Did not tell me what was wrong before fixing it. After charging 98 dollars for service call another 170 dollars for fixing a pipe thread for less than 20 minutes a work. He didnt tell me if he lit the pilot or not. Unknown if the leak was fixed. Only time will tell. Never again, I only used them because they were in my zip code part 2. They came back out and repaired the heater unit.

We bought this home almost a year and a half ago and everything had been great until yesterday. House wasnt cooling and it was warm and humid throughout the night. After many attempts to get someone out here on short notice, I had about given up, until I contacted Custom Climates. After calling around to SEVERAL emergency repair companies and getting turned away immediately, we came across Brandon with Custom Climates. Trustworth, have used on three occasions for different things, first time was just a service charge and a simple no charge fix. We at PlayStayTion Pet Resort love this company. We have a very challenging climate control system and also a UV air sanitation system. They installed it and maintain it. We had our 20 year old system replaced. They replaced our old zone system with a brand new one-electric a/c and gas heat. They installed a new unit outside, new unit in the attic and two new thermostats. The work was done well. They also made sure that everything was working properly before they left. We are pleased with our new system and the job they did. Brandon also serviced our old unit several times before we got the new one.

Brandon and his team at Custom Climates did a great job on the design and installation of the HVAC system for our custom home. As with most custom built spray foam homes, the system needed a few tweaks once we moved in. For example, we decided to install a whole home humidifier to address some low humidity issues while heating. The Custom Climates team had to replumb the system to account for the humidifier but didnt charge us for that additional labor. Brandon and his team always responded promptly to our texts and worked with us to make the needed adjustments to get our system just right. Our Trane HVAC system is unbelievably quiet and working great.
