    UPDATED 11/22/2024I wanted to update this based on our latest experience with CW. I am not sure there is another company with this level of commitment to their community or customers. We are the winners of the ugliest HVAC in DFW contest, and received a brand new Amana 19.2 SEER2 HVAC system. We received an Amana furnace, new Amana condenser (with heat pump) and Amana coil. Chris G was a saint. Mike and Karen, THANK YOU for your generosity and dedication to the community.Original Plumbing Review:We found a slab leak in our entry way, and CW was recommended to us from our friends and neighbors.Isiah and Seth were great. Showed up on time, accurately diagnosed our issue, provided options for us, listened to our questions, worked quickly and efficiently, were patient with our kids, and cleaned up afterwords.     Chris Grammer came out to my location and did a fabulous job. He was totally thorough from start to finish.     First, I have to commend our tech from the most current job (water heater replacement), Tony Nguyen. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced a more courteous, polite, respectful, and pleasant tech before. Aside from the above, he was also very patient to explain everything he had found and what he was recommending. A truly top-notch rep.Second, I love how detailed, organized, and over-communicative the folks are at CW Service Pros. They document everything the find and the work they’ve completed when they’re done.Understandably, the techs recommend additional premiums and add-ons, but never in a pushy way and they have always been respectful of my decision. They also list out options and fully explain the differences so I can make an educated decision.Kudos to you all and I hope you keep up the excellent work, customer service, and dedication to building trust with your clients.

I would recommend any of their services because, as our house ages, we have encountered a variety of maintenance problems that CW has handled very well.     Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon / evening, worst possible time for something like that, the sewage line was blocked! Mr Riley came out as soon as possible, assessed all the options and got to work in double quick time. Given the severity of the issue Id have paid double, so I was very happy with the rate. Id definitely use them again. Well done!

    We were converting a tub into a walk-in shower. Turned out the original plumbing was run thru the floor under the corner of the tub. Isiah was able to reroute the lines & fix the drain. We also had a waterline hammer & a defective shower valve where a new one had to be ordered then installed. And C&W were not only able to promptly get us on to the schedule, it was very effective to have Isiah come each time as he started the job & had the knowledge to finish it correctly. We have used C&W in the past & we will used them again as the office staff is pleasant & the technicians are very experienced.

    Devon, our CW plumber, was quite professional. He spent quality time explaining the problems found as well as the needed fixes, and the bid was very fair. Though the job turned into a much more extensive one than hoped for, Devon explained the problems with pictures and worked hard to minimize extra costs. We were completely satisfied with the excellent communication with CW, the personnel, and the final outcome. We definitely would use them again next time, and highly recommend them to others.

    CW Plumbing came out on a Saturday afternoon. We called with a problem late that morning. They took my info and called when they said they would. Isaiah came and he was awesome. He told us exactly how much it would cost. He had to install a new faucet. He was personable and efficient. He saved my dinner party!     The Expansion Tank started leaking on my water heater Sunday. My son shut off the hot water immediately. Paul was honest, professional and able to get the job done for my faucet replacements in my master bath in a timely, efficient manner with a job well done.     My hot water heater went out one afternoon last week, and CW plumbing was there first thing the next morning to assess the situation! Vaughn was amazing! In addition to his kind and gentle nature (even my 16 year old son repeatedly said, Hes just so nice! Hes such a kind guy!), Vaughn was extremely professional and knew exactly what the problem was. He explained my options in a thorough way I could understand and was patient as I weighed out what I wanted to do. In addition to replacing our hot water, Vaughn was knowledgeable about bringing things up to code. This involved changing many complicated valves and pipes. However, Vaughn knew what needed to be done, and now I feel so much safer with the way things are set up. Vaughn also did a great job being neat and clean; no mess for me to clean up afterward. But the best part? The work was done the same day! We had hot water within 24 hours of us realizing our heater had a problem. If you want fast service that is done right, call CW Plumbing!

    I’m so awed by the service I received. Conner Eisen made an otherwise terrible situation so much easier on me. I knew the minute he walked in I’d made the right call using CW. Connor was well spoken, incredibly polite, and very competent. He was also neat as a pin, a lovely added bonus. He provided me with an estimate up front, and explained everything before he began. He also completed all the work efficiently, taking the time to add insulation without my needing to ask, something missed by the last repairman.     Recently we needed to have new shower fixtures installed and we called C&W Plumbing without any hesitation at all as they have proved themselves several times as to how great they really are. We requested Zack for our plumber and he came out and surveyed the situation and determined what was needed. He had to order the necessary parts and we were told he could get them in a few days. Price was agreed on and the parts were ordered. Much to our surprise we received a call from C&W that same day and they had received our parts the same day. Zack would be back in a day to install what was ordered. Zack came back and what was ordered was installed in our shower. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure all of our questions were answered all with a smile! Onnce again, plumbers like Zack are the reason we have made C&W our go-to plumber! He reviewed everything plus verified I understood the shutoff valves. Carlos was the most thorough plumber for a checkup. He recommended a couple adjustments but no heavy sale push. CW found nothing wrong with the system and waived the service fee. I spoke with 2 people at the office when I scheduled the appointment and both were very nice and knowledgeable! I had scheduled a service call prior to being in contact with CW Service Pros. No they do the ground work to build comfort and trust first which is so important.Having these types of issues in your house is scary but working with a company that has professionals like Adam helping you makes it easier. I just cant say enough how great it was to work with them.
