Installed an Ecobee Thermostat, Frederick was very knowledgeable and considerate to do the job right. Made some recommendations about things to extend the life of the AC unit but there was no pressure to sell you on something. Overall great service.

Frederick with Cold Solutions discovered that the roofers had not properly reconnected the furnace exhaust vent. The furnace exhaust contains carbon monoxide. It could have been a dangerous, perhaps fatal, discovery this winter. He took the time to keep us safe. The monthly checkups are well worth it!

Freddy and his team are always amazing! This last time I had a last minute issue when my family was coming to visit me and Freddy was able to show up and get it all taken care of on a short notice to make sure they had good A/C during their stay. Freddy and the team at ColdSolutions have been my familys go-to for all my AC needs for over 3 years now. I cant recommend this group enough. I had warranty issues on one of my units and Freddy negotiated an extension and coverage which saved me a lot of money. I highly suggest you sign up for their membership program to save cash and always keep your appointments regular. Its hard to live in this Houston heat!

After diagnosing the source of the issue, took detailed notes, outlined all steps taken and explained in person, Abraham submitted all completed paperwork (so thorough that it felt like a business proposal) same day and made the experience one of the best service calls we have ever had and made me happy that Corpus Christi has this resource.

Our whole AC situation was corrected in one day during the next week. Frederick was our technician, he was so helpful and a genuinely nice guy. He took the time to really educate us, the homeowner, to ensure we knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend them!!
