Damianis Comfort Deaign is an OUTSTANDING company that provides great service and wonderful technicians. I recently had the pleasure of Dave coming out to provide an estimate on a complete A/C and furnace replacement (since my old units were over 18 years old) and I was seeking improved energy efficiency. Rather than having to negotiate pricing he provided me with a no-nonsense bid which was competitive but not the cheapest. Less than 2 weeks later Andrew and Marco showed up early morning and worked thru lunch well into early evening to complete the job. Their work was seamless, they were VERY respectful and made me confident that Id selected a GREAT company that I look forward to using for many years to come. While my prior company was reputable, the sales person did not answer my questions or return my calls regarding the initial bids. Additionally Dave went the extra mile to examine my older duct work and recommend additional changes to the return air flow. Great experience!

This summer the compressor went out and it was 105*. They sent someone out within the hour! All of the technicians have been on time (or even early) and have been very knowledgeable and professional. Earlier this year they fixed our clogged AC drain lines that our home warrantys contractors (yes, plural) didnt. They also leave detailed notes of what they did and all findings in their invoices.

We had an issue with the AC being out upstairs and after calling Damianis at 9:00 pm, Tom had contacted me within 5 minutes for a scheduled time the next day for a technician. The time didnt work for our work schedules, and he was able to change it. We appreciated the quick communication, flexibility for a technician to come out and the ability to repair it the following day. Our family of four was happy to sleep upstairs again!

I was referred to Damiani’s Comfort Design by a friend and I am so happy I called them. I have been having problems with my A/C and heating unit for a long time, it’s a new unit 2 years old, and have had issues with it from the start. The A/C person who installed the unit in the first place was unable to fix it right and then would not respond to my phone or text messages. Anyway, I had to find another company to help me with this problem. When I called D. Comfort Design I explained to them the situation an asked if they were willing to take over this mess. The person I talked listened to everything I told her, I don’t remember her name but she was very professional in handling my call, she was ready to send out a tech that day but I wanted to be present for the repair so we scheduled it on my day off a week later. On the day of my appointment they called me early to tell me the tech was on the way. The tech came and was very friendly and I informed him of what was going on with the last person who tried to fix unit. He got to work and keep me informed of what he had found and was able to fix the unit. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair in a timely manner. If there was a10 star rating I would have rated them at that level. In words they are Awesome!!! Outstanding service !!! Job well done!!! I’m highly confident that my A/C and heating unit is working properly now!!! Damiani’s Comfort Design is my new A/C and Heating repair company!!! And I highly, Highly recommend them!!!

One year, during regular maintenance, they noticed the roofers had used a nail gun and punctured the gas line!!!! Thank goodness the technicians were observant as that wasn’t even a part of the work that day. The owner, Tom, is very personable and will reach out to you if any questions or concerns. He quoted the price of labor and freon and I agreed to get the job started. I called Damiani’s on Monday morning looking for an ETA on the part. I couldn’t believe the quick turnaround and high quality service provided by each member of the Damiani team every step of the way. My A/C system went out last Friday. I called the after hours to have the office contact me on Monday to set up a preventative maintenance. I got home from work on Saturday and it was at least 98 degrees if not more in my house and my two cats were stressing badly. At the advice from Audrey, I set up fans, opened windows and turned the unit on to run the fan only, to help circulate the air. Alex and Pedro were the most kind mannered, professional people who made me feel even more confident in making the best decision for my ac replacement. They entered my home and explained the entire process and what I appreciate the most is them asking me if I had any questions. It made me feel apart of the process and not just a paying customer. The spot coolers placed for temporary relief by Dave as well as his quick response to provide me a very reasonable quote was good as well. Damianis Comfort Design is the best HVAC service in San Antonio!We recently needed two new HVAC systems, and we got estimates from 4 companies; only Damiani offered more than the bare minimum.Dave spent several hours to learn about our needs and to check the existing ductwork. He then designed better ducts that greatly increased our airflow. The difference is significant!Andrew and Marcos did an amazing job installing and configuring our new Lennox systems. They kept us informed every step of the way; when they were done, they left our home nice and clean.Damianis owner, Tom, provides highly professional service at a fair price. His staff have many years of experience, and are well-trained and knowledgeable.Getting a new HVAC system is a big deal. Were so glad that we chose Comfort Design, and we recommend them highly.

Our family has had a service contract with Daminani’s for over 16 years. They check, test, tweak the HVAC so it performs efficiently. The office staff is very helpful in scheduling appointments. The technicians show up on time, check things out, explain any needed repair or adjustment. The whole operation is customer service oriented. Their service is excellent and their prices fair. I would and have recommended them to others.

Came home to a broken AC. 88 degrees in the house with panting dogs. Called them at 3pm, someone was at the house by 5, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I made it to work on time by 7pm. Amazing experience and will definitely be using them again for routine maintenance and repairs!
