He provided three solutions, the first of which involved some minor adjustments he performed free of charge. We ended up adding option two and noticed something off when we got home around 8pm I reached out to CCC and Marcus immediately called me back and then drove an hour to take care of us. Great guy. If I could give more stars, I would. For context, it had just snowed yesterday and my family (we have a newborn!) woke up to a broken heater. We called these guys and they went above and beyond. A part was broken, so they drove to a store and came back to fix it. With a new baby in the family, it meant a lot to me that they were thoughtful enough to drive all that way and back to repair our heater. 10/10 recommend these kind gentlemen.

Marcus and his team are great. Abel came out and found the issue immediately that another company not only missed but tried to sell me on a new system that wouldn’t have even fixed my issue. Instead Abel found the issue and had it not been found, it could’ve led to serious health issues for my family. Marcus called to discuss options and rather than recommending full replacement he offered lower cost effective solutions first. That shows integrity because he absolutely could’ve suggested a way more expensive option that would’ve provided more profit for his company. They treated me the way they would want to be treated and it showed. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to anyone looking for honest an HVAC company!

They sent my info to Climate Control Solutions and they had availability to come out same day but I picked the first available slot for the next day. The two men, Abel and I believe Dan, arrived promptly at 8 am and got straight to work. They were done within an hour and replaced my capacitor. My house already feels so much better! Both men worked quietly so as not to disturb me working from home and were professional, answered a few questions at the end, and sent me the invoice via email. It was all extremely straightforward and efficient! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had another company come out to fix our drain pan - this company did not clean it properly so the issue continued. We called them back out, and they told us we stepped on the primary drain pan and cracked it and would need to replace it. This did not seem right so we called Climate Control Solutions for a second opinion.Climate Control Solutions came out the next day and told us the primary drain pan was not cracked - saving us hundreds of dollars! We really appreciate their honesty. They did a thorough job of draining our drain pan and taught us how to do regular maintenance on it to avoid this problem again. The technician was great! We highly recommend CCS!

I can not toot Climate Control Solutions horn enough. We have AHS warranty and we were scheduled with another company when I was told about this company from a friend who had just used them, also with AHS. Marcus answered some questions for me and offered advice knowing I had an appointment scheduled the next day with another company. I told him our issues and he offered no strings attached information to help guide us in getting the best service we could and to appear informed. Y’all, who does that these days?!? Even though the other company we were going to go with also had wonderful reviews... we made the choice to wait to use Marcus and his company even though that meant a weekend with no AC! He called the next day with an opening. He was prompt, kind, informative, social distanced like a champ. He also wore an N95 and asked for permission and comfortability entering our home. He spent as little time as needed in our home. We provided payment verbally. Provided electronic documents before he left. And before he left he also gave us excellent advice on what to look for as warnings that our AC may be on the fritz again. I am so thankful for his service! I highly recommend him! You won’t be disappointed! He also didn’t roll his eyes when I asked him if I could spray paint my ac cover to make it look prettier! Haha!!

Update: Marcus is still excellent!Marcus is really excellent. He came a bit early for our appt to look at the portable a/c unit I got to install in the garage and to discuss where to vent it. We went with the wall and after running to the local store for materials, had it done quickly. He showed me how to operate the unit, and I am running it today to see if any issues arise. Marcus said he would come by at the end of the day if I noticed anything. Marcus is very honest and detail oriented, and lives here in Kyle, as I always try to support local businesses. He also put in my a/c heating unit last year. His rates are reasonable and he is always on time. Answers any and all questions. And has a new baby!!! Congratulations Marcus.

Climate Control came out and repaired my AC in 30 minutes and was gone. I would recommend these guys any time. Heads up do your research when your home warranty is sending someone out. The first company may not be so good.

Curtis was great. My AC unit was not keeping up downstairs for the heat. My thermostat sent a message it needed serviced. I called Climate Control after 6 pm on Fri and Curtis was there at 10 am on Sat. As the outside temperature cooled down the AC seemed to be working fine but I had Climate Control still come out to make sure the unit was working fine. Curtis checked it all out, flushed out the system and offered solutions on running the system during the hotter summer months. I also inquired about replacing the unit with a larger one so it wouldn’t have to work so hard. He offered up pricing on that but in no way pushed that as my unit is practically brand new. All in all I was very pleased and will use Climate Control again if needed. Curtis was very professional, very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend the services of Climate Control.

Marcus and the team at CCS Heating and Air were absolutely wonderful to work with. We were having a problem with our mini split units in a guest house. It was a very fair price for all the work and attention to detail. They are good at what they do, extremely courteous and professional and will clearly do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
