Tommy’s customer service is top of the line. He truly puts customer service above all else. I’ll happily recommend this company to anyone that has HVAC needs. They were extremely helpful and understanding. If I could give more stars, I would.

Tommy from Competition A/C & Heat was incredibly responsive. We had an A/C unit that wasnt working. Within 1.5 hours of calling Tommy, we had a service person out, and the unit was fixed. We needed freon added to the system. It is an old unit, and they could have quickly suggested replacing it; instead, he came up with a cost-effective solution—excellent service, value, and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Competition A/C. They will be my only go-to in the future!

I have never been disappointed by their service or work and I’ve been using them for more than 5 years. They’ve kept our 19+ yo AC working great without ripping us off by saying it needs this or that or needs to be replaced.

Trey and a helper came out and made quick work of the repair , checked the duct tempatures and we could not be happier.
