I had an issue with my gas furnace recently and Jims team came quickly to evaluate. They informed me of the problem but more importantly, relieved me of any danger that could occur. They didnt charge me even after I offered to pay for the peace of mind and safety of my family. I know where to go when I have any cooling/heating issues and undoubtedly, will contact Jim Couling when we install a new furnace.
