We really appreciate his timeliness in responding to our appt that day and Shay called before in advance to verify I would be there. THAT in itself is really great!! Bobby took care of everything and check all my hoses switches and it all checked out. He even gave me a useful suggestion for the drainage line to keep sludge buildup to a minimum. Exceptional service from Davis Air Conditioning. I had a 15 year old a/c unit that pretty much stopped working last summer. After months of swapping out parts last year to no real effect thru a home warranty, I decided to just replace the unit. Davis Air delivered everything they promised, plus more. Installation happened on schedule as planned all to my liking. In addition, there was a monthly promotional for a Plasma pure air cleaner added which was not expected. Truly a great team of professionals who delivered above what was expected. And no, I’m not tied to Davis Air in any manner, other than being a satisfied customer.

This time Bobby came out, arrived earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated since I was melting without my air conditioner working. After a couple of basic questions like, what is it doing or not doing, and where is the compressor located, Bobby quickly set about troubleshooting and repairing my unit. He explained to me what the problem was and what he had to do to repair it. Within half an hour, my air conditioner was blowing cold air again! Bobby is an awesome tech, and his knowledge and professional manner reminded me why I have been a customer of Davis Air Conditioning for 25 years.

These are my go-to folks for all things HVAC. They are timely, conscientious, thorough and genuinely nice people. From the scheduling process through clean-up they are truly top drawer. Update 06/25/24: Tanner Smith was sent to my house today because one of my units was blowing hot air. He came, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem within 15 minutes with the air of a true professional. Hes cut from the same cloth as his colleagues. Couldnt be happier!

Bobby arrived on time not making me wait or wasting my time. He came straight in and went to work checked all the settings, measured air flow and carbon dioxide. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. He had a professional manner was easy to talk to and approach with questions. I know that I shouldnt compare HVAC service repairmen, but I had grown accustomed to the last DAVIS repairmen and expected a few more system checks that included the outside unit. Cant hold that against Bobby he did what was required for the fall maintenance system check-up and did it well.

Chris is an angel in a uniform. Hes so honest and real - and his work speaks for itself. Im a first time homeowner and all three times he came out (my system was dying) he gave me all my options, even the limp along option that got me by long enough to save for a new system. I needed my AC and coil replaced. I had at least 5 companies give me quotes: Cool Co, Cool It, Robinson Air, Davis Air, All tech air. Nope that they all showed up, looked at the same system and gave me quotes. Here are the quotes:Cool Co $6200, Cool It $4700, Robinson Air $6600, Davis Air $4100, All tech Air $7700(didnt bother do a site visit). I had priced the systems online so I had a pretty good idea of the unit and coil prior to anyone showing up. It think Cool it and Davis Air were reasonably priced. The big question is why were there such a big price difference? Key takeaway is to take time and compare prices.

This is the second time that Chris Rolloff has been to our home to install units. Both times he has been very knowledgeable, very kind and courteous, done a great job of installing and clean up. Always tries very hard to answer our questions or calls someone if he can’t answer it.We have used Davis Air Conditioning since 1997 and have always been very satisfied with their service from the way they take care of our units and kindness toward us. Also want to thank Joe Lee and Tommy Taylor for coming out on Monday, diagnosing our air handler’s problem, discussing our options, and possibly the best solution for us. Thanks to all these technicians we’re sitting in a warm house tonight.

I could not be more pleased with the overall service. Prior to calling Davis Air Conditioning I had called the company owned by the man who claims to be the most comfortable man in the world. Even though the problem was a bad blower motor, all the technician did was look at my unit and make a list of all of the things that needed to be done then charged me $65. The technician told me he would check on the blower motor replacement cost and get back with me as soon as possible. He also told me he would have someone call me to discuss total replacement options. I waited more than a day for a call back from anybody as my inside house temperature was near 90 degrees. After another day with no call back from anyone I called Davis Air Conditioning . When the technician arrived he confirmed the problem to be the blower motor. In less than two hours the blower motor was replaced and I had a house that was cooling down. I realize I have an old a/c system and furnace and at some point will need to replace them both but for now they are both working fine. When I replace them I will call Davis Air Conditioning and not the company owned by the “Most Comfortable Man In The World” I strongly recommend Davis Air Conditioning to anyone looking for a fair and reputable company!

I like Davis Heating and Air very much. I personally bought two units from them in the past when I lived in Lawton. Our church, Liberty Heights Chapel, recently replaced its secondary unit by Davis HVAC. They also have worked on our main unit, too. This past Sunday, August, 20, our main unit blew a fuse. The secondary unit was able to keep us cool enough through the service. Later, that afternoon Davis HVAC came out and replaced the fuse. My landlord reached out to them after many others turned him away or tried selling a whole new system. After Joe came and actually looked it over determined he wanted to try and fix the issue. After replacing some wiring and the contact terminal post, it fired right back up. And as a courtesy even washed down the ac system to help prevent it from overheating again. They literally saved us thousands and by rather than taking the easy way out, they actually tried to fix it and it worked. Can definitely say beyond impressed with their service and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their ac fixed.

Our unit had been repaired 3 times in 1 1/2 years, by other companys, but stopped working again this Spring.So I called Davis Air. Tommy, the Repair man told us, that he had been working on that unit several times, prior to us purchasing the home.He suggested, to save money and additional repairs, to replace the system.I was reluctant at first, but once he quoted me the price and even offered finance options which was very reasonable, we realized that this was the best solutionDavis Team came out 2 days later, replaced the Handler and outside unit in approx 4 hours.They were professional and worked as clean as possible.After a few days, testing the unit in both heat and cooling feature and monitoring our electrical usage, I noticed the latter was about a third of what the old one required, but was very efficient in both heat or air. In addition, all the loud fan and compressor noise had disappearedI am glad we called this Company and would recommend them to anyone.i can honestly say, after having 3 differend repair companys prior, they are the best.Thank you Davis Team

They told they and would make sure the estimate was sent out. That was almost three weeks ago. I guess they dont want our business.
