Im a home owner and NOT an A/C technician. I diagnosed my outside condenser as having a bad contactor and visited Coastal HVAC. The counter staff were extremely helpful with choosing a replacement, and gave great tips on coil cleaning. Saved me a ton of money by repairing it myself. Much appreciated! -
