You need to definitely take down the commercial with those girls dancing on it? Not the kind of girls you want to see dancing. It looks tacky and cheap. Honestly. The girl at the bus stop? Good Lord! And the tattooed girl at the restaurant? It made us grossed out and uncomfortable to watch it. The message youre sending for your company, is not a good one and I know that you guys are better than this. Just a professional commercial would make you look much more professional. 😉

From start to finish, Cool It made it comfortable for us to be in our home this summer while replacing our very old system. Corey came out to assess our situation and consulted on what our best option would be. Corey kept his word and arrived on time on the day he said he would. Corey, Tommy and JT worked very hard to see this through. All of them were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! They made sure we understood how our system works. Gave us knowledge and made recommendations. After the install they left the area clean. My husband and I appreciated them very much! Cool it was there for us!

Our AC went out this weekend and being first-time homeowners we weren’t sure where to start finding someone to come check it out. My brother recommended Cool It so we gave them a call, not expecting to hear back til Monday. I got a call back within the hour and David came to check it out about 10 minutes after that! No crazy fees for seeing us on a weekend, either.David was excellent to work with- professional, upfront about cost, and he taught my husband and I about the components and what to watch out for while he worked on it. We are back in great shape with our AC running smoothly in about 45 minutes time. They’ve got our business for good based on the quality of service alone!

We have had nothing but problems with our HVAC system since we bought our house in 2019. We have a home warranty and it’s definitely helped but this time we thought we’d just try someone in town. Cool-it was recommended on Facebook so we gave them a shout. Not only were they punctual, but when the problem persisted they came out 2 more times to help and didn’t charge a dime. Turned out the drain piping needed to be redone and they quoted a reasonable price then and there and then came back 2 days after to install. Quick, painless and a job well done. David, Shane, Mike and Cory each came out at least once with David putting in the most grunt work. After they did the work they came back twice more just to be sure it wasn’t leaking still in the attic just for my peace of mind. Of course it wasn’t! Good job guys! I’d recommend to anyone!

Regular air conditioning maintenance can sometimes feel like a scam, like extra work for a device that we feel should just work. But like a car or other very large complex machine it runs better and you can have greater peace of mind knowing that someone with experience and training has looked over and tested each component. Combined with this, there is the issue of the Air Handler being in the very core of the home, such that the mechanic, so to speak, has to come in to the place you live and comport themselves with confidence and professionalism. Our tech, Joey, exudes the patience and detail oriented work that provide that confidence and clarity you want when getting an update as to the status of an HVAC system. Our dogs love when Cool It arrives each seasonal change to let us know whats up and assure us everything has been taken care of. Thanks, Cool It, and thanks, Joey!

Having the remote and to be able to heat the house in case of an emergency power outage is amazing. I called Bob Chambers COOLIT because my air conditioner was not working properly. It was determined to be a leak in the coil and a new coil was ordered. A few days later two young men, David and Shane, arrived and replaced the coil. It was a lot of hard work and took several hours to remove the old coil and replace it with the new one. While here, the young men were very friendly, polite, and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had without hesitation. When the job was finished they cleaned up the debris and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the job. Thank you, David and Shane, for a job well done.

Note update as of June 2022 at the end of the first review.We have used them a number of times. They are the first company that we call when there is a need. They are prompt, trustworthy, and dependable. Their prices are fair with estimates that are right on target. It is refreshing to use a company that actually practices good customer service.UPDATE. We had another local A/C company come last year (2021) to fix a clogged A/C drain that flooded our hallway and living room. A few months later we had to have them come back after a second, larger flood. We were assured it wouldnt happen again. A year later (June 2022) in the heat of summer we had another much smaller flood. We were disheartened. We asked CoolIt! to come out to give the unit a spring cleaning. When their service rep, Joey, arrived we explained our frustration that the other company said they had resolved the flooding issue which cost quite a bit of money to do. Now we felt we were back at square 1. Joey took pictures inside the unit. He showed us an internal filter that you dont replace but it should be routinely checked and cleaned if needed. We didnt recall any service tech from other companies saying that previously in the 10 years that we have lived here. The picture was disgusting showing it was totally clogged up thereby allowing water to flood. Joey also showed us pictures of the outside unit. The coils were totally clogged with cottonwood seed and pollen. Joey explained that those were 2 reasons our electric bill is unreasonably high. He stated the A/C unit inside and outside was struggling to cool and process air. Joey is an outstanding credit to CoolIt! It was refreshing to meet someone so polite and knowledgeable. We plan on requesting him the next the next time that we need A/C service. Way to go, Joey! Way to go!

My Pioneer mini split unit quit working on a Sunday right before I started a new job on Monday. The Tech Joey came out and figured out the problem. Unfortunately they had to special order a part. I am thankful they handled it. Because even though I knew the part name and unit serial #, it was impossible to find it on the internet.Anyway, they came back as soon as the part came in and I swear the unit is working better now than when it was brand new!! And the price was VERY reasonable compared to AC people we have used in the past. The tech even brought in the old part so he could show me where it had overheated and damaged the circuit board.We will definitely will be using them for all our HEAT/AIR needs in the future.

I cant tell everyone how thrilled that I was to find them also in Hugo, OK. Mark, Ariel, David and Drew couldnt have jumped through more hoops for me. In 2015, a company I wont name, installed our new hvac systems for the upstairs and the downstairs. About a week and a half ago, the upstairs was not getting as cold as it should, so I called, and Mark came that same day and we discovered that I was 4lbs low on coolant(the unit was supposed to hold 5lbs. 12oz) so obviously there was a leak in the system somewhere. Mark charged up the system and then proceeded to schedule David and Drew to come the next day. They did and discovered that the leak was in the coil. Good news was it was still under warranty, bad news was that Lennox did not have just a coil available. Ariel immediately made the warranty claim and made Lennox get them an entire handler, since they couldnt solely find a coil. Im so excited for when Ariel calls me to schedule the guys to come out to install it and also balance my systems that were never balanced correctly in the first place. Im also signing up on their yearly service plan. I look forward to working with them for years to come.
