Great experience from start to finish. JR treated us like family and took care of our needs quickly and efficiently. He gave us many options to choose from and never once pressured us to buy something we did not need. His team was very professional and even got us hooked up on Memorial Day. We will for sure use him in the future for other home services they provide such as attic insulation. I would highly recommend ComfortPro Solutions!

I dont normally give positive reviews because my expectations for service from a professional organization are set very high and I am seldom impressed. However, JR from Comfort Pro exceeded all my expectations for pricing, installation, and overall customer service. I highly recommend his entire organization. I doubt seriously that his dedication to customer satisfaction in this industry could ever be matched.

We started renovating an older home a couple of years ago, and soon realized the A/C and heater wasnt installed in an optimal way and had many issues. J.R. is fantastic at troubleshooting the problem and finding a solution. He works efficiently, with integrity and has consideration for the homeowner. We have had Comfort Pro do all our repairs and maintenance for the past two years and have been completely, 100% satisfied. We wont hire anyone else for the job. We HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with JR at Comfort Pro Solutions twice now. Last year I called him out to check out the A/C unit in my daughters house. He brought to my attention that as we had only had the house less than a year our problem might be covered under the homeowners warranty. Sure enough, it was and although we were required to use another company for our repairs, JR was upfront and honest about it, when he could have said nothing and got the work for himself. INTEGRITY!!Now, the unit is having issues again, and as we are no longer under the warranty I was able to call JR out. He’s preparing some estimates of the options we could go with. Again, he could just say it all needs to be replaced and cost us a lot; instead he’s working to help us save as much as we can, while still taking care of the problem! That’s the kind of person I want to do business with! Thanks JR!!!

These guys are the best. We have an older home and A/C system that required special care. JR has a vast knowledge of air conditioning systems and designs. He provided options and explained issues we didnt understand in a way that made perfect sense. ComfortPro handled our needs with finesse and efficiency.

Comfort Pro Solutions is a great company. My air condition was low on freon and they showed up the same day and topped it off. They also showed me a lot of things to look out for to prevent damage on our unit and helped me make a decision that will save us money in the end. We will need a new unit soon due to age and they told us how to make that happen as easy as possible. They don’t just care about making money, they care about the individual as well. You can trust their opinions for sure.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Our warranty company sent another company out when our ac stopped working. After an unpleasant experience, I contacted JR for a 2nd opinion. He was honest, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us make informed decisions without pressuring us or forcing us into spending more. I look forward to working with them in the future. Give this guy a chance to earn your business and you won’t be disappointed!

Jr Crocker and his staff are always professional and personable. They get the job done quickly and it’s always done right. Jr installed our upstairs unit in our attic when we bought our new house. He made sure to lay down sheets so he didn’t track in footprints on our carpets and even vacuumed after he was done. He was in constant contact with us to let us know when he’d be there and when he would be done. Since then he has serviced our ac unit several times whenever it has needed it. I wouldn’t call anyone else and I recommend him to everyone when they need any AC installation, maintenance, or repair.

I had several people look at my AC unit and no one could solve the problem. JR showed up and had it working again within 15 minutes. I highly recommend him and his business. Hes beyond professional, easy to talk to, fast and great at what he does. I was expecting to pay several thousand dollars for a new unit, but JR repaired it for less than 10% of what I thought I was going to spend. I could not have asked for a better experience and could not be more satisfied.

If youre looking for a professional job Comfort Pro Solutions is the company you need to hire. I had a previous company tell me that my whole ac system was bad and needed replaced, that was not the case. Comfort Pro Solutions came out replaced one part and its back up and going. Thousands of dollars cheaper. I highly recommend this company.

We had a problem with our unit when I had just got my wife home from the hospital recovering from pneumonia. This past Sunday evening our unit wasnt cooling. We call ComfortPro and told them about the problem. They came out to do a service check today and we were well pleased with the work that they had done. My wife had never had an annual service check done the unit since she had purchased it (which I found out was over 18 years old). So we were married for 14 years now and I was able to get a service plan that would fit our budget reasonably. I would definitely recommend them for any type of air conditioning work.

The weekend after the deep freeze of 21 during the thaw out. I heard electrical pops and saw smoke rising from the junction box for our AC outside. I knew just enough to go turn off the circuit breaker and call an electrician. We own our own home and want repairs done correctly the first time, I googled electricians in my area COMFORTPRO SOLUTIONS were the top of the list with 5 stars reviews. I made the right choice.I joined their Comfortclub and now will have them come out twice a year just to check my AC in spring Heat in the fall.James And Brad were my techs kudos should be passed out to them.
