They were professional and quick. I have a self sustained outside unit that had a freon leak and he patched it very well. It was a very old unit that was on its last leg. It wasnt cooling well for a long time and the house wasnt ever very cool during the hottest hours of the day and was costing me in high electricity bills. But he first came to my house and checked it. They offered payment options and was patient with me to do my research. They went and found me a new unit and drove to pick it up so I wouldnt have to pay shipping and handling fees and he didnt charge me for that. They did an excellent quick and professional job. My house is cool and the unit is quiet. I have used this service before and they are always great. Thanks Cool Breeze! I can always trust in ya. -

Very professional and efficient. Above and beyond service!! I called due to my ac not cooling, and Michael diagnosed the issue and had the parts over nighted. He called the next day and said he was en route to get the parts that ended up in Austin instead of making it to Corpus like they were suppose to. Even though it was not their error, he offered to come replace the parts once he returned (which was way after their normal hours of operation.) I could not ask for more from a great company and guy. I highly recommend Cool Breeze Services to anyone with AC or heating issues!!!! -
