Corys crew determined our indoor unit needed repairs and gave me several great options......Well.. I just wanted a new, premium brand unit instead of spending money on the one I had. Within 1 and 1/2 hours these guys gave me a fair estimate, gave me several options and made sure I understood my options....After I made my choice that same afternoon they had HAD MY NEW UNIT installed and running the very next day!

We are very pleased with Cory Butts Elec and A/C/. We called early afternoon with an issue with one of our hvac units not coming on. The technicians arrived before 3pm. They promptly diagnosed a fuse issue and fixed in short order. The technicians were very courteous and professional. Costs for parts and repairs were very reasonable. Dylon and Gage are goodWorkers and very respectful and friendly. I was satisfied when Dylon said they found the problem was a loose ground they had previously overlooked and took care of it. The original problem was one that was solved 90% of the time by the first thing they tried, and unfortunately, that turned out not to be the problem this time. I was very happy with the response time from when I called to when they showed up.

My experience with Cory Butts was pretty good. Great customer service, great employees from start to finish of installation, not so much with the financing though. The financing process was not the best, so I docked one star for that, but overall good experience. I could have went with several options for my central air needs, but I stayed with the Cory Butts company, because they were kind, had great deals, they showed love to U.S Veterans, and they have integrity. I would recommend Cory Butts to other people for their air conditioning needs.Walt

I made the mistake of not calling Cory Butts Electric & AC first when my AC unit quit in this oppressive August Texas heat. Many of the other companies in the area were vague about when they could service my unit and one even ghosted me after calling to check on an ETA. The thing that impressed me the most about this service was how decent and cool Kelly and Gage were as people in an emergency situation. Kelly was kind and reasonable in setting expectation during my call at 2:30pm on a Friday to set the appointment. Gage was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable in getting the job done and showing me what was happening to my unit. Thanks, gang! You saved my weekend from a 108 degree catastrophe.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received. I asked for some quotes and they got those to me the next day. Three days later they were able to install my new air handler and get my AC working again. I was not home when they were installing the handler but Cory kept me updated and sent me pictures. They cleaned up their mess and everything has been working flawlessly. I could not have asked for a better experience and am happy I chose this company for my HVAC work. Thank you!

If your seasonal allergies last all year OR get worse when you go inside your house I highly recommend cleaning your ducts. Andres and Dillon called before they came, were on time, did what was needed, didn’t recommend any additional services and cleaned up pretty well afterward (if you’re removing 70 yrs of build up in 3 hrs you should probably plan on a house cleaning immediately after-that way everything is reset) all in the middle of a 60 mph windstorm. Pictures are of general muck that came out the vents, and before and after vent cleaning.
