Cowboys first came out to check my unit when it was short cycling outside. After having issues with the heat pump and the unit constantly going into aux heat I came to the conclusion that I wanted a whole new unit. Robert Castro along with Cody helped me pick out the right unit and set me up for installation the very next day. Shout out to the installers Jorge V and Ivan V because they did an absolutely beautiful job on the install and took the time to explain to me what was done as well as testing everything before cleaning up and leaving the area spotless.

Franco was my repair man with Cowboy and he was wonderful! He was incredibly communicative and prompt. Respectful, pleasant, honest, will be sweet to your dogs if you have them…. He came and gave us a second opinion about our unit in terms of repairs/replacing the unit, and gave us a great option that was not given to us by the previous company. He also showed me a good “idiot proof” diagram of the system to explain the issues. Was very helpful! I recommend this company!

Well so far so good…was on time however Ac was frozen when we got there so tech coming tomorrow noon to see what wrong and will continue with review when ac thaws out. Ok so Charlie came back and did diagnostics on unit and found problem. Made appointment for tomorrow to pull and clean evaporator coil. Charlie was great in giving me a 2 year maintenance package with the job plus job comes with a year warranty so that gives me time race of mind that job will be done right. Anyways will give future update on how well Charlie’s crew does. But so far everything seems A-ok…well Charlie’s crew came out , was Daniel he pulled out evaporator coil and boy was it dirty!!!! Daniel cleaned it out with a special solution put back. He did a great job, so far as I can tell AC working great. Cooling, now just need to call Charlie back and get the heating tune-up done and we all good for the cool season. So far they have done work as promised . Still 5 stars!!!well AC working great and Charlie came by today to do the heater tuneup and safety check. Tenants can feel difference in AC. So all in all I was given exceptional service with Cowboys. They did ever as promised at a very competitive rate. Something other companies were not able to do ( fix my AC) I recommend cowboys to anybody who wants their hvac system fixed right just call cowboys and also look online for any specials they may have. Thank you Charlie! Frank and Joe promptly arrived to my home. and they immediately started working removing and cleaning the vents. It was crystal clear that the two men were working as a team. I appreciate how professional and courteous they were as I was upstairs working from home. While attending a Zoom meeting, I noticed Frank respectfully waited for me to finish speaking.He suggested that I close my office door as the air duct machine was loud and the noise may be disruptive during my meeting. Frank thank you for going above and beyond by taking the time to inform me of the noise. Your foresight gave an opportunity to move downstairs and continue my meeting with minimal impact. Lastly, the overall cost of the service was causing anxiety along with creating second thoughts about the value of the service.Thanks to Frank and Joe’s professionalism and dedication to their work made the experience all worth it!All the best-S Johnson

Trying out Cowboy with a coupon offered for AC and heating check for the season. We were not disappointed. Technician Lalo was professional and thorough. He found an issue in our heating system and corrected it without making a big deal of it or try to sell us something we didnt need to correct it. Also was honest about his findings. We apparently have good insulation, and our ducts do not need to be cleaned at this time. So much he did that we did not even expect. We will definitely use Cowboys for future service. We only ask that Lalo be our technician always!

The technicians I Got were experienced, Hard-working, Committed, Dedicated, Took pride in their work, and have a great attention to detail! They were determined not to leave my install until the job was 100% complete and done! Poured out 5 gallons each of sweat and not once did I see them in a Speedo! In 100+ degrees I would have been in a speedo! The attic gets well over 140° yet they continue all day. Cowboys also provided not just amazing service but having parts on hand to do the full install. They also have knowledge of systems that run a EWC! They use York equipment. The most trusted people in my life, working construction and tell me that York has become much better than carrier and train. The York system I have cools my house and lowering my electric bill. I even got a call that there was a manufacturer rebate and they’re sending me a check for $350! Cody is seriously dedicated to give him 100% each and every day! His tech Chris and his tech partner the same! The Batcave is now back to a proper temperature Only thanks to Cowboys!Lastly if you have a three zone or a three thermostat type system that uses shutters to open and close, Cowboys knows exactly what to do to put a new system in place that will function properly!Months later still going strong and working GREAT! They have come out to verify things are working properly and they are! extremely satisfied with all of there services!

This is our air conditioner before Cowboy’s Air Conditioning & Heating came into our home and our air conditioner after Cowboy’s Air Conditioning & Heating were done fixing the big problem in our home that we were not even aware existed.It all started when I called to have my air conditioner serviced. Billy came in and all he did was open the air conditioner closet. Billy said explained what was going on with our unit. He made it easy for us to understand and what our options were. We felt so luck to have someone so knowledgeable. Billy even got Cody involved and both working together helped us get the best unit for our home at cost we could refused. Very affordable for us since both my husband and I retired. That same day Billy called in 2 crews Joe Salais and Angel came in and started taking the units apart. The front and back unit were replaced.Then we had Daniel Montoya and Juan Carlos, second crew come in and removed the old water heater and replaced it with a brand new one. One that was not infested with black mole.I give Cowboy’s Air Conditioning & Heating 5 stars those young man cared about us as if we were family. Joe and Angel that night did not leave our home until they knew our air conditioner was working perfectly. Daniel and Juan Carlos they worked on the water heater and they as well did not leave our home until they knew our new water heater was working perfectly. These young men are trust worthy, experienced, hardworking and very knowledgeable with the work they do. I’m so glad I called Cowboy’s Air Conditioning & Heating. I had a great experience with remodeling my ductwork and trunk line to my unit. Ralph is my senior tech and helped me get my estimate. I needed a new trunk line, new flex lines, new boxes and some yearly maintenance. Pretty much a whole overhaul and redo of my duct work. My installers were John and Shawn and they made a great team. They were very fast, efficient and respectful. I was very lucky and blessed to find these three individuals. Ive had experience with too many bad techs and these three really know how to get the job done right. If you read this review and end up asking for Ralph let them know that Jon and Ramon spoke very highly of these great workers.

Cowboys Air installed my current new complete AC system in late last 2023. Lately, to our disappointment our new AC system was not performing as expected. Finally, on 19 September, 2024, Cowboys Air technician, Mr. “Ralph Kessler” was sent in to diagnose and fix the problem with our system. Upon arrival, he appeared very courteous and caring. He asked me to be with him while he does diagnosis and I accepted it. During his 20 minutes of his meticulous diagnosis, he discovered the cause of the issue and way to fix it so it to perfection. He sure did just that. While at our location, he demonstrated impressive vast of knowledge, competency, caring and determine to not to stop till the problem got really fixed no mater how late it was on the day. I observed him the entire time and I truly was amazed and impressed with all his competency and work-attic. He was exceptional and by far the best AC technician I experienced working on my AC systems. I would highly recommend Mr. Ralph Kessler to anyone looking to get their AC system problem to be solved first time around. He is truly an assets to Cowboys Air and by far the best technician in AC repairs I have seen in my 67 years of life. Thanks Cowboys Air and Mr. Ralph Kessler.

To begin, Angelo called ahead of arriving to let me know he was on his way & offered to buy me coffee a drink or a snack. After he showed up, he came in and right away asked what was going on? He Found the problem, addressed the issue right away & explained for future incidents. He then queried me on the past work advised me on replacement of not needing additional filters inserted into my returns. He went into the attic, took a look at my current situation and showed me pics of some damage. He wrote up some options for payments that would help me financially.It was therapeutic listening to his story on longevity & how he got into this business.I was already a fan of Cowboys AC with the work I had done thru Greg and I will remain working with Cowboys because of Angelo who is very detailed in his findings, options and his understanding of a customer‘s budget

Javier the repairman even offered to have it installed the same night. My A/C compressor gasped its last gasp yesterday evening. I thought maybe it was a small problem, but alas, no. This morning I realized we had a BIG problem and we needed help ASAP. My mom called Cowboys Air Conditioning and Heating before noon and we met Charlie from Cowboys around 2 p.m.Charlie did a full comprehensive diagnostic and found the problems, which he explained clearly, and gave us options for our next steps. I could not have asked for a better experience with Jorge and Alex. Both of them were respectful and worked tirelessly to get my AC unit replaced. Not fixed, I mean a full replacement of my inside and outside unit. Not only did they get it done in a little less than 5 hours but they cleaned up everything afterwards and left my house spotless. When we woke up this morning and the AC was out my wife and I knew we were in for a rough day. I tried what I could but to no avail. We called Cowboy AC at noon and Benjamin was out within the hour. He not only got us the new units but had us put on the schedule to have them installed and running same day! That’s when Jorge and Alex showed up and got to work! Not only would I recommend Cowboy AC, but I would go out of my way to specifically recommend Jorge and Alex to anyone. Could not be more impressed with them! They made a lifetime customer.

Really recommend using Cowboys for your AC needs. My case was just to perform AC tuneup to make sure all was working well and as efficient as designed. Lalo the technician really did a thorough inspection, no pressure selling and gave full explanation of everything he would be doing. I felt Cowboy’s technician went above what was required to make sure my unit was running as efficient as possible. Made some recommendations but his full inspection verified my AC overall was performing well. Cowboys thorough cleaning of outside unit coils is done just like I saw in their TV commercials. I highly recommend to give Cowboys AC a try based on my experience with them!!

When I called to have someone check my AC unit because it wasn’t cooling, they sent out Franco, who explained what was wrong and explained the problem with a solution. He explained thoroughly and set a time for the workers to come the next day. When the 3 workers, ( Miguel, Luis and Chris), they got busy fast and explained things along the way, answering my questions and explaining everything. I am satisfied with the work, but my husband was a bit disappointed, not to their fault of course. We have a self made shelf that won’t fit where our inside unit sits. The sizes of the units are different, so we are going to have to fix that part ourselves. This doesn’t change how well the workers performed. Very respectful, professional, hard workers and very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend cowboys air conditioning and heating to anyone in need of this type of accommodation.

The techs that came for the initial quote went above and beyond to confirm the problem and evaluate my entire system. Cant say enough about our tech Lalo Flores. We had been having issues with our main A/C drain lines clogging and causing leaks. He went into great detail as to what the problem was and actually showed us where and why the leaks were occurring. He gave us countless options as far as remedies and actually prioritized them as to what should be taken care of first and what we could put off for a just a little longer. Never any pressure or scare tactics. We scheduled some repairs and the guys that came out the following day were just as professional and courteous as Lalo was. And a side note, they were actually happy to be working for Cowboys AC. That in itself was refreshing.

I believe you have to give hardworking people the credit they deserve so here’s my honest review. We had an AC unit not operating properly, Angelo came out late 1030pm and fixed the problem, fast courteous and explained fully what he discovered.Then later on we were having another issue with the same unit, Fabian came out and did a whole system Inspection (hours) and explained the options and what was the issue. Very courteous and professional as well. We had another vender double check and agreed with Fabian.We asked for a price to replace the unit on a zoned two stage unit ( not easy) and he gave us a reasonable price. Unbelievably they were able to come the next day!The installers arrived promptly the next day Daniel and Juan. They spent the whole day in a very hot attic working hard and getting the new unit installed. Throughout the whole process every single employee was professional, courteous, explained everything they were doing and were about to do.Finally Alfonso came to check their work and had them do a few more things until he felt it was absolutely perfect. That’s when I knew we hired the right people for the job!I give them my recommendation and if I need anything on my other two units I’m calling them first! Great job guys, Al would be proud!

We called 2 other big companies and they were not able to come out until 3 days out , which was unacceptable . Robert came out and inspected our unit inside and out and gave us a complete diagnostic check . He is very professional, thorough, friendly and most of all honest. We decided to replace our system. While our original builders unit was only 5 years old, it was outdated, it had experienced some major issues, and it lacked what we determined were necessary updates and features. Albert and Cody took the time to thoroughly explain options and answer our concerns and questions in a clear and concise manner. Cowboys offered excellent payment terms and warranty coverage. We were able to schedule the work for the very next day. Jorge and his crew showed up on schedule and worked virtually 6 hours straight with little to no breaks to remove the old system, install the new system, and turn on and test the new system. Three days in and our system is working great, and we have peace of mind. Jorge is scheduled to revisit and check on the system and Cowboys Quality Control officer is also scheduled to visit to check, sign off on the work done, and make sure we are completely satisfied. We highly recommend Cowboys AC and Heating. Everyone we have met and spoken to are professional, personable and believe in providing quality customer care. Unfortunately at 7pm the thermostat quit working and said replace. Being elderly and not too swift, we thought the whole thermostat needed to be replaced. Joe was here bright and early today and simply replaced the batteries in the thermostat!!! We didnt know it even had batteries....our old thermostat did not so battery replacement never occurred to us. But Joe was super and didnt make us feel ignorant, did the replacement quickly and we are back to being cool. Great customer service all around. Happy customers, totally satisfied with Cowboy 🤠 AC!!!

Impressed out of the gate! My AC suddenly quit working in 97° weather at 5pm. One call, and Anthony kindly took care of me on the phone and advised he could have someone out to my place within an hour. When Robert showed up, he was very courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was grateful that he was able to fix the problem at a completely respectable fee and took extra time to educate me about my AC, patiently answering all my questions! Will 100% use them again! I have been using Cowboys for a little over a year now. Their customer service has been impeccable. Fast friendly service. I highly recommend the service technician Robert Castro. First and foremost, he has always been honest and upfront about my AC issues. He has never tried to up-sell me a service I didnt need. We recently got a full system installed based on his recommendation, and we could be happier. My second system went out and instead of telling us we need another new system he replaced some older parts to help us reduce some cost and save some money so we can replace that system at a later date. Trusting someone these days is hard, but Robert and Cowboys will be the ones I trust, with all my AC issues going forward. So call Cowboys and ask for Robert Castro! I have no affiliation with Robert or Cowboys other than they are a good honest hard working people, and they do great work!

Fabian installed and services my unit as needed. By far, its one of the easiest going service reps Ive encountered in a long time. He is really professional and went the extra mile to fix a leaking problem. Fabian did an amazing job, and Cowboys AC is the only place for me. The photo shows the extra work Fabian put into my leaking issue. ***UPDATE*** Since this post I have since put two more mini splits at my house and both were installed by Fabian and crew and let me tell you my electric bill has been reduced 2/3 from before and my house is very comfortable. Especially when I have to work from home and need comfort. Thank you, Cowboys Air Conditioning & Heating ***Update*** November 2023 ... AC motherboard and compressor failed on my Mitsubishi unit. It was under warranty. Cowboy AC honored their labor agreement and replaced the motherboard and compressor free of charge. They continue to provide quality service and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. ***UPDATE*** August 2nd, 2024, had a service technician come out today, and he knocked it out of the park. He did exactly what I asked of him ... Another job well done.

Extremely satisfied customer on Ridge Falls Dr. 78233. After cancelling my parents 21-year maintenance contract with County Wide Air Condition and Heating, I decided to call Cowboys Air Condition and Heating. When they arrived and looked at my parents air condition system they found that the coils were filthy and the condenser was not compatible with the furnace, making both units work harder. The same technician from County Wide, Edgar, had serviced my parents system for 18 years. County Wide and the technicians were a fraud for all these years. For the past year and a half Cowboys Air Condition & Heating has given us very satisfying service. I give Cowboys Air Condition & Heating a Five Star ➎★★★★★ Rating. Our A/C was giving us issues after returning from vacation. The next day 5/25 I went on line in the morning at around 7:30 using Cowboys web site. Shared with them what was going , I also called them. Their working hours start at 8am. At 8:06 I got a text message from Cody asking how he could help. After sharing my issues I got a text from JW Keatts. He arrived at our home and checked out our unit . We were given an estimate of repairs and also a price on a new A/C unit. We decided to go with a new A/C unit. JW said he could have a crew at our home between 2 and 3 O’clock and that we would have all repairs completed that evening. I myself didn’t think that it was possible . The crew arrived as scheduled. Sean Apple White and John were the two technicians. They worked together as a team very professionally one in the attic and one outside. Around 6:30 pm we had new A/C unit installed completed blowing cold air our home. I have seen the commercials on KENS 5 about the Cowboy way . Well they delivered from also aspects of the process. I want to put out a special shout out John and Sean who are truly the face Cowboys. The two men worked in 100 plus temps to complete job.!Working safely to install our A/C unit. I am thankful. An excellent overall process from start to finish.7/16/24 we where having issues with a clogged drain that caused our A/C to stop working. I used the Cowboy Web Portal to let them know the issue I was having. Received. A few minutes after 8 am I got a call letting me know about the scheduled time. Stephanie L text me about the arrival time of the technician scheduled. The technician who arrived on time was Alfonso Garibay who reached out earlier that morning. The drained was cleared in a very short period of time. The work was done safe, professional, and clean. Cowboys once again delivered above and beyond. Excellent process from start to finish!7/29/24 We needed our A/C drain rerouted on the outside of our home. Alfonso Garibay had suggested that on an earlier visit to clear our drain and that he would schedule a follow up for that service. Stephanie L worked with me on a time and date for service. John and Sean where the technicians that came out to do the work . They rerouted the drain and made sure the job was done neat and that the water would run away from our home. Excellent process from start to finish done the Cowboy Way. Couldn’t be happier with the great customer service and workmanship!10/21/24 We had our A/C ducts all replaced. JW set up the job. He inspected our ducts and it was time to have them replaced. The crew that came out was able to finish the job in about 8 hours. Jesus and Alex worked together as a team. They took pride in the way the new ducts were installed. They both were very considerate about the inside of our home cleaning up after themselves and covering up our floors. We are very pleased with the work. I am also impressed about the progress Cowboys use from start to finish! Great customer service and Workmanship!It’s the Cowboy Way for us!11/11/24 Cowboys sent out Alfonso today to check out our new A/C duct work. Alfonso checked out the air vents in the and also went into the attic to validate the quality of work. All went well. We are thankful for Cowboys making sure of the quality of work. Everyone employee that has been out to our has been professional.11/18/24 I received a call from Cowboys wanting to schedule my 6 month maintenance on our new A/C unit. Austin came out and performed the maintenance. After maintenance was performed he ask if I ever considered adding extra insulation in our attic . We had about 4” of insulation in the attic. I ask him to give me a price. The price was reasonable and that very same day a crew was scheduled. Daniel and Omar came out and sprayed 15” of insulation in the attic. They both very professional and respectful of our home. From the scheduling of work to the installation all their employees have been great! We are very thankful we picked Cowboys as our A/C company. Jorge V and Diego I installed a York high efficiency AC/furnace in our house to replace a 12 year old Goodman that was in poor condition. It’s so much quieter than the old system. Even though the cost was high, the value of the new system along with the excellent professionalism of Jorge and Diego made it less overwhelming.
