Had The guys from D-N-D Services led by Colton Baker come out and replace a 1980s air conditioning system at my daughter’s house across the street from our house.(Colton had replaced both units and the ductwork on my house a few years back)Colton came out and assessed the old unit and determined that it would be best to replace since the old unit had leaked all over the floor ruining the hardwood floor.D-N-D Services had really quick and easy financing and they came out within two days of financing approval.They replaced the inside units (air and heat) and replaced the big ugly outside unit with a much smaller Amana unit that uses the latest technology (the thermostat looks like an iPhone) connecting to the internet and giving us the ability to connect with our phones.Colton also cleaned the ductwork with a big machine called the beast.The installation crew was really nice, clean cut guys that were very professional and respectful.I would recommend D-N-D Services to anyone that needs a/c work done.

Bryan with DND was wonderful…pleasant and kind.He replaced the capacitor to make my unit start cooling again. And he may have also added some Freon to the unit. He mentioned it. He also came into my music den and repaired a mini-split for me with a clogged drain line and he wouldn’t even charge me for his efforts on this. I really appreciated that…as l am going through a very difficult divorce from a very disturbed violent man…and every penny counts. I was so impressed with his professionalism, he knew exactly what to do for the three year old unity to allow it to operate as though it were a new unit again after he made the repair. Thank you Brian and all the ladies who made the calls to arrange for me to be seen so promptly to have my unit scheduled for repairs without out even a 24° wait.It is such a relief to have found such a great company as DND, and then to have been paired with such s talented HVAC technician as Bryan…what a blessing from God.

The BEST a/c company! My restaurant a/c wasnt working very well (as you can see by all the dirt thats on it!). One of my friends mentioned D-N-D so I called them. Brian (totally awesome guy!) came out and cleaned my unit up on the roof. He even checked the filters (which were as dirty as the unit!), and replaced them as well. And, he told me it wouldnt hurt to buy an extra belt to keep in the unit on the roof, just in case the other one broke. Then, after all that, he made sure the temperature went way down on the thermostat before he left. My a/c is working like a charm now! This company is dependable, honest, and didnt make me feel ignorant for not knowing why my a/c wasnt working. I HIGHLY recommend D-N-D. (And Brian, you were absolutely phenomenal!)

I received prompt, professional and affordable service from D-N-D Services. They installed a completely new ac/heating system for me, which was different from what I had. It was what I considered a major project, but they handled it quickly. Their team worked together seamlessly including painting and sheet rocking that was required. Excellent family run business. Honest and dependable. We have been using DND for several years. They have come to our rescue SO many times. They helped us squeeze some life out of our old units and then we trusted them to replace both our units when the time came. We recently had a warrantied issue with a new unit and they worked closely with the manufacturer to replace our 2 year old unit within days. Not to mention they came out after hours to stand behind their product. During that time they set up our failing AC to keep us cool in stage 1 and we experienced very little inconvenience. I could not ask for better service, and they are wonderful people. Thanks DND!!

From beginning to end I had a great experience with DnD Services. They scheduled someone to come look at my AC once it was not working then they explained the issues and my options in a way I could easily understand. Big changes are coming in the use and availability of AC coolant. This was explained to me and while I already knew a bit about it they educated me on further aspects that where important to my decisions about service. I took time to research their initial visit and called them to replace my worn out system. They gave me a reasonable time frame for arrival of the equipment and then assisted my family with financing. Install took place and they worked quickly and efficiently on the day they said it would. Thumbs up all the way around for this company. They have an +A rating with the BBB and I can see why. Thanks again!

We finally had some rain yesterday, Labor Day weekend.YEA! My air conditioning quit working during the storm. This morning I called DND SERVICES first thing and being a holiday I was surprised they answered and within 90 minutes Colten arrived checked it out and replaced the thermostat and my house is cool again. This is not the first time I called these folks (it was the furnace last time) and they have always shown up and completed the job in a timely and courteous manner.

John and his entire team are just amazing. Our system was old and needed replacing. This we knew. The crew showed up when they said they would, they put down floor protection, and picked up after themselves. The system they put in is great and keeping us cool during this hot summer. I have to give them really high marks for something. This is one way I gauge great service. After the new system was in, we had a problem. I called them and they came out that day. It was a faulty part that needed replacing. Their communication with me during this time was superior and they told me they would make it right and they did. To me, good customer service is paramount. But great service recovery takes them over the top of the quality spectrum. This is the contractor you always hope youll find, especially when everything is blowing up around you. Great job John Sr., John Jr., Kristin, Randall, Brian, and all the crew.

As a resident and business owner in Rockwall County, we have used D-N-D services for several years. During this time they have maintained and kept our heating and air units in top running condition with minimal repairs. Never have they made a recommendation that we did not agree was needed. Of recent we purchased a new home where the heating and air units were aged and needed replacement. They came at our request, assessed the safety of the units and we all agreed full replacement was the best option because a safety concern was identified. They sent out a complete operational team that day to install a full new dual system. They were very professional, exceptionally efficient, clean, thorough, and respectful of our home and recommended a quality system to support our needs. We felt we were well taken care of. We highly recommend D-N-D Services!!
