    As you can probably see from my profile, I dont usually write reviews unless I feel theyll be impactful to others...thats because I frequently rely on such reviews for my own benefit.That said, I want to highly recommend Chuck from Cool Experts for his amazing service! Chuck was extremely helpful & patient through my insurance claim. When it finally came time to install the units, his team was prompt, courteous, informative, and efficient. They managed to replace both my HVAC units in 1 day! I asked about some additional ductwork and duct cleaning, both of which they were able to accommodate during installation.All in all I couldnt be happier with Chuck and Cool Experts...I highly recommend that you at least give him a chance to win your business!

    Cool Experts replaced my 22-year-old HVAC system with a brand new, state-of-the-art setup, and I couldnā€™t be happier with the entire experience!     Used Cool Experts twice now. The latest was a furnace replacement. They did not try to sell me more than I needed. Price was competitive. The troubleshooting experience was excellent, and the furnace install was super smooth. Great installation team. I have recommended to neighbors. They are good people!

    I called Cool Experts to fix my A/C unit at my home. I was having issues and I had another company come by and look at it. The other companyĀ Ā was trying to charge me to much .     Overall Cool Experts did a good job on the installation of our new air conditioner. Price was fair, communication good, and the installers handled the removal of our old unit and installation of the new like pros. I docked them a Star because I was not happy with the preparation and placement of the new pad, even though I stressed my concern about this when I hired them, and they acknowledged it. A follow-up call once the job is complete to make sure the customer is satisfied would be a nice addition to their businesss SOPs. I would consider hiring them again.

    It has been 8 months Cool Experts installed new HVAC systems for me. I got to know about the company from Govani Aguilar, their Sales Manager, very nice gentleman to work with, stood by his commitment, very flexible and behaved very professionally from the day one. The installation was done to my fullest satisfaction, they did a nice clean up work after replacing the old unit. All summer, the units worked like a charm, no issues.First time after 8 months, one unit behaved strange like stopping heating only during night at 68 or 69 or 72 depending on outside temperatures. I ended up calling Cool Experts, everytime when I called, they sent Technicians immediately, very understandble. After a research and with the help of the manufacturers expert, the issue was identified as a faulty switch, a hardware failure. During the whole time, Stacy, the Office Manager, Gustav, the Tech Mgr, Govani and finally their GM John gave full asuurance and support. I had to appreciate John for standing the whole moring with the manufacturers expert to ensure the whole unit is being tested and ensure correct settings are configured. Specail apprecaition to Gustav for sharing his personal mobile number and picked my calls during early hours. Overall, the whole team stood by their commitments, very supportive, responsive and I know now why they got 5 * :). Personally, I would recommed Cool Experts, and I am sure I they will be my first choice for my future needs as well. Please keep up this tradition, Chuck (Owner).

    We have a very complex HVAC system that needed to be replaced. Kameron came to our home and knew exactly what to look for and what was needed. We appreciated his knowledge, sincerity, and helpfulness. He was always available to text or call if we had questions. The price was reasonable.     Cool Experts Hearing & Air will not disappoint. My first impressions I was skeptical about getting my unit replaced under the active insurance claim, but David was honest, great communication, and managed the entire process from end to end. We decided to upgrade the compressor to a better compressor unit, and the pricing was much lower than I expected. Top tier HVAC equipment and unbelievable installation...much better than the previous install with upgrades throughout for a very reasonable price.I have already referred my son to Cool Experts and hes getting a new compressor init install at a very reasonable price as well.You may not end up with Cool Experts as your Heating & Air specialists, but you really should give them an opportunity to see what they can do for you. If you end up selecting them, you will not be disappointed...I know I am not. They exceeded any expectation I could ever have.

    The team from Cool Experts AC were the first to give me a quote (out of four companies) and they were eager to answer all of my many questions. Once I decided to use them for our full system replacement, installation and duct repair, they got us on the schedule immediately.     Iā€™m a small business owner and my building uses 2 units , one fairly new and one thatā€™s older. One unit stopped working(older) and the newer unit wasnā€™t working properly. So I starting reading reviews and Cool Experts stood out. I had just saw this company on a news interview a few days prior , so I decided to give them a try . By far this was one of the best decisions I made all year . From the receptionist, to the technician and team that promptly came out the same day, the service was remarkable. They serviced the newer unit , which basically just needed maintenance and assessed the older unit. Unfortunately it needed replacement but I was given a fair price for a new unit and they were able to install the very next day .     I called Michael as I was new to the Frisco, TX area and he said that they would try and get there either in the afternoon or the next morning. He ended up changing their schedule around for me and said that Gustavo Gonzalez would be there in 10 minutes. Gustavo came out and fixed everything. He was amazing and so knowledgeable.!! The AC works great now and I wont use any other company but this one. (I had another AC company come out who told me that I needed all new AC units).     They have not completed my repair yet but I am so satisfied I am putting in a review now. I submitted, through Thimbtak, a request for quotes to repair my AC system, itā€™s not working due to a Freon leak. Not only did they call me within 5 minutes after submitting the request but they had a tech out to me in less than an hour and a half, DURING DFW RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC! Tech was extremely professional and curteous! Stayed for 2 hours, until 9 pm trying to locate the issue. He hasnā€™t found the leak yet but will be back tomorrow and didnā€™t charge me anything for tonight. This company and the tech are absolutley amazing!!

    Gustavo Gus came over and immediately knew how to fix our duct/vent issues. Very polite and knowledgeable, plus he was able to give us an affordable quote and a quick available appointment. Javier and his helper Luis cleaned out our ducts/vents, sealed the returns and installed a UV home air purifier. Both were extremely kind and efficient while they worked thoroughout the rooms as my sons were in virtual school. We have lots of pets and didnt realize that all the hair they shed was getting sucked into the cracks of the return grilles, no matter how many times I would clean the floor it was no match for having cracks in the returns. Gus found the problem and gave us the perfect solution! Javier and Luis were very professional, experienced workers. Loved how they took care of all our furniture and collectibles, making sure that nothing got damaged. Cool Experts AC are our new heroes, no more dirty air for my asthmatic kiddos! I will not hesitate to contact them in the future, they are fast, efficient and truly experts.

    Awesome experience with the Cool Experts! Our A/C unit went out in this Texas heat last Saturday, which is our busiest day of the week at our shop.     I came home after work noticing that my AC was not working. I went online and searched up nearby AC companies and found Cool Experts. I called them and they were able to squeeze me in their schedule on the same day. When they came, they did a full system check and told me I had a bad capacitor. They were able to replace it on sight and had the system up and running pretty quick.
