Kevin came out for a service call and discovered our AC was iced up which we didnt even know. He to the time to show me the problem, the cause, and the remedy. He came back the following day once the ice melted and completed the service. Which couldnt have come at a better time with a week of 100+ degree weather. Comfort Fit Systems commitment to making sure our system was working with a follow up trip shows they truly care about their customers!MIKE -
