    We called Comfort Pros LLC when our air conditioner quit working. They sent Spencer out as our repair Technician. Spencer immediately found the problem to be a bad blower motor. Our hvac unit was made by carrier. That blower motor replacement was going to take 120 days to get. Comfort Pros via their Service manager Rusty, went to work and found one they had shipped in 4 days. Spencer, called and showed up at 7 a.m. on his scheduled day off to install the new motor.Great job Comfort Pros and Spencer and Rusty!!

    Spencer from Comfort Pros was a diamond in the rough. Super helpful, kind and worked with our budget to make sure our house was nice and cool by the time he left.     Couldn’t say enough about the service from Comfort Pros. Spencer has been out to my rentals a few times and just spent two full days in this heat as problems just kept popping up with multiple units. With 30 ac units to keep up I need a good HVAC company and that’s why I choose Comfort Pros!

    Spencer came out and immediately got to work at 11 am. Unfortunately my system required a trip to Fort Worth and back to get parts. Spencer made the trip and came back quickly. He spent several hours in my attic repairing and replacing the broken parts. Came down COVERED in sweat but still positive and continued working.A task that definitely took all day but he was able to repair our system so our house can cool back down for my little 10month old to sleep comfortably.Overall an amazing job. Will definitely use comfort pros in the future

    Comfort Pros saved the day! I called midafternoon yesterday with a failing AC unit. Cassidy was absolutely lovely and was able to get a technician out later that day. Spencer arrived and inspected our unit. As it turns out, it was 15 years old and failing. Spencer was wonderful at setting out our options to either repair or replace the unit. After educating me on the options, we decided to replace the unit. Spencer then walked me through the various units and there benefits and efficiencies. We selected a unit and it’s being installed today!Superior customer service and follow through.

    Comfort pros is number one. They came to my house rusty, did a great job finding a burn fuse. The remote only works on celsius.We had We had it on Fahrenheit so it wouldnt respond. I played with it a little bit. Somehow put it back on Celsius. And I called comfort pros back. They sent out Stephen f. And he put the unit back together hats off to Sean f and rusty. If you need an AC company, call comfort prose, number one.

    I was looking for a diagnosis for my AC unit to ensure that I was not going to have any issues. I looked thru Google and found Comfort Pros reviews. I started reading and saw that Spencer was getting good reviews. So I called Comfort Pros and asked specifically for him. He was able to come out the next day and give me a diagnosis. I then called his company and asked them to send me his diagnosis report and the pictures he took. They took good care of me.

    I was having a little trouble with the AC cooling properly so I called Comfort Pros yesterday morning and they had a guy out here before noon. Spencer was very courteous and knowledgeable he found very quickly that the thermostats were not reading correctly so re-calibrated them and system cooled much better.     Woke up today with no A/C. My neighbor referred Comfort Pros LLC. I called and Spencer came out. I was last call so it was about 5 pm before he got here. My motor was bad and he promised to come back tomorrow which was fine with me. I know they don’t carry parts on the truck. He left and in a few minutes he called me to say he had talked to a co worker and he had a motor that would fit. He texted about an hour later that he was on his way back.It was 9 pm and I had air. Spencer went above and beyond!!!! This was indeed after hours!     I called these folks to come look at my a/c unit. Mr.Spencer showed up approximately one hour after my initial call. He conducted a diagnostic test and determined that my coil was leaking. Upon calling Lennox they are attempting to expedite the new coil (under warranty) to replace. I still have to pay for labor once installed but the price comparative to others was very reasonable. Most importantly to me was Spencer’s professionalism. He was very presentable, respectful and kind.

    Comfort Pro has taken great care of us. We had a new system installed last year. This weekend the AC quit working in the hot Texas heat!     This is not a negative review otherwise wouldnt have 5 stars. The tech that showed up was Kyle. Very friendly very personable. Did the work and so far everything is running smoothly. My ac unit is only 2 years old and suddenly developed an issue with high voltage running to the compressor. On start up it would dim the lights and make a loud humming noise. So he installed a hard start kit. Fair enough its working and it was on a weekend. Just seemed a little pricey after I looked up the cost of the hard start kits. Otherwise everything else was pretty good about using these folks. I understand every service company does mark ups on their parts. So expected that. Still a little more pricey on it.than I would have figured. Not sure what anyone else out there would have charged and being that it was a weekend Im sure that factored in. Probably could have waited until after but I really didnt want to risk anything happening to my new ac. So yes I would recommend them to others if youre needing a nice professional and knowledgeable company for your ac service.

    My A/C stopped blowing on Saturday afternoon. We had just finished a two day garage sale and two days working in the yard, so I was desperate for help. I called Comfort Pros around 3 p.m. and talked to Jared. They were here to do the repairs on Sunday. The repairman was professional and knowledgeable. He installed a new thermostat and got everything programmed for me. He was polite and helpful. Fair prices, especially for a Sunday, but it was also Father’s Day! I also received a follow-up call from Jared. Thank you, Comfort Pros!

    Jared and Jeremy installed a Mitsubishi Inverter in a cabin that we use as an office. From beginning to end, it was a first class job. Communication was timely and accurate, the installation was smooth and the unit is working great, and the price is competitive. I highly recommend Comfort Pros in Cleburne. The last a/c install we had did not go nearly as smoothly as this one did. Give Jared a call. He will treat you right!

    The Comfort Pros are the equivalent of if you were in need and you called some of your family to help. The technicians are like your Brother-in-laws because they are down home good people and one what they are doing when it comes to HVAC. The receptionist/scheduler is like your sister she is sweet and will do anything for you like make the appointment for when you will be home or get someone out there if it’s an emergency. Overall I was very comfortable with the service, value, and knowledge.

    I had my unit freezing up and didn’t know why. Jared came by and found that our new house lacked air flow to the second floor zone. Causing too much cold air to circulate back into the return and freeze the system. They added new air flow to the second floor as well as replaced one of my dampers when it went bad. Every tech I have dealt with has been very professional and their response times have been great given the business of the season. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
