I had a wonderful experience with Comfy Air. I heard about Comfy Air through their Teammate Deli with an offer for a free AC tune up for new homeowners. Deli was prompt, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole process. She scheduled me an appointment and I was able to have a technician come out to my home the very next day! Danny arrived at my home in a timely manner and I was even able to track his location and approximate arrival time! How helpful! He was friendly, professional, and very detail oriented. He went over some concerns he had and of what actions to take to correct them, my options to do so, as well as what to be aware of in the future. Overall, my experience with Comfy Air was great. I will be using them in the near future, and I would definitely recommend this local company to friends and family.

Comfy Air is the choice for your HVAC needs in the Hill Country. Danny is always knowledgeable and solves any issues. Danny & Gabe were here today & did maintenance & flushed the lines - highly recommend the maintenance program and all your other service needs with Comfy Air. Also Deli is seriously amazing & on top of keeping the customers taken care of - always a joy to talk to her. Thankful!

Comfy Air is awesome. I’ve used them for years and they’re always quick, friendly, efficient- fixing what’s needed while looking over whole system with highly skilled techs and no sales pressuring. I really trust this company. They have good values.Danny helped today. He’s really great.

I have used Comfy Air two times now for normal maintenance checkups of our home HVAC system. For both visits they were very professional, helpful and efficient. I am very happy with Comfy Air so far.

First, same day service, response was immediate and friendly. Second, listened, repeated and acknowledged my issue. Third, gave me a ballpark service window and when they were going to run past it, they called me long before and let me know. Overall, they were exceptional from start to finish, Dehli on the phones and Danny showing up, ready to make it happen and following through in doing so. Great people and reasonable rates. I would have paid more to fix the issue. They are worth the call.
