    Custom Air systems is one of the best HVAC dealers and installers in the Houston area. We had to replace our whole HVAC system unexpectedly and Custom Air was able to be out next day, provided a great quote and walked us through the step by step process. Their work was top notch and one of the most transparent partners out there. I Highly recommend them for all our your HVAC needs.

    So worried when upstairs AC (daughter’s room) started blowing warm air and the thermostat showed an error in temperature reading. Since it was a Sunday call-out, kinda’ feared we would have to pay a premium for service. I was relieved to find out the problem was an easy fix & that the service fee was affordable.     This company has done such a great job that I had to write this review for my first time ever. The guys that came to my home were all wearing their safety gears (mask, gloves and booties) before entering my home. They come in installed the units and left in a timely manner. This company has great prices, a good product and great staff. I will recommend this company to all my Real Estate clients and professionals. Thank You Custom Air.

    I called Custom Air and spoke with The Owner ( Angel Cantu) and explained the issues I was having with my A/C - he advised , because of the age of my system , that replacement of the whole system would be best option vs. temporary fix. He took the time to explain , in depth,all the best options / brands/ pricing and we narrowed down to the appropriate model for my needs. Custom air was at my house the next day and had my whole system changed out in 6 hours , never had I been serviced this quick before with such efficiency and they did exactly ALL as they said they would - I was Cool and ready to go when I got home ! I would Highly recommend Custom Air Systems to anyone who needed A/C repair or replacement !!

    Paul was the tech that came out to work on my AC when it broke over the weekend in the evening. I have to say that this was a great experience. This company has integrity and that is fading today with a lot of businesses. Thank you for being honest custom air systems. On top of that, before he came out, he gave me some instruction on what to do to see if I could fix it myself, THAT is great service and I recommend you call this business for AC or heat service!

    2/12/2019. Warm and toasty in my house right now, thanks to Custom Air Systems, and in particular, thanks to Paul M. Paul is the man. On time, friendly, knowledgeable (gave tips on maintaining my unit), affordable, works fast, works quietly and efficiently, kept work area clean, conversational but didnt try to upsell me every other sentence....all the things.....all the things a customer looks for in a repairman and company. I will definitely become a repeat customer and recommend to family and friends. Wish every company and repairman were like this. Thanks Paul. Draft Inducer Motor.

    Paul M. came out same day service. I prepared myself for the worst news, but he just asked a few questions and made no assumptions. He took a look, quickly made an assessment, and had the part with him in the truck that needed to be replaced. He did a couple more checks after it was running again to verify it was in working order. All is well and cool, and he also offered some maintenance advice that I can handle myself. The whole process only took 30-40 min. I would definitely recommend.

    Very unhappy with the service. They added Freon-with the bottle inverted-NOT the correct way!-just to do the job FAST! DID NOT even attempt to check for a leak! This ONLY worked for 3 days and BLEW UP mt compressor. I had to spend $3650.00 to have a new unit installed. Then the owner had the nerve to call me and ask WHY I was unhappy with their service.

    Fantastic service! My heat would not come on so after calling another HVAC business (who never responded) I called Custom. Paul came out and got it running again. Thankfully it turned out to be a simple fix and the price was right, too.I’ll be calling Custom for my HVAC needs.

    The folks at Custom Air are wonderful down to earth people. after obtaining several bids for a complete replacement A/C system, I decided to go with Custom Air. First and foremost, they had exact if not comparable systems that i was looking at near or below cost of other companies. But they saved me thousands of dollars by pointing out that the systems i was looking at included some hi Tech frills that really were not necessary. these options such as remote diagnostics and the such worked great but why pay thousands extra only to make the repair companies not to have to go up in the attic to diagnose the issues? I would rather have them look at it hands on and diagnose it. So I took their recommendation and selected a system without these frills ans saved thousands.Second, the techs that removed the old system and installed the new system were efficient and careful with my home. Afterwards the techs that followed to actually connect and start up the new unit were here and ready to take over. They got my new unit up and running in no time.My new system has saved HUNDREDS off my heating and cooling bills immediately after install. It is fantastic on how efficient the new systems are these days if you select the right one. The owner Angel promised me immediate savings and sure enough he was right, I figure the new system will pay for itself in less than 4 yrs!After a few months the winter came and I had issues. I called for service and service dept was prompt and courteous. Well it turns out I had to have a couple of repeat calls for the same issue, the heating would kick on the kick off after a couple of minutes. They apologized for having to return but promised to stick with it until resolved. Turns out the problem all along was a clog in the vent line on the house itself, not in the new unit. It was a very tricky problem, but they stuck through it just as they promised an never charged me for service even though the issue was in my home vent lines.All in all my experience with Custom Air has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this company for all your A/C needs!Robert G.
