I’m so incredibly grateful to Jerred at Comfort Experts, who came through for me again in a pinch — for the second time this week!Jerred had returned to perform some pre-scheduled cleaning on my outdoor HVAC unit when a dispatcher from a nationally-known home improvement store arrived to deliver and install my new dishwasher.Well, as this dispatcher began his work, he noticed that my water shut-off beneath my kitchen sink was broken and wouldn’t shut off all the way. He informed me that he was unable to proceed further until it was fixed, told me to call him once that had happened, and then asked me to leave him a good review on Google.Then he walked out my door and left me with a partially-unboxed dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen, and several new problems to solve.Already familiar with Jerred’s knowledge and proficiency from my previous work with him — as well as Comfort Expert’s reputation as both an exceptional HVAC company AND a plumbing repair service to boot — I walked outside to where Jerred was finishing up and explained the situation.Not only was Jerred able to solve this unexpected dilemma by fixing my water shut-off valve, but he also installed my new dishwasher for me — so I didn’t have to call Mr. National Brand Dispatcher to come back and do it.But honestly — I’d much rather spend my money with someone like Jerred, who knows his stuff, provides excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond for his clients.And if this is the kind of stellar employee that Comfort Experts has on their team, why on earth would you want to go anywhere else?(I’ve included some before / after photos of my newly-cleaned HVAC, as well as some shots of plumbing work in-progress and my brand new dishwasher!)

Kellen came to our home to diagnose an issue of not cooling very well. He serviced our unit inside and out. The service & the diagnostic was only $17.00He diagnosed our outside Trane system as struggling to maintain an efficient cooling to the inside unit (the compressor was on its way out).The inside unit was diagnosed that there a few pinholes in the condenser.He suggested a new more efficient unit inside and outside.We agreed, he told us that a representative ‘Don ’ would be over later that afternoon to help us pick our new unit. There was no high pressure sales at all.Two technicians ‘Chris & Alex’ came over Saturday to install our new system.They worked for eleven hours taking the old units out and installing the new system.They both asked if there any questions we may have at each step of the installation.The new Amana system comes with a lifetime warranty, that’s almost not heard of in this day and age. Alex explained that if we have any problems in the future that we are covered.Comfort Experts is now my go to A/C company.

Ian was a true blessing today! I’m a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angie’s list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. Furthermore, Ian kept me informed with exactly what he was doing and completed the job in under an hour. In speaking to him I found out he was a Veteran which further explains why I absolutely love this guy! Ian you ROCK and I really appreciate you!

UPDATE 10/18/24: Cody B. came out to inspect a noise issue with our outdoor ac unit, and his professionalism and service were top notch. Cody took the time to hear me out on what was happening and tackled the issue, identified the problem, and fixed it. Perfect job on his end! Now, no noise, happy neighbors once again, and all is well. Photo included.PRIOR REVIEW: Kellen and Wyatt were just awesome. The service received was exemplary, from arrival to departure. Thorough explanation of how our system is operating, and recommendations provided for routine maintenance and additional services that had clear explanation for why. Could not have asked for a better experience today, and we feel good about where our system stands because of the time and attention taken to talk through it all with me. Recently had a different company come out and snake my line. Then they quoted me thousands of dollars to replace the whole sewer line between the house and the street. Comfort Experts sent out Jerred Gomez to give me a free second opinion. He informed me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my pipes. He even showed me the video and then looked at my hot water heater. He also left me instructions for what to do if my hot water heater ever leaks.Thank you comfort experts for saving me from a scam!

We have been with this company for 11 years and counting. Every single time the service person gets here, they are clean, courteous, knowledgeable, transparent with all the info, etc. They are truly a 5 star company throughout.They take care of all our a/c needs and since we have a service agreement with them ($20/month) they come out 2 times a year for a checkup and cleaning, and service discounts. This company takes all the questions out who to call for a/c, plumbing and electrical.You cannot go wrong with this company!

Just so you know, Im reserving 5 stars until I see how their warranty program holds up. This company did a fabulous job installing the the new air conditioning unit on my primary home, so I called them to do annual mannual maintenance on our rental unit. During the servicing, they discovered that the capacitor was not operating properly. While no one really wants to hear that news, the good thing about this was that they were able to repair it at the same visit. No waiting for them to come back. Im not going to say that they are the least expensive company, or even moderately affordable. They are probably one of the two highest price points out there. But you get what you pay for and so far, I have been impressed with their quality of service and the professionalism of their personnel.UPDATE:11/14/24 Can you believe it? My second AC unit in my primary home also died (builders grade is horrible) so I called this company to take care of it since I was so pleased with thier work replacing the first one which I mentioned above. (And BTW I have not had any issues with the unit they installed previously. I bumped them up to 5 stars.) Daniel and Abel (I think that was the second technitions name) were friendly and professional! Just like with my first AC unit, they had to completely replace the unit in the attic as well as the outside compressor. They laid drop cloths inside to protect my carpet and floors and managed to get the interior unit up the stairs (which make a U-turn halfway up) and up the pull down attic stairs with zero problems and no damage to my walls or home. No one will ever say a full AC install is fast - it pretty much takes all day - but these guys never stopped and always appeared to be working quickly and efficiently. Daniel even took care of a problem early into the process when he found that his paperwork showed standard filtration instead of the in-line higher quality filtration I had requested. He took one look at my copy of the signed agreement and Oh yeah! Thats the Aprilaire one. You are supposed to have it. Well get that installed right away. He didnt even say he had to check with the office! And when they were done, both of them spoke to me and made sure I was satisfied with the install, that my Nest thermostat was still working in the app, and made sure any questions I had were answered. Great install team and a great company! This is the second time I have used them to replace one of my AC units and I have been completely satisfied each time.

Do not order the Tier One AC unit! It will not keep up with the Texas summer heat above 100F!! Their tier 3 unit (installed in my house) is much better and keeps up with the Texas heat of 110F+. Their tier 1 Goodman unit (which I brought for my daughters house) the temperature goes to 78F+ by early afternoon to continues well after midnight before improving. So disappointed!

Fortunately, we have a service plan that has covered many of the expenses for no additional cost. They usually are able to come out that same day...which sometimes ends up being as late as 10pm or 11pm.Jeremiah has been my tech the last 3 (or 4?) times. Even though its late sometimes and I know hes probably had a long day, hes still super courteous, friendly, explains what work was done, and corrects the issue. He gave us tips for maintaining our air conditioner so it would last many more years.He was very clean & neat.Comfort Experts worked us in to their schedule in less than 6 hours. If we have to call them out again, we will ask them to send Alex as our technician. We also found out that if they have ever had to replace a part, they will not charge us if that part ever needs to be replaced on this unit again. We were very pleased!
