We called Chuck with CPR Air & Heat for a furnace checkup two days ago. It was 26 years old and nearing the end. Today he and his installers did a replacement at a very reasonable price and made sure everything is working properly. This is a company and a man that you can trust.

I have been using CPR Air for 15-20 years every since I was in an emergency (it was hot of course) and they came out to solve my issue. What kept me calling them over anyone else was that they didnt take the opportunity to sell me on an higher priced option. Instead, Chuck told me what I needed to resolve the issue and that he could keep me running a little longer before replacing the system. When the time came, I called him and he gave me options for replacement and CPR did a fantastic turn-key job.I have continued to use CPR even as I moved and added other properties. Recently, when I was out of the country, CPR came to my home and got me up and running after 2 systems failed. I trust them to do the work and tell me what I owe as well as to work in my home with my kids or anyone I can have letting them in. Knowing both systems were ready to go soon, I asked them to replace both systems completely 2 weeks later when I returned. Again I received options and was not pointed to the highest priced solution that I thought I wanted. It was patiently explained I was adding additional cost without a benefit. Installation and follow-up was superb.CPR and Chuck came through again recently on a rental with a fantastic response time and resolution. So easy to work with them I dont hesitate to recommend them!

I have used CPR for 20+ years. Chuck has always been incredibly honest and able to fix any issue. He doesn’t ask you to buy something if it can be repaired. I have also recommended him to several people and they still use him to do this day. Ive trusted my AC to him all these years for a reason. He is responsive and gets it repaired at a fair cost.

CPR Air-conditioning, with Chuck and his team were amazing. Our AC unit stopped cooling and they were quick to respond. It was getting hot in the house and Chuck knew that my elderly Mother who is on oxygen was living with us. He was able to put a medical rush out for a new unit and his team was able to install a new unit for us within 24 hours. What amazing service. He was so professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything, the pros and cons on units to help us make the best decision for our family. I cant thank you all enough for the quick response. I highly recommend CPR, Chuck and his team.

I wanted to write a review as a personal thank you to Chuck of CPR for coming promptly. He arrived in less than 2 hours on a Saturday that was one of the hottest days of the year. Actual temp was over 100. The issue was diagnosed rapidly and accurately and although he didnt have the parts on his truck he arrived first thing in the morning the very next day. This incident occured Friday afternoon and all other AC guys were not even willing to come out including my old AC guy that refused to honor his warranty on previous work done with sketchy Chinese parts. CPR was even very reasonable on the price where others will gouge you at every opportunity. Anyway, if you are in need of AC repair done with compassion, humor, and proficiency Chuck is your guy. I cant thank you enough Sir. You are the total package!

CPR is amazing! I called, told them what was going on, (AC not cooling) he gave me a time frame, showed up at the earliest time and fixed the problem. He was very courteous, professional and thoroughly checked everything! I was amazed at the outstanding knowledge and customer service he gave me and wasn’t trying to sell me anything! I will be calling them again if any other problem arises. I highly recommend you call CPR for your AC problems.

Woke up with AC issues. And by noon, Chuck had arrived, diagnosed the issues, replaced a part, topped off the freon, tested, and we were back in business. During this heat wave, he is really a super-hero! Thanks CPR Air!!!

Sunday my AC was not cooling, A friend told me to call CPR and I called to schedule an appointment, expecting it to be a couple of days and they showed up 4 hours after I called. Mr Chuck quickly assessed the problem, repaired it and gave me a few tips on how to maintain my ac during these hot summer months, and told me that it would save me a cost of another visit if I followed his tips. I would highly recommend CPR, very knowledgeable and quick to fix, and didnt price gauge me. Thank you CPR you have a customer for life.

Wow!! Just Wow!!! Ive owned a few houses in my day so Ive needed A/C experts every now and again. CPR (Chuck) is the only company I will use from now on. My AC was not cooling, I called CPR and Chuck shows up a couple of hours later. He quickly assessed the problem. He realizes that my unit is only 2 years old. So he files with the company, gets a NEWER and BETTER COIL with a longer warranty than the 5 it had originally.He saved me a lot of money and a lot of stress. When it was all done, he texted me that same evening to check if things were better. Of course they were, but wow....honesty and integrity goes a long way. Thanks Chuck and your crew!

Chuck has been my go to a/c man for over 20 years.He is a walking encyclopedia on everything about a/c, is fair, efficient, and fast.My old unit went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called Chuck, he came out in about an hour, the old unit was shot.He had a new unit installed up and running in less than 20 hours from my initial call.I would recommend him unreservedly and without hesitation.

My experience working with CPR A/C was great. Chuck is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. Also, he was very open to explain all the options, the pros and cons, cost vs. value, what to expect now and later... He went the extra mile in every way possible to help us get out from this insane Houston summer heat.The price was reasonable and I got lots of discount but Ill be honest. I didnt call many different companies to shop for pricing so cant speak about if cheaper or more expensive than others. Also, it is hard to compare apple to apple. However, I can say that I feel like every dollar I paid for was worth. Quality, service, professionalism, timing, result after fix, following up and checking on how A/C is running, and may other things Chuck did tells you about how much he cares about his customers. I plan to call CPR A/C for all upcoming issues (my 2 units are 11+ years old).

My AC unit has been working perfectly...But this afternoon it stopped cooling. I called CPR about 7:45 PM and they offer after hours service at a reasonable price...The technician Chuck arrived within 35 minutes diagnosed the problem and fixed it in half an hour at a reasonable price...He was very professional and happy to help...AC issues call them for an excellent experience
