    Joe Cruz was very involved and kept me informed or every aspect happening. Has my whole A/C unit replaced with a package unit and it turned out great. Joe’s team had to unexpectedly replace some of the duct work and did not rise the total cost estimate. Highly recommend this business.

    What can I say, Joe and Isabella really took care of me and my family and have been for years. They serviced our old unit and helped us upgrade to this beautiful system before the other completely failed. Not only did they do it in a timely manner the new system is so efficient it actually lowered our electric bill. Every year they come out and check it, clean it, and keep it running like its brand new. They have helped my family and friends on numerous occasions and they always tell me how courteous and timely they are. I will never get another company to look at my unit, Joe and his family take care of mine so we are customers for life. Every time some comes by the house we get compliments on how nice the unit is and we love telling people about how great Joe and Isabella are.     Joe and his guys were able to get out to us the same day our ac unit died.He trouble shot a couple of possible quick fixes over the phone with me and when those didnt work had his team came out within a few hours. Not only did they very quickly identify the problem but they also had the parts to fix it. Within 30 minutes of their arrival our AC was running again.Additionally, they adjusted the vents inside our home to help optimize our cooling. Great, prompt, efficient, service. Highly recommended.

    They came through in the heat! In less than 24 hours my air conditioner was up and running again and at an affordable rate! Sometimes it can be something simple and He always gives you a checklist of what to try before spending the money to have someone come out and look. Very hard to find honest people but Cruzs is definitely there to help!

    We called them and they were at our home the next day and they were punctual. Luis and Gio diagnosed our heater unit in a few minutes and let us know what the issue was. They even contacted the manufacturer and got the warranty for the defective part. They let us know our upfront cost, and returned within a few hours with part and installed it. Overall excellent customer service and very friendly and extremely satisfied with their work. They fixed our heater in the busy time right before the holidays, and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

    I would give Cruz’s Heating and Cooling 10 stars if I could. They came to the rescue when my uncle’s furnace stopped working one evening in 20 degree weather. My uncle is an elderly Vietnam vet who had to sleep in a sleeping bag next to space heater that night. Called Cruzs the next morning when they opened, and Joe went out of his way to install a new furnace that same day. Cruzs made sure my elderly uncle did not have to sleep in a freezing house again. Oh, and they did it for a great price too. They are the genuinely wonderful people and will get all of our future business. I simply can’t say enough good things about Joe and his team. God bless them.

    My husband and I needed to replace our heater. We got estimates that where half of what we paid for our house. One heating and cooling company (SC) told us it would be 20,000 for the units and 5,000 to 10,000 for the electrical plus labor and taxes. Also they never contacted us again (from the first visit). Cruz heating and cooling came in and did the job for 15,000. Also they have the nicest, professional staff we have ever met. I wanted to give a special shout out to Luis and Gio. They did an excellent job. I would diffently go with CRUZS HEATING AND COOLING. Thanks guys. So if u want to be happy give them a call. You wont be disappointed.

    9/28/23 The two workers who came to do the work very friendly and patient in replacing an AC thermostat. The wiring had to be modified.12/6/23 The furnace did not turn on. Cruz and Gio came and worked a long time. They found that the thermostat i had bought myself in September was not working. They went, bought another one, installed it, and got the heat on.All that and Cruz only charged $50! Less than the charge for a service call. He is not greedy like some others.

    You couldn’t ask more from these guys, best contractor experience I’ve ever had. Joe came out to quote a full unit swap, price was competitive with larger companies but came with a few perks nobody else offers. What sold me was the labor guarantee and affordable bi-annual service, including a case of filters. Gio and Louis came ON TIME a few days later, swapped out the component’s did their thing quietly and professionally, cleaned up and left. Everything is better than before and I have confidence in the work. On time, professional, clean, and local… zero complaints. Great job fellas, will recommend to anybody.

    The refrigerated A/C went out a couple of days ago and in triple digit temps!! We called several well known companies in the area who were going to take a week to get to us. Another company we managed to call came by and wanted us to buy a “brand new refrigerated A/C!!” Brand new and at a high cost! Anyway, this morning I ran into a nice lady who referred me to Cruz Heating and Cooling. I immediately contacted them and they were very responsive! Needless to say. We “did not” need a “brand new A/C” as the other company stated and we were charged a very reasonable price of what was needed!! Beware of those companies with the supposed excellent ratings. Do your homework and trust word of mouth Instead! My husband and I highly recommend these great and honest folks! They have a new customer for life now!

    I have worked with Cruzs since I moved in to the house and they have always been great at coming to look at the unit and fixing any big issue. This year we had to replace the entire unit, in July. The guys came and replaced everything, when they had issues, outside their control, they worked incredibly hard to fix everything and make sure me and my family have AC and are comfortable. I cannot thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone, absolutely brilliant.

    We requested a second opinion of our AC issues through Cruz and now will only be going to them for any further maintenance! They were able to come within the hour to diagnose and had it repaired within an hour as well. They were very honest about repairs (and able to explain in a way we understood) and we were able to save hundreds of dollars because of their second opinion.

    This is the best HVAC service I have ever had! They were responsive and quick to fix the issue. I called SoBellas prior to them coming and that was a huge mistake. Sobellas guys are sales people posing as HVAC technicians! They wanted to replace the whole unit and Cruz’s was fair price under $300. They earned my business. $85 is what they charge for service calls. Highly recommend!

    Jose and his crew are AMAZING! I no longer live in El Paso, but when my parents heater broke and they could not find any help to get it fixed, I found Cruzs Heating and Cooling and will be a customer for as long as my parents need service. I called Mr. Cruz in the morning on a Thursday and by Thursday afternoon the heater was fixed. This type of service is hard to find and I am incredibly thankful considering that my parents are elderly and sickly. My dad had just gotten released from the hospital and he said once the heater was fixed, his health improved greatly. I am so thankful to Mr. Cruz and his crew. Thank you for keeping my parents warm especially with these continuing cold fronts.Forever a customer!

    I called the owner Joe and asked if someone could come out to take a look at our airconditioner that had stopped working in the middle of summer. Within 2 hours Armando knocked at my door.     These guys are awesome. Arrived to my house in less than an hour of call. I had issues with my unit on a Sunday, called another repair company. They quoted me 1400+. These guys came and trouble shooted my hvac system and actually found the issue and the repairs were less than 400. My A/C is working like new. They cleaned and maintenance my hvac unit as well.     Called this business on Monday evening because my ac was not cooling below 81 degrees. Mr Cruz said he would send someone out Tuesday morning around 9 and 10am. The techs Gio and Luis arrived early. Their knowledge, diagnosis of the problem was right on. They had the ac working within an hour. They were very professional and respectful. I wont post what they charged but in my humble opinion, it was very reasonable. Would call them again and highly recommend this locally owned business.
