    I live in Muleshoe and I called Comfort Master because my outside unit wasnt working, the young lady I talked to on the phone was polite and very helpful.The technician that came out was name, John came out found the problem and told me I needed a new unit, the exact cost of installing and cost of unit and he could put it in the next day.Thank you again John and gentleman that came out with u, being without a a/c all weekend was terrible but u guys save the day.I will use and recommend this company to anyone who needs great service.

    Dillon called ahead to coordinate a time to meet and asked a brief description of the issue we were having. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed our hot water recirculating pump very quickly and cleaned up the area better than he had found it. He also gave recommendations for maintenance and troubleshooting. Will definitely use them again if there’s an issue I don’t feel comfortable fixing myself. We also use them at my office, Wellington State Bank and have always had the same great experience.     Sam was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. He gave me accurate pricing, made sure I understood the scope of the work that needed to be done and got my approval before doing the job. Everything was done quickly and the air conditioner worked perfectly when he left. I will definitely call Comfort Masters again!

    Comfort Masters has been serving my needs for years. First of all, I trust them. In addition, they always arrive in a timely fashion. When I call their office dispatch, I know they will show up on time. All their employees take the time to explain what they need to do to fix the problem. They are alway courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I never hesitate to call them, and I recommend them highly.

    Brian and his team promptly responded to our emergency with calm efficiency and replacement skills! He was punctual and handled our situation with ease and quality plumbing installments. Would highly recommend him for any of our home repairs or replacements.

    I spotted a small leak coming out from under my water heater closet. I called Comfort Masters and they came in a short time. They found a faulty recirculating pump and replaced it free of charge as they had put in a new pump for me in January and their work has a warranty. The guys were very polite and explained what they found and what they needed to do. I am always so appreciative of the folks they send out.

    We were very pleased with the service. We had a shower control valve replaced. The employee scheduled a time that fit our schedule, showed up on time, completed the project in a timey manner & cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend this employee and this company for your plumbing needs. I will surely use them again.

    I got a Ecobee 3 from Costco. As I feared (my house is 40 years old) I did not have the C wire (power the device) The instructions to remedy that were more than I was willing to do. Called the company just to see if that was something they would do for me.I called during Lunch and got the answering service. Expecting a call back I got a little angry when an hour went by and no call back? I called them back they told me the tech is on his way!?!? 5 min later knock at the door. The Tech came in went right to work.He took off the old thermostat Got down to the wires pulled the cluster out and low and behold wrapped around the wires was the C wire. It took less than 5 min to get to that. Here is the surprising part. That was all I wanted (the C wire) I figured I could do the rest. He could have ended the service call right there. (got the money for the call and the mandatory hour work time and left) He didnt he started installing the device! Good thing too he ran into a couple 3 problems I would not have known how to fix. Got the unit installed and then set it up for me!Connected it to Wifi connected it to the 3 room sensors and downloaded the App onto my phone and set that up! 50 min later he was done (it would have taken me days to do with all the problems) I believed he went over and above the call of duty! Im going to sign up with the company for their maintenance program! thats how much I like him and thus the company! Highly recommend them!
