    I called at 3pm on a Friday of Labor Day weekend because my AC wasnt blowing cold air. I called a competitor first only to hear their availability was 6 days out. I called Cool Guys and thankfully they were able to have Jose come out to my house at the end of his work day, and he fixed the compressor very quickly. Were very grateful that Cool Guys was able to get to us and fix our AC before the start of a 3 day weekend.

    James got to our house within 30min from our initial call. James was very professional and performed extra tasks while he was already there to assure that we didn’t have any more problems. He also suggested other maintenance tips to help prevent future breakdowns. Extremely polite and fast service. We will definitely be using Cool Guys again and we will also recommend them to our friends and family. 👍🏻👍🏻

    These guys really are cool. James and his techs provide great service with old fashioned commitment to customer satisfaction. Kito and Jose stayed till almost 9 o’clock to make sure we could sleep comfortably with cold AC. They are super nice and definitely “cool guys”!

    We have been using and referring the Cool Guys for years. James and his crew are honest, very professional, and the service is great! We recently had a new unit installed. The unit and extra maintenance was a great value. I never had to remember when maintenance was due because I was always reminded. A great company we will continue using!

    AC stopped cooling on Sunday. Called Cool Guys Sun afternoon 4:30 and they were at my house at the next day at 11:30am. Had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 min. Super friendly and very knowledgeable technician. Cool guys has serviced my AC for a few years now. I highly recommend them!!

    My A/C went out and called these guys because of all the good reviews. And all the reviews were right. TJ was awesome, he is the technician advisor and came out to look at my unit and explained what was going on with it. Given that my old unit was about 20 years old, he still gave me options to wither fix it or replace it. I chose to replace it due to my old unit being that old. I got a great system for a great price. The installation was great, very clean and did great work. These guys were very reliable, courteous, and know what they are doing. I have nothing bad at all to say about them. They did extra little things without me even asking. Great experience! I really appreciate it.

    James came out to perform routine maintenance on the 2 AC units at my house. After inspecting the units, he made me aware of multiple issues stemming from the initial installation (performed by another company). He walked me through the issues, and supported me in conversations with the original installer, resulting in the original company coming out to resolve their works a ship issues. Needless to say, I’ll be a Cool Guys customer for the foreseeable future!

    We called The Cool Guys after we received a quote from another place, we were looking for a second opinion because we were told we needed a whole new unit! The tech came out and was very professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took care of us and replaced our outside motor and knew exactly what was wrong, then told us our unit did not needing replacing!! They gave us a better price, better quality of work, and what is most priceless additional reassurance! We will use them in the future for all our AC concerns!

    After calling several other companies, not one of them came out this far(281 South). Thank goodness for Cool Guys! They are Outstanding! I was able to get an appointment quickly. Desiree got me scheduled within a few days, she also called me to let me know the technician, TJ was on his way. TJ was awesome, he checked the unit inside and out and told me what he found. He even cleaned several parts of the unit. He explained what he found so I could understand. I highly recommend Cool Guys, never mind calling anyone else!

    James came by to check my unit after I called him to say it would not turn on. He came by and figured it out in 60 seconds and took care of the clogged drain. Cool guys are the only ones I ever call and it’s a Veteran owned company. There’re the best.

    They have great customer service all the way around from office personal to the tecs that come out and assess and the ones who install. What I dont care for is you have to stay on them and call and call to get things handled. And dont get me started on one of their financing companys we went thru, they are down right terrible!!! I wish I had better credit to get anyone else, they harass you all month long with emails and calls letting you know when your payment is due. Even when just making the monthly payment, the very next day an email for the following months bill.

    I have an almost 20year old A/C unit. I called out Cool Guys to check on my A/C because it wasnt blowing out any cold air. I thought it was a freon leak. Andy came out and was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgable. He took his time to inform me on what could be happening with my unit before he looked at it. He took his time to look at my a/c unit inside and out, took pictures, found the problem (not freon) and fixed it quickly. Afterwards he even took the time to educate me about my furnace and things to look out for. I was super impressed with Andy and will absolutely be using Cool Guys for all my A/C needs. Also, I really love how everything is paperless, how I got a text to remind me of my appointment and I got a very thorough email receipt that showed all the work Andy did with all the pictures he took. Great experience overall :)

    Very professional good work honest no bs buisness you will get what you pay for and a honest anser to your problem even its bad news for your unit james and the install techs know what there doing and do great job the office personnel did everything thing they could do to get me a new unit at a fair price my dog appreciates that may not have made it if wasnt for them. They took the time on a sunday to give us the bad news and also helped me over the phone to fix what was going to go bad the next day. As well get a new unit asap and installed asap. We have to very small dogs that may have met thier end if wasnt for them. we love are dogs as anyone does. The techs worked fast .came aroud 10am installed by 1 or 2 stayed and tested everything air test for leaks electrical test for unit functionality everything was done the right way the first time temperature check for the unit as well. Techs are great service is fast and friendly. No one else is getting my ac buisness from here on out.

    I have used Good Guys twice now, multiple houses. Each call request was responded to the same day and the problem was fixed same day, in both cases total time for call to unit fixed and running was approximately 3-4 hours. Dont expect to get off easy cost wise, but if you need that A/C unit up and running asap, its damn good service.Many thanks,Mike
