    Cool Nation Heating and Air is hands down the best HVAC company Ive ever had the pleasure of working with! From the initial phone call to the final handshake, their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers shone through. My AC unit went out during a sweltering heatwave (July 24), and I was panicking. Cool Nation not only answered my call promptly (unlike some other companies I tried!), but they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very same day.The technician, Issac, was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly to me in terms I could understand (no confusing jargon!), and presented me with several options for repair, outlining the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured to choose the most expensive option; instead, he helped me find the solution that best fit my needs and budget.The repair itself was completed efficiently and flawlessly. Issac even took the time to show me some preventative maintenance tips to help keep my system running smoothly in the future. The price was exactly what I was quoted, with no hidden fees or surprises.But what truly sets Cool Nation apart is their commitment to customer service. They followed up after the repair to ensure everything was working perfectly, and they genuinely seemed to care about my comfort and satisfaction.     Took care of us quickly, had our new system installed quickly, the guys were very friendly, professional, and neat. Gabe the owner was awesome, extremely helpful and understanding from the beginning and helped us to work out getting out old unsafe system replaced. Very fairly priced.

    Excellent service and value. Within 24 hours of my AC going bad, Gabriel came to the house looked at it and determined it was in fact broken, and had a new one installed. I’ve heard the bad stories and this wasn’t one. The provided fast service and got us back to being comfortable. The installers were super nice and got everything installed 30 minutes before they said. They cleaned up and left, super happy and recommend them for anything having to do with you heating and AC unit.

    First, I was grateful they were able to come over and do a consult on Presidents Day. Our downstairs AC was not cooling. He was able to determine the problem and get someone out to service it the next day. Both employees were great, professional, and knowledgeable.Everything went great and my AC is back up and running.

    My AC stopped working it was 6 pm my usual AC guy doesnt have emergency service. However cool nation heating and Air came out. Not only were they professional, prompt but they were reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future.Thank you so much guys!

    Mr. GABRIEL was fantastic. Our tenants, who are 3 hours from us, had issues with their AC, Mr. Gabriel was prompt and friendly when he assessed their issue. This was also a Saturday, where MOST A/C companies charge an after-hours or weekend fee. Not Cool Nation. Look at their availability hiurs compared to other companies, its not even comparable. Services were performed at no charge. He called us before performing any repairs, discussed repair options and future services. He fixed it within a couple minutes and didnt even charge us because it was such an easy fix. We were worried about getting ripped off living so far away, but Mr. Gabriel made this experience enjoyable.We will be using Cool Nation in all of our future A/C repair, service, and purchasing needs.

    I called Cool Nation about my A/C not working Gabriel said he could be there in less than 30 minutes and was actually at my house in that time. I didn’t expect same day service especially since it was after 6pm. He took time to troubleshoot thoroughly and quickly. I was also extremely impressed by the level of customer service. I don’t write reviews often but in this case I don’t feel it would be right not to let others know about my experience because I can’t express how happy I am compared to what I was expecting. I would definitely call Cool Nation for any service in the future.

    I have initially called Cool Nation to do a service on our 12 year old A/C unit cooling our recently purchased home. Upon inspection Mr. Case found a leak and after discussing the pro and cons of repair vs. replacement for a not very well taken care of equipment, we have agreed on the latter. He has advised us on which unit would be the best for our budget, the quoted price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I have received and he was back in 3 days to complete the work. Our new unit works amazingly well, cools the house in minutes and quiet as a mouse :) He did a very tidy installation, took away our old inside and outside units and was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cool Nation for A/C repair, replacement and service. Five stars all around!!!

    Came out to give us a quote on a new outdoor unit and Gabe was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He even came out the same day and installed the new unit. Personable, professional, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work; not just installing the new unit but ensuring that everything looked clean and was secure, and was eager to answer any questions I had.     Gabe was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. As someone who was in the HVAC-R business I knew what my issue was when I started calling around. Other businesses tried to immediately sell me a new unit without even looking at mine. Gabe came and priced out the cost to fix it. But after speaking with him I decided to do a whole new system. He came the next day and knocked it out. Couldnt be happier.

    Very good service; prompt, courteous and works around our available times.The Heat Pump that Cool Nation installed at our home, so far has performed great both heating and cooling. Our electric consumption has dropped considerably.

    We had water running on our floors Sunday late night and we still were contacted immediatley after sending a message to him that late at night. By Tuesday afternoon Mr.Gabe was done installing a new Furnice and a new AC. He was very profesional, knowleable, and did sharp installations in a super fast time frame, letting us know every step what he was doing.We discussed several options on how to fix or replace .And he installed a new wifi temp controll unit as well (aint that neat?)Prices were very reasonable. Two friends of ours just had repairs/replacement by a different contractor and ours was definetatly the better deal plus fastest service.I will highly recommand Gabe and Cool Nation.Im very happy because one of my Sons led me to find Mr.Gabe as i panicked seeing water coming into my house. Good to know repair service doesnt need to be a nightmare w unreliable , overpriced repair service. Im keeping his # just incase.Thank you

    Worked me in same day. Came out for free to check my unit. Was able to find the problem quickly and fix the problem. Checked to makes sure nothing else was bad and made sure the air was blowing nice and cool before leaving. Very friendly and professional.

    About a month ago our a/c stopped blowing cold air. After finding this business on homeadvisor we were called and someone came out at 8:30 pm, diagnosed and repaired what was broken. He was professional, kind, and fair in his pricing. I highly HIGHLY recommend his services if you ever have any a/c issues in the greater Killeen/Fort Hood/Copperas Cove/Lampasas area. We will be using his spring and winter inspection services to ensure our a/c is running properly. When replacing our unit this company is one of the top contenders so give them a call!!
