realize plumbers are expensive and especially in an emergency but still a bill of nearly $600 for less then 1.5 hours of work seems a little steep. The only parts included in that bill were 2 shut offs. If I am just rating James, then 5 stars.

    Dial One Johnson is a fantastic company. We used them (Jonathan) about a year and a half ago to help us jet the lines- fantastic job! Just recently we have had to call for clogs in the line and James, Jacob, and Gabe all did a fantastic job. This company is very fair and honest.     I just want to start off by saying that every review about Dan was true. A true professional and great personality. I had a company come out twice last week and they couldn’t find nothing wrong.     My tankless water heater was having problems, I called around 11am and the phone was answered promptly, the lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful, she was able to get someone out within an hour even though they gave me a few hour window.The plumber that showed up was very knowledgeable, found the issue right away which was a problem with the igniter, he cleaned it off and that solved it.     James from Dial One was at my house early the morning after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a flat-rate repair cost if I decided to do the work. There is a service charge for them to come out, but if you hire them at the decided flat-rate the service charge gets waived. He fixed the problem within an hour and took care of a couple extra things like insulation and vacuum breakers on both the front and backyard faucets, even though the back one was the only one leaking. He was friendly and easy to work with. The person at the office when I called to set it up was also very helpful and friendly. I will call them next time I need plumbing done.Update 12/7/21 I called Dial One again when my heater went out. I ended up needing a whole new HVAC system. It was installed yesterday and I love it! Daniel and the crew are friendly and professional. I will call again when I need them!

    The HVAC Serviceman showed up early, too! And he explained his part of the long-term service agreement, and installed a new filter and checked the attic gas air/heater system for us. ADDED REVIEW ONE YEAR LATER: They send a competent, polite service tech to check and service our Air Conditioner inside and outside units, every 6 months.     Of course my equipment goes bad on the weekend, but thats a review for another company. THIS review is to brag on Dial One Johnson and their tech, Daniel. I called their after hours service who forwarded my info to Daniel. He called me back within 5 minutes. I described the problem over the phone and I believe he was able to diagnose the problem just based on my description. He gave me a rough cost estimate over the phone and headed my way. I think it took about 15 minutes for him to get here and after probably about 20 minutes of work I was back in business. I stopped all use to that upstairs bathroom completely. After it being down for over a year, we decided to get the issue evaluated and fixed. I reached back out to Dial-One Johnson and requested for James to come back out. James came and traced the problem of our leak. He also coordinated the work of the subcontractor to patch the hole in my ceiling and replace the subfloor underneath my the upstairs toilet, as well as, replaced the linoleum floor with an all inclusive price for it all. James B is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a subject matter expert in his field. I am pleased with the workmanship of Dial-One Johnson and their partner in making this experience painless.     The company sent someone out with less than 24 hours notice. The tech was professional. I needed to have an outdoor hose faucet replaced. He was able to quickly troubleshoot a odd/unique fitting situation and adapt the new faucet to fit my supply line in the wall. The redone masonry work was superb. All in about an hour. I would highly recommend.

James was our technician and he was very honest and respectful of our wallet when helping us find the leak we had and the options to repair it .     James bielamowicz is the technician that took care of my problem today 2/7/2022.Very professional, on time ,very thorough and went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I have been using dial one Johnson Plumbing Heating and A/C company for over 4 years now. On my personal property and rent homes . I have never had any problems with any of the technicians they send out. Like the fact that they send you a text to let you know the technician who is coming to perform the service and a email with pictures and your invoice for records. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing or a/c need. Not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive but for the price and the services they perform you are getting the Peace of Mind that the job is done right!!! The people that answer the phones do a great job of asking the right questions to make sure the technicians are prepared for any problem you have.

    James B. was one of the most friendlies person and very well intelligent, hard worker, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining in detail of the job that he was sent to do. We had a water line that was leaking for a long time. He dug down passed the line replaced the waterline, sealed it, covered it up and checked the lines for air and finished the job in a couple of hours. Fantastic job, well done.     Dial One has been my go-to plumbing service for the past several years. They have been consistently on time, always get the job done, and the costs have been reasonable. Projects have including drain cleaning, replacing a toilet waste pipe, shower repairs, and replacing some cast iron pipes under my house. Customer service has always been top notch. I pay $12 a month to be an advantage member, which buys me priority scheduling for service calls, and that money comes back to me in service discounts. Theyve also given me some helpful advice on a future bathroom remodel.

    Dial One was the second plumber to come by my house for a water leak in the water line in my front yard. The first plumber gave me a quote for a worst case scenario, which had me scared and caused me to delay getting the repair. I called Dial One at 11a and they were at my house by noon!!! They came with two plumbers ready to assess the situation. They told me that they could hear the leak and felt confident they could access it without too much digging. I was given the cost based on THAT problem, instead of scaring me with the worst case scenario. Before they even began digging they let me know that the age of my house meant I probably have a certain piping system that would fail and so I need to prepare to replace it at some time, but not today. His confidence made me feel confident enough to move forward! It was found that the leak was due to a shoddy repair of the water shut off valve from the people who flipped my house (big surprise) and the repair cost less than a quarter of the worst case scenario cost! They also provided me added value by replacing the box so I can easily access the valve and fixing a running toilet inside at no additional cost! These guys were quick, professional, personable, and went over and beyond. I’m very impressed and thankful for them!
