Crossfire Heating and Cooling is absolutely amazing!!Lewis is an absolute Air-conditioning design and installation genius.They designed an entire system based on not only square footage but also the usage of or space. Especially since we run a recording studio and a photography studio in our space.Lewis took in account the sound of the system for recording, as well as enough system to overcome lots of people in the studio at the same time.They explained every step of the process, . . The system works perfectly and will save us money on the air conditioning and heating bills.The installation was on time, and they finished in one day... a very long day for them.They wanted to make sure everything was tested and work exactly as described.They cleaned up everything before leaving.. probably better than before they arrived.They even helped us install the app on our phones.Thats great customer service!!If youre need of air-conditioning or heating repair or replacement I highly recommend Crossfire Heating and Cooling .. a great family run and Christian company!!

Crossfire heating and cooling was able to diagnose my air conditioning system with one visit. Then they worked with American home shield for our warranty so we could get our outdoor unit replaced. This all happened in less than a week and the install was very smooth and simple.

I definitely recommend Lewis, he was early to the appointment and figured out the problem instantly and fixed it with no problem. House was 85 degrees so I was very thankful that they could come help that quickly. 10/10 service very polite and explained everything to do so it wouldn’t happen again. They re not like other companies trying to get extra money out of you. They go straight to the issue and fix it.

This company is the best!! Very knowledgeable, the only 1 out of 6 that knows how to fix things Carrier. Arrived on time called before arrival discussed the plan of action and called for approval had parts in his truck and fix it all in 1 day. I will never use anyone else!!!!

I’ve worked with a fair number of HVAC people over the last year on an aging system. Crossfire’s field tech did a terrific job of diagnosing issues, not just following a formula but using good engineering sense. Communicated it well to the home warranty company and made a good recommendation to go an upgrade path rather than repair only. Reasonable cost for the service above and beyond.Also good integrity of customer service. We gave him a job to add a capacitor start kit to help reduce inrush current when the compressor starts off a generator. He came out and found there was negligible benefit in measurable current and the kit made the compressor make an odd sound on start. Rather than go through with the job, he double-checked with peers and recommended against. Smart guy in lots of dimensions — does other technical hobbies just for fun. Interesting to “talk shop” with. Has experience and opinions about different manufacturers and ways to set them up.Highly recommend.

From the beginning of the service order the communication with every step was top notch. They made sure I was on the loop on everything, including parts tracking. I have already contacted family and friends to recommend Crossfire! I HIGHLY Recommend these guys for all of your A/C and Heating needs.

Crossfire is a great company with integrity and honest values.Some how I over paid in buying refrigerant. The owner apologized and hand delivered me my 189$ check Sunday afternoon ( I live about a hour from their office) Crossfire is definitely a company I highly recommend. Note they are running a special 79$ they will come out and do a complete inspection on your furnace before winter arrives. ✅

Lewis and Richard did a great job for us - very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They even worked with us to get a warranty repair completed super quick on a Saturday, so that we could host our Granddaughters birthday party the following day. Victoria was also very responsive and helpful on the office side of the equation. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any HVAC services. Overall, Crossfire easily earns a 5 star rating.

Lewis and another gentleman from Crossfire showed up on time. They were very friendly and courteous. They replaced my gas furnace and AC coil. Lewis explained every part of the job and why it was necessary and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The price was fair and the work was completed quickly. He found and corrected problems that were caused by work done incorrectly by previous companies that had done work on the system. I would recommend Crossfire Heating and AC without hesitation.
