After numerous searches, this company was able to assist me with a new AC unit for a great price. All the techs were very courteous and friendly and were able to install a new system the next day. Excellent service from Enerfficcient! My AC unit stopped cooling when we woke up and after calling them around 10am, in less than 3 hours, they were at my home providing a diagnostic and a solution. Tony was the technician at my home that very quickly determined the problem. At the office Antonio, the owner, and Paola where instrumental and very helpful in accelerating the repairs that same day. I surely recommend them for any HVAC problem you have!!

With out a doubt a company I’ll always turn to, and keep turning to!! I did multiple quotes, and they were transparent, knowledgeable, and immediate with follow up. They document everything with photos and walk you though each of them to explain issues and needs at a level anyone can understand. I really appreciate that they make sure to call you and walk you through this. They are very receptive to your needs, and budget and are honest about things needing replacement vs suggestions. Short and sweet, I’ve used them multiple time and will continue to do so. It’s a mom and pop feel, with mom and pop personal attentiveness; a rare find in the big city!

My AC stopped going to the set temp, so I called them and they came out and gave me a free estimate/diagnostic on my AC setup to get it fixed. They did it at the price I was wanting and when I needed it done by which was great because it’s such a busy time right now and they even updated some stuff on my AC free of charge. The job took about 5 hours which is completely reasonable considering how hot it was outside and in my attic. Everyone I talked to was very nice, professional and very respectful to my home, which is very important to me aside from the job being completed. They had to replace my evaporative coil with the plenum, and refill my refrigerant. Would recommend.

JO has been helping me maintain my B.C. era condo HVAC system for about 5/6 years. When I just couldnt take it anymore, I contacted him for a full system replacement. I think that refrigerant has been upgraded about 2 times since my system was first installed, so it had to be an inside/outside deal. Enerfficient set the appointment immediately, kept in touch via text and email, showed up on time, and gave me consistent and efficient air conditioning and heating all for, what I feel, was a fair price. AG went over my invoice with me and kept in contact, via email, with warranty information.Over the past month, the unit has been tested with the fluctuation of the Houston weather and Ive been appropriately warm and cool as needed. I am pleased with my choice and recommend their services to others. I appreciate the service!

The air and heat stopped working in our home. The system was basically new however, things break sometimes. Antonio sent Sergio out to diagnose the issue right away and within no time he figured out the problem. Antonio worked with my husband and I’s schedule and sent Jose out to fix our air and heat. It was done within an hour. Both Sergio and Jose were very nice and professional. They communicated with both my husband and I. Jose explained everything to us and showed us photos. In one day, did all new duct work and full new HVAC in 110 degree heat. Top that off, in a single story attic. Doesnt get any hotter than that. Right size crew showed up on time and we had cool air by 5pm. Back out next day to tune it up. They offer a reasonable maintenance program and warranty. We found no surprises from the offer to the final bill. We went with Trane. We did our homework on 3 other companies. They were not the cheapest but we feel the right choice.

So, we found ourselves in a bind again and these guys came to the rescue AGAIN. Power on the condenser went out last night and was no longer removing warm air. Woke up to a warm home and it only got worse during the day. This has been the hottest June I can remember in the Houston area. We called, they picked up, and came out a few hours later. Replaced the capacitor and our house started cooling. Tony gave prompt friendly professional service at a fair price, just like last time. These guys are consistent. Rare these days. I have been wanting to connect my HVAC to HomeKit for years but my Carrier system uses a propritory wiring and 3rd party thermostats were not compatible. Ive called Carrier, Nest, Ecobee and checked the forums and websites with very little info as to how this can be done. Enerfficient Solutions was able to rework the wiring and get the system running, made sure it was working and answered any questions. The next morning they called and asked to come back out because they had done some addition research and wanted to make sure that the two stage outside unit was wired correctly. the system appears to be working and I probably would not have know if this was an issue but it was nice to know that they werent satisfied that the system worked but that it was working on all levels.Update - Tech came back out and said he did additional research on my two speed system and that he needed to run another wire from the unit to the thermostat to get the system to run at peak efficiency. it took him about 45 minutes at which point he said the system now runs at both speeds and that I should see more efficient cooling. No charge for the additional work. I think many service techs would have left it and hoped I never knew the difference. The honesty and thoroughness was impressive. Will use them again for any future HVAC needs.
