I feel so blessed to have found C&R repair. My home AC went out and I gave C&R a call. It was getting late in the afternoon and I was hoping that they might be able to send a technician before closing. The lady I spoke with at the office was super sweet and helpful. She was able to make some calls and get me scheduled. A short time later the owner of the company was at my door. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the AC working again. He was fast, efficient, and exceedingly kind. I would recommend C&R to anybody and they will be my only call when I need their services again.

This is a personal experience that’s beyond the normal. I’m a fishing guide and live in Tyler and I came down to the border to fish with my customers. While here, 9 hours from home in mid-August, my wife calls and says the AC is out. I called Robert and talked to him for about 30 seconds and he sent someone out, they fixed the AC in less than a half hour. He also wouldn’t take a payment, he told me to focus on my work and be BLESSED! 🥲Thank you, I wanted to post this because their service is top notch, but as a business in my hometown, I want the community to support people that are amazing like the guys at C&R. I know Robert personally, he’s a friend, but he’s even more of an incredible person. I recommend them 10/10, the work will be perfect!!!

Robert, the owner, came out on a Saturday with about an hours notice to quote me for the installation of a new system in July. He was easy to work with, professional, prompt, clear about expectations, and concerned about my family surviving the heat. He listened and answered my questions very respectfully. He immediately found issues with the existing system which no other company has ever mentioned or checked. To top it off, his quote and availability for installation was very competitive.3 years later: I had to make a service call as our unit just wasnt keeping us comfortable all the sudden. They worked me in the same day I called. Allen and Josh were super friendly and very respectful. They quickly resolved the issue with the outside unit...Absolutely fantastic service. I can not more highly recommend C&R Service and Repair.

When our HVAC system went out, we started asking friends which HVAC companies they prefer. Several of them sang the praises of C&R. So, we called them and I kid you not, our experience with C&R was shockingly good. They quoted us a great price, worked out an unbelievably generous payment plan for us, communicated clearly at every point in the process, and got us back up and running without a hitch. And they left our property left better than they found it. It would be hard for me to recommend them more highly. If your experience is half as good as mine, you will be thrilled that you called them.

I have never been more impressed with a company than I am with C & R Heating and Air in Whitehouse , Texas this week.Alan was called at 10:00pm when our air stopped working. He came right over. He said our fan motor had gone out. (We only built our house 2 year ago so our equipment was under warranty) He put a temporary motor in that night because we have a disabled son that had surgery recently. He wanted to help.He then called me at 7:00am the next morning and said that he was trying to find us a new motor to replace but because of the supply chain issue it was on back order. Could be months. Alan didn’t just give up. He called around and found a complete inside system that was our brand and went and bought it. He then took the board and motor off of the new one that they bought (didn’t charge us for the equipment) and installed it in our system. He said his father said when the one they ordered for me came in they would just put it in the system they purchase and then would make their money back.I was blown away at his concern, care and commitment to helping us out when he didn’t have to. Alan…you the Man and your father is a Saint to us for what he did.If you want integrity….look no further.John Brent Bockmon.

I cannot say enough good about these guys. I had gotten 2 or 3 estimates before I called them and Robert gave me the best estimate and I got the brand I wanted after researching-Daiken. Eric came out and explained everything in detail and he was friendly and knowledgeable. They came out and in less than a day installed my new HVAC system. EEric explained how I could do simple maintenance when I change my filter also. I came home from work to a terribly hot house! After working 12 hours and having 3 more 12s coming up I need sleep!! I sent a message after 10 pm about my ac not working and was called within 15 minutes. While I was waiting I did some research and realized I might just have to reset my thermostat but did that while I was on the phone with Julie Templin, the office manager, and she talked me through some things and it turns out it WAS just as simple as that. She verified with me that I had airflow before we hung up and even sent a follow up text with more trouble shooting tips for my Nest thermostat… I am very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness she showed and by how quick the response time was! Even so late in the evening! I would definitely recommend them!

He was prompt and professional and worked hard in sweltering heat to get our system back to working. He was quick and we felt like the price was reasonable. They will go above and beyond to get to the root of any problem.The compressor on our condenser unit (outside) just went out. The manufacturer was originally only going to cover the compressor. These guys went to bat for us with the manufacturer, and got the ENTIRE outside unit replaced (under warranty).

I recommend this company 100%!.I struggled for so long with excessive humidity in my house and even bought a very expensive furnace from another company (who assured me this would take care of the problem...and it did not). When I contacted Robert Templin regarding the problem, I was desperate to get the problem fixed and thought a whole house dehumidifier would be the answer. Robert worked with me, step by step, and could easily have sold me an expensive dehumidifier because I was so eager. But his goal was to help me solve the issue with my house, not to make money at any cost. The humidity problem has been appropriately addressed, and he also made sure the drain of my A/C unit drained properly.He always arrived on time and was respectful of me and my property.I can’t say enough good things about Robert and C&R Services. I highly recommend him. You won’t regret it!

I believe I interacted with all of them at some point during the job. They weren’t the lowest bid, but the old adage, “you get what you pay for”, applies here.
