    Once again I needed the services of Cool-Air to check out one of my units that was not cooling. I sent Carlos a message on Sunday evening. Not surprisingly, he responded in less than a minute informing me that he would be at my location the following morning. Sure enough, he arrived at my house at 7:30 am before the unrelenting Valley heat would start to tighten its claws on us. He found the problem immediately and remediated it in less that 30 minutes. We can always rely on Carlos and the Cool-Aid team to provide quick, friendly and professional service at a reasonable rate.

    Have had a few AC breakdowns in the last couple years and Cool-Aid is always there within a couple hours at most to fix it.     Carlos and his crew installed our AC unit late May and they did a fantastic job! My wife and I couldnt be happier. They let us know they would be starting first thing in the morning at 7:30 and they did without fail. Within a few hours we were cooling down with new AC unit. Carlos and his crew were respectful and informative. You cant go wrong with Cool Aid Air Conditioning.Had a minor hiccup with tape on one of the ducts (nothing to do with Cool Aid Air Conditioning) in the attic causing some rattling on a Saturday. Carlos, the license owner, noticed the system had its years and informed me about a 3 year no interest on a new efficient AC unit promotion they had going on for the month of August, gave me a good quote.     With just my luck my AC breaks down on a Sunday...     Called Carlos at 7:10 am. Said I needed AC repair. Not blowing cool air. Carlos said he could be there between 1:30 and 3pm. I said I would be waiting. At 11:30 he calls and says he can be there in a hour. 45 minutes later he arrives. Does a quick trouble shoot, allows me to see his meter and says it is the capacitor. Arrival time to finish with cool air blowing 15 minutes. I told Carlos there were two reasons I picked his company. 1 I like to keep my money in my community supporting the small businessman. 2 the number of positive reviews. I will go to this company again should I need AC or Heating work. I will also recommend this company family and friends. Thank you Carlos.

    Cool Aid AC/Refrigeration is great! Carlos and Raul are exceptional with what they do. You can tell the experience with how precise they are with their work. When you ask a question, they have the answer. They know their work better than any other A/C company I know. The first time I spoke to Carlos about my A/C going out he was there the same day. To tell you the least, Carlos was working with an injury today that would normally require a person to take at least 2 weeks off with this line of work. They care for their customers, clean after themselves, do the job right the 1st time, answer your questions, recommend accurate needs, and follow up with you. I recommend them to anyone with A/C unit trouble. Oh! And they take all payment types and finance! Convinience!

    Carlos and his assistant were fast in installing my new ac 4ton HE system which replaced my 17 yo outdated system. Completed the installation in the timeframe given by Carlos. Very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. This new a/c is blowing cold air faster than my old, making my house reach coolness faster. And with 1 yr free labor and 10 yr parts warranty, can’t complain with that or anything else. I am very happy with my new HVAC system. We’ll see next month the difference in electricity usage.All in all, great system....great service!!

    We had been having problems with our unit for months and our home owner’s insurance sent a horrible company out nearly 12 times to service our unit but they never fixed the problem or properly addressed the issues. We cancelled our policy and contacted Mr. Rivera to help us out. He gave us some options and was very thorough. In the end, we purchased a new unit. This summer had been HORRIBLE with our old unit. Ever since Mr. Rivera installed our new unit, our house has not only been really comfortably cold but the AMOUNT of air and the pressure coming through the vents is like nothing we had ever experienced in our house! We never thought we’d be as excited about something as we are about our new a/c unit. Mr. Rivera even followed up a week after to make sure all was well. Excellent customer service & fast installation. We are beyond grateful!

I was quite surprised since it has been consistently over 100 degrees for weeks and I know these folks are BUSY!!     We came home from month long trip only to find our house AC dead. I called Cool Aid and ended up talking with Carlos. What a find!!! He came to our house with in the half hour, showed me why it would never work again. It was so hot in our house that we spent the night at a motel.     I had issues with JC Air Conditioning out of Edinburg, I hired them to fix my A/C. After 10 days of going no where I decided to contact Cool Aid Air Conditioning yesterday at about 530pm. They answered the call for service that JC couldnt do, Cool aid came the next day in the morning at 9am and replaced the coil. Cool Aid went and got a new one for me, by 12 noon my ac was up and running with no issues.     Woke up to find our a/c dead. We had been working with a company that had already fixed it twice and wouldnt be able to come out until the next day. Luckily we were able to find Carlos.     Wowww!Turns out it was just a switch the spectrum people had flicked off when they came up into my attic last night.His price was fair but his honesty meant the most to me.A year or more ago we had a guy come and fix another ac issue for us at which point that guy told us we needed 1.5 lbs of freeon at 75$ per pound..we didnt do it then....so before CooL-Aid guy left i asked him to check the freon levels and he said they were good ...normalHis honesty goes a long way and proves how other not so certified ac people can rip u offIm sticking with Cool-Aid man from now on!
