I called comfort connect air conditioning to get a second opinion after another company told me I had to replace my compressor. Technician ( Ruben ) showed up and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. The problem was a capacitor that cost a fraction of the price compared to $3000.00 that the other company quoted me to replace the compressor. Ruben had great customers service and explained what needed to be done and gave me the price before doing any repairs. I would definitely call comfort connect and refer to anyone in need of service. -
