Amazing service from first phone call to installation! Joe responded quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for a diagnostics visit same day. He actually arrived 30 minutes early, gave a complete inspection of whole system and gave his recommendation without bias and without Beryl price gouging. We scheduled replacement of 18 yo unit the next day. Again, arrived early Joe was on-site, as he said he’d be. “The job is not done until I personally inspect.” As I live in CA, I truly feel that the universe was with me in meeting Mr. Fuentez and having Debonaire service my parents’ home. That’s the best feeling! Thank you SO much!

I found Joe at Debonaire through a referral at work who spoke highly of him, his company and all-star service. When my A/C went out in the middle of summer where the days hit over 100 degrees needless to say I was desperate for a quick solution. I previously had another tech check on the compressor and look for replacement options but he was so non-hurried and non-responsive a customer can get really irritated when our urgency isn’t matched with the service providers. None of that happened with Joe!! Nope not at all!! I called him and he returned my call immediately. I went into the whole ordeal that I was going through with no A/C and how my house was 92 degrees inside and I feel like he really understood me and how urgent the situation was. He informed me he would come out at the time & he showed up right on time! He explained the situation, was very polite and respectable and sent me a quote with pricing immediately. No guessing game or waiting a long time for answers or responses. It was GREAT! I felt so comfortable with him and trusted him to do as wonderful a job as my colleague had boasted. Well, he met my expectations, but in fact, and perhaps most importantly - totally exceeded them! I don’t have a bunch of money to throw around so I am very budget minded and I really felt taken care of by Joe. He showed up at my house to install the unit & completed the job in under 2 hours! When the other guys were telling me it would take 4. Every minute counts when you’re sitting in your car to get relief from an insanely hot house!! I will keep using Joe for my future A/C or heating needs and highly recommend him to anyone!! PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FAST, HONEST, & RELIABLE. What more do you need from a service provider than that?! Go with JOE at Debonaire!!

Joe is a great number to save in your phone. As a realtor, Ive used his service in my personal home when my fan gave out and recommend him to my clients when they need service as well.I keep getting ridiculous and over inflated quotes from other realtors preferred HVAC companies and Joe is the dude I called to see if those prices quoted are complete BS. Give him your business!

Going in to the 4th of July weekend. My home HVAC stopped working around 4:00pm on Thursday July 2nd. I called Joe Fuentez and the call went to VM. Joe immediately called me back. I explained the problem and Joe knowing it is summertime felt my pain. Joe arrived about 30 minutes after the call and put a band aid to get it working. Joe explained he didnt know how long it would work. He also told me how to fix it if it stopped working again. He wasnt pushy as a salesman would be, yet he was concerned due to Texas extreme summer temperatures. We installed a new blower motor the very next day and had to modify my plenum to boot at a reasonable price. With all my great fortune of having A/C again I actually overpaid Joe. As honest as honest would be Joe called me back to notify me of my error. Well, now I am putting the over payment towards a smart thermostat from Joe which is less expensive and of better quality than what I was going to purchase from Home Depot. I highly recommend Joe Fuentez of Debonaire Mechanical Services. ~NHL~
