    I cant recommend any company more than I can recommend Daves Heat & Air. Their service department went above and beyond to fix, and help me fix, our furnace during the coldest week of the year.     We had gotten an outrageous quote for a new system from one of the big name HVAC places (rhymes with Dillards), because they had told us the coil was cracked and such and such regulation changes, blah blah blah.I wasnt going to sign up for that without doing my due diligence, so I had Daves come out for a second opinion. Not only was my coil not cracked, my levels were fine and I didnt need anything at this point. I was simultaneously relieved that I didnt need to replace the system and furious that theres a company out there preying on people with high pressure sales and scare tactics.Daves is the only place Ill trust to call from now on, and the only one Ill recommend to others.

    They are a really great Air Conditioning service provider. They are concerened and a kind company. I was out of the state and My elderly mom air conditioner stopped working on a sunday afteernoon. She was getting a hot house. Their regular tech was done for the day and I stated that I needed to find someone urgent, I could not allow my Mom to bear the heat and I was on the side of the road making calls. Within few minutes the wonderful lady in charge of dispatching took tbe time to keep trying to connect with a tech and called me back and informed me she has a tech and was on his way. Thank GOD for their kindness and concern. My Mom air conditioner was back up and running. I know have them on speed dial. Awesome service.

    I first started using Daves Heat and Air a while ago. The reason why I picked them in the first place is that the actually answered the phone. Since then, they were always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my system needed to be replaced several years ago, but I couldnt afford it. Instead, I got window units. Each summer was horrible, and this year my wife broke down and said we need to get the central AC replaced. I called Daves back up and wouldnt you know it, they STILL answer the phone... They still had the pics that were taken, still knew exactly what I needed. They offered me a great price, and a week later I have my new AC. And like before, the guys were friendly and professional.

    Had my 1st service of our new unit! Cameron came out, on time, changed filter and serviced everything! I figured our filter would be really bad with having three dogs in the house (an Aussie, blue heeler and Siberian Husky! - - it was still pretty clean after 6 months!!) Very professional as always!!     Outstanding customer service!!! They go above and beyond! Which is hard to find these days. I will never use any other company as long as I own a home. This is a sweet and CARING family company. Anyone of them who come out to service or do maintenance on the system is extremely professional and yet feels like my own family. Our ac went out thanks to the storms, and with a small child and adult with health problems in the house we couldnā€™t wait for relief. Thankfully because of Daveā€™s amazing customer service and care we were up and running in no time!! From answering the phones the first ring to getting someone out the same day! I have never received such top notched service from ANY other company ever! This is not a company thatā€™s all about the dollar. They genuinely care about their customers and are the best in the business! If u want a company that is extremely knowledgeable, you can depend on in Texas heat, and will treat as good as they would their own loved ones donā€™t waste time or money with anyone else. Call Daveā€™s!! ..Oh and get the maintenance plan itā€™s well worth it! They will come out twice a year and check everything so u donā€™t have to worry about it.

    Our heat went out over night, on the Friday before Christmas, while the temps were in the low teens. Called several HVAC companies. All of which did not have openings until after the holidays. Daves said they could have someone out within a few hoursā€¦1 hour later they were there! Reprogrammed our thermostat and we were warm again! Amazing service! Everyone I spoke to was so nice! I highly recommend!

They came out as promised and did a great evaluation. Did not lead with pushing a new system but we chose to upgrade. They were able to come install the next business day. They were able to get out first thing on Saturday morning, diagnosed the issue, had parts on the truck, and had us back up and running within an hour! Verified that the levels were good both outside and inside, and even took a look at our ducting to help diagnose why certain rooms stay warmer than others.     Our HVAC died and the temperatures were in the 100ā€™s. Inside my house was 90 degrees, and Daveā€™s Heat and Air called back immediately and came to evaluate the compressor and blower. It being 12 years old, out of warranty and not repairable we had to replace it. He scheduled a replacement for later that afternoon after they picked one up. It was done in less than 2 hours!!     Condensor started making a funny noise so called to have them come out. They were able to get to me in less than two hours, didnt have to wait until the next day. Tech was very professional and friendly. As you would expect the unit did not make the noise when they were here but they checked it over and everything was showing to be in working condition. While they were here they did check the attic unit and noticed the return was not sealed properly which was causing a lot of hot unfiltered attic air to get into the unit. They were able to take care of that for me while they were here. I will use Daves for all my future HVAC needs.
