Recently moved into a new place with a 19 year old a/c unit. The old unit never cycled and barely kept the house cool. We Reached out to our old a/c guy in Houston who recommended Dale at D&D. Dale came out to the house and spent some time assessing our need and went over several options of new units to choose from. He also suggested adding an air intake. We decided to get all new duct work at the same time. Based on the recommendation and impressed with how thorough Dale was in his bid, we went with D&D. Very glad we did. In one very long day a very professional group of guys came out and removed the old unit and duct work and had the new 5 ton unit up and running that night. They relocated the new unit in the attic and hung all the new ducting. The crew left the front yard and house cleaner than they found it. And the contract price was the price we paid at the end. No surprises. Tech came out to double check all the work the next day. Dale followed up with a final inspection as well. Very pleased with the new a/c and with D&D. Highly recommend.

Dale and his guys are the real deal. Had a full air duct replacement done by these guys a couple months ago and I don’t have a single complaint. Dale explained in full detail what was wrong with my previous ductwork and exactly what they were going to do to correct it. His technicians were very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Yesterday, the fan motor went out on my condenser so I called D & D Climate Control. They fit me into a fully booked schedule to diagnose the problem and came back the same afternoon with the difficult to find part that was needed to make the repair. Tony, a technician, worked late ensure we didn’t spend another night without A/C and appeared happy to be able to help. The customer service is top notch and we will 100% be calling D & D Climate Control for ANY future HVAC needs.

I am a regular customer of D&D for my 80 year old mother’s home. After the hurricane blew through her ac stopped cooling last night the temp got to upper 80’s inside. I called D&D Climate Control this morning and was able to get them out to my mom’s house to quickly make the repair.The technician, Victor, was fantastic. I highly recommend D&D Climate Control. Recently, my 24 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced. Tony made the necessary repair to get my existing system working while Dale (owner) walked me through my options for a new system. Cassie kept me informed and insured that I understood my home would be kept comfortable, even if they had to temporarily install a window unit until the new system was up and running. Victor and his crew showed up early (7:30AM) the day of installation and got right to work. By 5:30PM, the new HVAC system was fully installed and running flawlessly. Dale and his wonderful and experienced staff took all the stress out of the process. You wont regret choosing D&D Climate Control.

We have been customers since a year after we bought our home. They come out every spring and fall to assure us that the ac and furnace are ready for the season. Of course the expense of a maintenance plan brings me great peace of mind and if there is a problem there is no service charge for them to come trouble shoot. They fixed it easily the time I had to call them out, a switch burned out… All the people have been great, staff, dispatch, techs! They keep us informed of arrival times, delays if any, costs. I discovered D & D Climate Control a little over 3 years ago and I hired them to install a refrigeration system for my wine cellar in my home. They gave me reasonable price and once the chiller arrived, a crew of five refrigeration technicians showed up in the morning and a few days later I was handed the keys to my new cellar. They are very efficient and professional! I recently had a small electrical power to my wine cellar and I called them to come out to fix it. Diego came out, troubleshot the chiller, made his repairs in only a few hours and left with my wine cellars wine cooler chilling at 55 degrees F. Nice work Diego!

Amazing service, very polite and professional. My 5 year old HVAC system (installed by another company) failed. Tony not only got it up and running (a bad start capacitor), but installed a micro-air EasyStart, and he and Dale fixed a drainage issue that the original installers -at the other company- knowingly left broken. Marijane was fun to work with! D&D went above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone.Also, if you dont have an EasyStart on your system, get one! Ive done a year worth of research on them. Theyll extend the life of your compressor, save you money on the power bill, quiet the system startup down, and allow you to run your AC on a portable generator a lot easier.

The best in the business. I had several quote/conversations with many AC companies. I chose D&D they put in my entire unit AC and heater in the attic. I also had them redo all the ducting. Which I dont think most people know but it was insulated two times what my others were. House stayed cooler and my bill dropped 20% . Ive had a few electrical blips where I thought my AC went out and they were at my house in in hour. I felt silly because nothing was wrong. If you want the best call D&D.

It was during a hard freeze and I know they must have been getting a lot of calls. Just needed a switch that was inexpensive. They didnt try to sell me a whole new furnace like so many of the big repair companies do.Original review: Great job by D&D! I called over Thanksgiving weekend and got a call back from a real person. She set an appointment for Monday, and even called with a troubleshooting tip for us to try in case it might save us a service call. Turned out our system really did need their help, so I heard from their technician Diego first thing Monday that he was on his way. He was on time, very professional and polite, and he fixed the HVAC the same day, even found the parts for this older unit. We will definitely call D&D Climate Control for all our future work!

We have used D&D for many years. They are always prompt and professional. About two years ago they installed a Air scrubber. We have four dogs and although we try to keep everything vacuumed and cleaned our house always still smelled like dogs. But with this new air scrubber it is so much better and the house smells so much fresher. It’s absolutely amazing. It gets rid of bacteria and germs. I am so glad that Dale recommended it. It’s definitely been worth the money. And it did not take very long to be installed. The lightbulb was replaced today. As always, D&D employees are very polite and kind. Would not use anybody else.

It was a blown capacitor on the condenser, and he indicated that he thought the high voltage contactor also had been damaged by lightning although it was still working. He gave me a price for both which was about half of what I figured so I told him to go ahead and fix both. For free he threw in a compressor saver...a better soft starter. My system was 12 years old but he did not try to sell me a new one...instead told me that I should get another 5-7 years out of it. After he got it working, he checked pressures and temps and pronounced everything good...blowing out 61° air. All this to say that I highly recommend them for your AC needs.
