    I received an offer from Home Depot to service my HVAC for the season. So glad I took advantage of the offer because Justin might possibly be the BEST technician who has ever visited my home for anything. He is such a sweetheart. He went above and beyond and was so pleasant. He explained things about my system to me and showed me pics so I know how to change my filter next time. Id recommend him to any and everyone! 10/10!

    Very thorough and competent people. Bought a house built in 99 that both original units were going out on. Replaced one 3 years ago using CoolAir, and the second finally gave out in December. Second one presented some problems, and the solution is not always easy, but they stuck to the job and fixed everything. Very happy with their work, flexibility, timeliness, and communication on the job. Will be using and recommending them for the foreseeable future.

    Our technician was Roberto and he was thorough and solved our HVAC system’s problems. He was professional and courteous, and we highly recommend him for future repairs. He diagnosed a complicated wiring problem and saved us from potentially costly repairs. We will definitely ask for him in the future!

    These guys really came through for me. I urgently needed a new canister for my humidifier (humidity in the house had dropped to 20%). They ordered the part for me, but the supplier messed up the order and sent it to Fort Worth. Sherman, the Service Manager, personally drove to FTW to pick up the part and got it installed quickly. I truly appreciate the effort.

    Awesome experience. My technician was Brian. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He patiently answered my questions regarding my HVAC system. He pointed out deficits (we needed drip pans) and returned the following day to install them. I am very satisfied with the service he provided and I look forward to working with him exclusively.

    Cool Air/Home Depot did a fantastic job installing my air conditioning unit. When my system went out, I requested bids from several companies highly rated on Google Maps. I chose Home Depot because I believed their reputation would help resolve any issues. Although their bid wasnt the lowest, I found it to be the best value overall.Mike, the salesman from Cool Air/Home Depot, came to my house, looked at my system and showed me the way ours was installed and pictures of the way it should be installed. He also identified a duct issue, which was causing cooling issues in two of our bedrooms.Isair, the installer, arrived promptly at 9am and worked diligently throughout the day. He walked me through the work he had done, which looked very well done. I also measured the air using an Infrared thermometer and found that the air coming out of the duct was 15 to 20 degrees cooler than the air in the room, as it should be.Despite not being the cheapest bid, I was extremely satisfied with the value for money that Cool Air/Home Depot provided. Their balance of quality work and reasonable pricing was a winning combination.

    There was an issue with emHeat. Called cool air in the morning and Justin, the technician arrived in the afternoon. Justin did some diagnoses and found out the issue was due to the malfunction of switch board. Justin replaced the board the other day. Justin is very nice and profession. Shout out to Justin.Great service, particularly with the 3 year 0% ARP financing option. Installed the new HAVC within 2 days after I signed the contract. Rashad is very responsive and nice.

    We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Cool Air. From start to finish, they provided truly exceptional service. I contacted them through Home Depot (received military veteran discount) about installing two new 5-ton AC units in my home. Their salesperson, Damien came out, and he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different options to us. He helped us select the perfect units for my needs and budget.The installation team, led by James, was professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. They took great care to protect my home while they worked and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We ran into one or two very minor bumps, which James quickly resolved and the new AC units were up and running smoothly in no time.Since installation, the new units have kept my home cool and comfortable, even during the hottest summer days here in Texas.We would highly recommend Cool Air . Their customer service is top-notch, their technicians do quality work. We are very thankful that we selected them for our home. Five stars all the way!

    My senior technician Mike showed me everything that was working well and everything that needed to have further repair and why. He asked me to see the units at the same time he did and serviced both units and everything works well. He took some things apart and showed me dust and debris from the restoration company leaving the air conditioner on the many weeks they worked on repairing my home after a water leak. I was impressed enough to schedule the clean up of this debris to keep my HVAC system healthy.

    Roberto arrived in time to provide service to the drains of our ac unit. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He not only fixed the problem, but kept us informed of his findings, I.e. clogged drains, what was his solution, and recommendations to have a plumber look at our exit drains. Highly recommend him and Cool Air Mechanical.

    Got connected with Cool Air via Home Depot. It was time to replace our old system (WE wanted to decide when and not wait for a breakdown) as it was over 20 years old. Cool Air did a great job designing and swapping in a spiffy new system in a matter of hours. So far, this variable system has been great and has kept the temperature rock steady where we set it. Good, friendly and knowledgeable people with reasonably priced packages at Cool Air!

    Cool Air called me to schedule my spring AC unit inspection. Often times I have paid for this service from other companies and they require the client to call and schedule. If you don’t call then your money is wasted. It is great to work with company that fully honors this service. Also our Service Tech was very good. The installation was completed in recorded 7 hours, and the technicians were courteous and professional throughout the process.The heating and cooling efficiency of the new system is impressive, and I have noticed a significant improvement in both the air quality and temperature control in my home since the installation.     This is a great company, We needed a new complete AC system. Damien the sales representative showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional. He went above and beyond working with me until we were able to get the deal done. He was very knowledgeable and had the best presentation out of all the bids I took for the job.We got the new unit installed the next day! The installers were on time and professional. Izzy and his teammate did a great job and clean up after the job was done. They put in extra time to insure everything was functioning. The best part of this install was Damien informed me that they found they did not have the 2 stage system i ordered in stock, so they upgraded me to variable speed unit at no additional cost to me.     I rarely do this for a non food establishment but they were top notch. I bought a smart thermostat and my house has strange wiring so I got a tech to do it. Vo was nice enough to come out to my house twice (Ecobee didn’t work so I got a Nest). Air runs fine. Zero complains. Scheduling an appointment was also painless.

    Fantastic company! I was in the market for new HVAC systems (4-ton and 2-ton) and had about 6 company come out and to give me an estimate. Cool Air Texas was the last one on my list and was referred by Home Depot (great service by the way!). I had the please of having Rashad from Cool Air provide me an estimate. He was extremely professional, knowledge and personable. He did his inspection and provide transparent feedback on what he thought needed to be done and what didnt need to be done. He also listen to my concerns and to what type of systems I was interested in (very refreshing as a lot of vendors dont). After he provided me an estimate, for exactly what I wanted at an extremely competitive price ( lowest out of all the estimates I got with the best financing options). Rashad made the entire experience seamless and made me feel confidential with my decision to move forward with replacing my HVACs. Also the installation process was seamless.     We recently had Cool Air replace both of our HVAC systems. We went with a Lennox Signature Series 28 SEER ultra efficiency setup on the main floor and 20 SEER upstairs. They also added first floor zoning so we can adjust temperatures in various room and cleaned all our ducts. Rashad helped us determine what solution made sense for our house and sold us the systems. He’s the nicest guy, incredibly knowledgeable and always responsive to answer questions. James managed the installation crew and did an incredible job. He and the team were professional, clean and respectful of the fact that we were working from home during the whole install. We highly recommend Rashad and Cool Air to anyone looking for a new HVAC install.

    We had our outside AC unit replaced. The guys had some issues when they were installing the thermostat so it took longer than normal (I assume this because they apologized several times for being here so long). However, James, the Install Mgr was here to help. He was awesome! Extraordinary customer service! He brought my recycling bin back up to the house from the street before leaving-so not necessary, but sincerely appreciated. I even heard him telling one of the other workers to make sure the jobsite is always cleaned up before leaving. He went above and beyond. Very happy with our service, and that Cool Air Mechanical will be handling our maintenance on the unit from now on.

    I had really shopped around for our HVAC replacement. After reviewing four bids, I narrowed it down to Cool Air and another company. Cool Air had competitive pricing and communication was great in the beginning so we went with them. The one caveat—make sure to read your contract THOROUGHLY before signing—we had a few communication hiccups during/after install (hence the four stars overall). However, the ladies in the office deserve FIVE STARS!! Emily, Doreen, and especially Susan were terrific in helping to iron out the details to ensure we got what we paid for. They were all very patient and kind. Running a business can be a tough endeavor—especially when there are so many people involved (salesman, installers, middle management…) stuff can get lost in translation. But if you have a great customer service team it makes all the difference! Problems are inevitable in this life—it’s how you handle them that truly matters. Thanks especially to Susan for helping us navigate thru to completion. We are satisfied customers!

    Metro-Cool Air Mechanical came out and met with us about our cooling/heating systems. Our systems were not working correctly and we had been having problems with both for years. We ended up replacing both units as well as all the duct work. Our duct work was inadequate and we had problems with cooling and hearing rooms properly. Metro-Cool Air Mechanical fixed ALL our problems and I absolutely LOVE our new units. They installed everything in one day, including the duct work. All employees and staff were very professional and the work done was impeccable. The cost was well within our budget and we could not be happier with the work performed. We highly recommend them!

We have two of our young grandchildren living in our home, Im disabled, my husband has had cancer twice, my 77 year old mom was visiting and we have pets. We were using two small one room window units in each end of our home and, of course they did nothing really to cool our 2000 sq. ft. home. DSean brought us a larger window unit to use until we could get our new unit installed. Our equipment had to be ordered and didnt arrive until Saturday, DSean told the installation crew about our situation and they VOLUNTEERED to do our job not only on a Sunday but on FATHERS DAY!!!
